Top Notch experience- Jay Gonell

Jay Gonell was awesome. We were greeted in the parking lot as we drove in. He basically rolled out the red carpet. We’d visited two other dealers prior to coming to Reed, however the experience provided by Jay was top notch and ultimately helped to make the decision of purchasing at Reed!

Rady Experience ever

This was the most easiest and relaxing car purchase in my life time of ever purchasing a vechike. Jay Gonell made it relaxing and comfortable and straight to the point. I m solely glad I made this decision with Jay Gonelk. And I will refer him to friends and family as the place to shop and the guy to go to he makes it comfortable not a nightmare of car buying. This is my 5th Nissan ownership.

Horable Service all around

I was pushed into a car when I was looking for a Truck. One day after I have my car I see damage to the body that was missed when we where buying the car at Night and in the Rain. I was given a hard time about fixing the body damage. Then two week from that day my Brand New 2017 Sentra has all Four door gaskets fall off and I have major water damage in my car. I have to fight with the service department to fix my car, And I was dismissed about my transmission concerns. It took the dealer two week to fix my car and I had to complain to a manger about replacing the carpet in my brand new car and clean out the MOLD. Just when I thought it was all over the drivers side door handle falls OFF, and my BRAND NEW CAR once again has a major leak!!! This time it takes almost THREE WEEKS to fix the problem with the windshield. When I go to pick up my car NO ONE SAW that my car was DAMAGED on BOTH SIDES of my car from the lift. The Man in the service department told me to go home and come back in three weeks to get it fixed because they a behind. OMG are you kidding me. This dealership is horrible. No one has tried to make this right for us. I have had to go to corporate about this Problem. DONT GO TO REED NISSAN!!!!

Vince and Dwayne are the best !!!!!

I was a young single mom, first time car buyer and from the first time I sat down with Vince Mancuso he really made me feel like he actually truly cared about my needs and assured me he would make it happen, well he did make it happen because I am now in my brand new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SV and my kids and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I came from a 22% interest rate car that I was upset with and he got me out of that car and into my brand new pathfinder when he honestly did not even have to help me. I can't say enough words for Vince and Dwayne they will be the only people my family or I ever deal with in the future, my family has dealt with reed Nissan for over 30 years(Dwayne) and we are always satisfied with their customer service they have treated us like family for many many years, and all our family drives Nissans and would never go to a different dealer. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU VINCE and DWAYNE, what you did for my family I could never thank you enough !!!! :):):)

Not only did he impress me with his professionalism, he was very thorough explaining the whole process from beginning to end, answered any and all questions with honesty and went above and beyond to make the car buying experience stress free and easy. Wheel came off car after driving home and back to dealership

The service manager Joey displayed insensitive and accusatory behavior while not valuing customer satisfaction or safety. I spent over $2K to have a catalytic converter and four oxygen sensors changed on 8/24/17 due to a diagnostics test and sound I was hearing. After picking the car up from the dealer the morning of 8/25/17, I still heard the sound as I was driving home. I immediately called and talked to a service rep who told me the road test guy should have mentioned the noise and I could bring the car back at my earliest convenience. I had to go to work soon so I finished driving the car home, parked it in my garage and drove my wife's car to work instead. After work, I began driving my car back to the dealership. While driving back to the dealership, my front driver's side tire came off while I was driving on the road. Fortunately, I was not injured but my vehicle was damaged. After having the vehicle towed to Reed Nissan and inspected again, the service manager Joey made no apologies and said he could only offer a $100 discount and a free alignment on new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off and that totaled over $2K. Ironically, the new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off were not reported to me when I had the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors replaced nor was a diagnostic tests recommended. However, one technician said he hear another sound coming from the vehicle, noticed rust and other issues underneath the vehicle but it was not mentioned to me verbally or in writing. When I asked why my wheel came off the service manager Joey said he was unsure, it couldn't have been that way when I left the dealership and that "maybe someone has it out for me." Again, NEVER go to this dealership for service!

Nissan Sentra Lemon

Bought my car about two ana a half years ago. Problems from about three months later. The transmission has been replaced twice. Still experiencing the same problem. Took my car for regular service at 9 this morning. I was told I need to change the break n air filter. Great. It is almost 2 o'clock so I called to be told they are replacing my transmission again. I am so passed to put it lightly. These people is just waiting g for my warranty to to run out to diagnose the real problem. Shame on you REED NISSAN. I must say the complaint is not the person I dealt with he was great Danny was great. It's the company.

Any problem you have no one calls you back!! was assured by CUSTOMER LOYALTY that I would be contacted by a manager and sales person. no contact for 2 days. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE with 7200 miles!!!!! Many problems no contact be very careful buying from REED NISSAN!!

I purchased my Versa with this dealership back in January 2013. Was exceptionally happy with the service, so when my daughter needed a car, decided to take her back to this dealership on Saturday 7/22/17. Jay Gonell was amazingly patient, no pressure, listened to her needs and made it happen for her! She is now the proud 1st time owner of a Versa 2017. Great place to service a car but purchase a car elsewhere

I recently purchased two cars from this dealership which took over seven hours to complete the transactions. That was the start of the headaches from these purchases. They entered the incorrect social security number on the paperwork causing financing to be denied and had to be resubmitted. The cars needed to go back into the dealership for issues already. The sales rep and finance told us we needed to make 6 payments on the loan but the finance company said that was not the case. After 5 calls to Reed, no one would answer the phone or return our calls, a manager finally said he had no idea but whatever the finance company says must be correct. They had no explanation for the different information nor did they care. We have been dealing with this location for servicing our cars for over five years and will continue for service but if we ever need another car I will go elsewhere to find a location who knows what they are talking about, placing the customer first, and understanding the value of the customer's time.

I met Jay six months ago and he promised to help me get a car although I had a temporary social b/c of my immigration status. Moreover, I wasn't ready financially? at the time but he was patient and took his time explaining everything well. And, how they work with banks that can help me and my family. Now, I have a pre owned Nissan Versa with the help of Reed and it's staff!!!
