Alignment gone wrog

They preformed an alignment on our van after changing the right rear link and installed brand new tire and less then 10,000 both rear tires completely bald. Took to another dealer and found out they did the alignment wrong. When I call and talked to the service manager he said tuff were not helping you I even had proof of there mess up. Needless to say $900.00 later it is done right at another dealer. They used to to a great dealer now since there service manager took over little bit ago it has gone down hill. If you don't want to take a chance on breaking down or having to pay twice for the same repair then Take your repairs to someone else.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great car buying experience.

From the minute I walked in and met AJ he introduced me to Kyle my salesman. No pressure and great customer service. Until he handed me off to his brother Cody who is the Finance guy and his trainer I can't remember her name sorry, everything was explained thoroughly and I had no questions when I left, my car buying experience for once maybe twice in my life went pretty easy, would definitely refer friends and family to do business with this group.

I would recommend this dealer.

Service shop needs work.

Took my car there under manufacturer warranty to have the glove box repaired and a recall repaired. Was told they needed to order parts, waited for the parts and it went in to get the repair completed. Came to pick my vehicle up and not only was the glove box not repaired (they ordered the wrong part) but they claim that my side view mirror simply fell off the vehicle while closing the door and that it was glued on. I purchased the vehicle used, so although this is possible I find it highly unlikely that with my opening and closing the door hundreds of times, my teenage kids opening and slamming the door, and my having he vehicle on the freeway for over 6000 miles didn't result in the mirror "simply falling off" they claim that it is my responsibility and they would repair the mirror that magically broke while the vehicle was in their shop for 430.00. Not happy, will never own a Kia product again. I've owned it 4 months and now it needs 4 trips to this shop because of their incompetence.

I would not recommend this dealer.

We looked ALL OVER REDDING for a new mini-van. We were NOT picky about which mini-van, just that it was new. :o) We did not have good experiences at some "other" car dealers...my wife was lied to many times (oh yes, it has rear air conditioning...when in fact it didn't....oh yes, we can sell it for $20199...no we never said that....). We walked into Redding Kia and it was a completely different experience. It was pouring rain and when my 7 month pregnant wife pulled in, a car salesman ran up to her car with an umbrella. They did not have the Kia Sedonas in stock, but had a 2011 used and she test drove that and loved it. Two salesman (Nemo Lopez and Donnie) drove to Marin County to pick up a 2012 Kia Sedona from another dealer. Redding Kia is HONEST and will go the EXTRA MILE (literally) for their customers. There is a sign posted all throughout the store: "Your Last Impression Is Our 1st Priority" The financing was done for us and got a better rate that the local credit union offered. They were running behind w/financing last night (new computer system) so we had more of a wait than usual but the salesmen did all they could to "entertain" us. From golf swing lessons, to guitar serenades, to free key rings for both of us... We highly recommend Redding Kia for all your car needs--new or used, this is the only place to be! ASK FOR NEMO!!!! --The Baldwin's
