Disappointed

I purcheses a vehicle with outlook regal. At first I was happy with my purchase. With in 3 days the vehicle wouldn't go past 60. Too the vehicle in they said nothing was wrong . must be because I wasn't letting it warm up long enough. A week later vehicle still doing the same thing won't go past 60 most times. No matter if it was warm or not . 2 weeks in to owning the vehicle my tire sender's started acting up saying I'm low when I'm not . took it in they said all sensers were good . but if any thing happens they will cover it . that I was pleased about . my 30 day warrenty was up and bam red lightning bolt then engine light came on . took the vehicle in . they found my speed sencer was going and turns out that was the reason my vehicle only went 60 most times. They only agreed to pay half the repairs. Then they didn't tell me what the cost would be so I could be sure I could affored the parts. They ordered the part with out calling me back or to schedule it in to get fixed. I ended up stranded 3 hr from home . and no choice but to get the code reset and see if that worked. It did made it to elbow and bam 50 is all I could do . made it to the dam and parked . regal played for the tow and a rental car. After I called Rosetown to complain. Turns out my transmission and speed sencer were shot . and all they would do is pay for half again. On top of selling me a vehicle with transmission and speed sencer repairs that I have to pay half the cost . they sold be a vehicle with an ignition recall. Sorry to say I will not refer anyone to this dealership after all this crap.

I would not recommend this dealer.

2017 F150

I just purchased a new 2017 F150 Lariat from Danny Page at Regal Motors. I was very happy with the experience. He was very professional and found him to be very honest and knowledgeable about the product.

Quality service and staff

I gave Regal Motors a five star rating because they have very good service and the staff are always friendly. Our vehicles go into the service bays at the time of our appointment. There are few if any delays. A courtesy vehicle is available if we need one. If anything major is discovered during a service inspection, we are always notified so that we may authorize any further repairs. The building is clean and there is a waiting area with TV, magazines and refreshments for while we wait.

I would recommend this dealer.
