This month I bought my first brand new car! I was lucky to get a very kind salesman, named Chet. Right away he gave me a very welcoming feeling, as I was feeling nervous about buying my first NEW car. The manager Nick introduced us and helped answer my questions along with Chet and together they were able to work with my price range, and get me the car that I wanted, which I absolutely LOVE by the way. I would highly recommend this dealership to others! Thanks for the great service all around!

Alex and the service department are the best and the technic

I give the rating because they are good Alex is fair and the technicians know there job tell you what wrong with your vehicle and tells the truth give satisfaction and honesty those technicians are the best Alex is great he goes the extra miles to please when surrounded by good service writers and top notch technicians your vehicle will run for ever my hat is off to Alex and those technians. My reason was a broken bolt in the license plate no problem it got fix but it was minor but I know they would take care of it. My car comes to Raymond Kia because of the people are outstanding . Keep up good work Alex and technians.

Deceived Insulted & Screwed in Sales

"Buyer Beware" I am a 1st time customer & buyer & had the Worst experience ever with this dealership! If i could rate them a Negative 0 i would & that's just for the horrible way i was treated after i realized i was being Charged a Diffrent Price for a vehicle i purchased with them. They were dishonest & lied to me & con me into signing all their documents with a false pretence & a diffrent price i NEVER AGREED upon. At the end this whole situation it turned out to be nothing but lies & deceit! Their salesmen that i worked with by the name of Brian told me this car was a certain price. We talked it over, worked out a deal & at the end of it all, I was Charged a DIFFRENT PRICE NOT Agreed upon for this vehicle. Even speaking about this with his head boss Van the General manager, all efforts were useless because in his own words to me after being Sarcastic, Rude & basically Insulting with all smiles on his face, keeped saying repeatly to me, " U signed the contract" so basically ur SCREWED!!Long story short, i now have to pay more than agreed upon for a car with no 3rd row head rests bcuz they were missing since i test drove the car & the dealer/salesmen swore to have them ordered for me & 3 months later, still don't exist, no back floor placemats which disappeared from my car the day i took it to the car to the dealer to get Detailed, a missing car antena which i personally replaced after it went missing from the shop & let's not dare mention all the minor dinks & dents I over saw. This car has a small dent on the back tailgate door & was very dirty on the inside, seats & carpet wise & only after I deceided to purchased it, was it vacuumed out but still had a gum stuck to the back seat, It has a small tear in my front seat which are leather, etc..& WAIT the best part of it all after being insulted, is that Now I Officially get all this & more for the low price of which i will have to pay of just $22,000 or so for a 2015!!! & let's not forget to mention being threatened by Van not to write this bad review bcuz he claims he tried to make me happy with their service when he didn't even try working out any type of deal with me other than telling me i'm Screwed & Stupid.

Second trip back to dealer all ready to purchase 2018 Kia sorento Tony tucker introduced me to Nick his sales manager for pricing on the vehicle this guy gave me a oral disortation on why he couldn't sale me the car at or close to what other dealers were quoting on the same car all I wanted was to buy a car not a lecture,sorry Tony thank your manager for blowing a sale .

My wife and I were in the market for a new Kia and this dealership gave us the lowest price off the start with no haggling needed! Majority of our other interactions with dealers consisted of "maybe" deals and prices that kept being adjusted. Nick Kretsch was honest and open from the start - no hassle or BS! When we drove to the dealership, we were greeted with nothing but professionalism & kindness from their team all around! Our saleman, Chet Nichols, took his time showing us all the car features and making sure we were satisfied with everything before purchasing the car. I bought a KIA Sorento 2 weeks ago dealing with Nick the sales manager and Chet the sales person. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with on finding the exact car I wanted. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting a great buying experience work with these guys at Raymond Kia. I just got back from a 2000 mile trip and really loved having the Sorento. It's comfort, performance and utility was just great.

Never a doubt

Went back to Raymond Kia after my 2013 Optima Hybrid that I bought at Raymond was totalled in a brutal crash. I walked away from the accident which the police and fire dept. said was a miracle. I owe it to the safety of that car. Anyway, the dealership was great when the sold me the 2013 so I drove the 45 minutes from home passing a rival Kia dealer on the way to see if they could get a similar car to replace it While they did not have one on the lot, I know they will make an attempt to locate one that fits my specs. Thanks to Erica and Victor for the help and trust.

Great no pressure experience

Extremely welcoming staff and very knowledgable and patient sales consultants. They went over all the options that were available to my wife and I. They listened to what our needs were and focused on that rather than trying to upswell me on things I don't need or do not meet my budget goals. They were not pushy and did not mind that I did not buy a car on my first visit there.

Awesome Experience

Experience from start to finish was exemplary. Chet is awesome, listening to us with no pressure. He is very knowledgeable and explained all about the car. Victor located the car of our choice and got it there the next day! What a way to accommodate the customer. Eric covered the protection packages available. Bill got all the paperwork together for signing. Then Jon explained the car technology. We will definitely be a return customer and will specifically seek Chet and Victor out. I've already recommend them to everyone!
