Not the Happiest Customer

Joey and Juve were Friendly and I appreciate them coming down in the price . But whenever I got there to pick up my vehicle I was extremely upset I was told that it was ready before I even got there to pick it up assuming that they would have the car detailed. It looked like they had did a half-xxx job washing it and it definitely was not vacuumed out so now I'm going to have to pay to get that done which does not make me very happy because I feel like if you buy a vehicle from a car lot they should be willing to take care of this for you. And to top that off which makes matters even worse is I've never bought a vehicle that did not come floor mats in it. So yes that's more money that I'm going to be with out because now I have to buy floor mats so no I would never buy another vehicle from this car lot ever again. The only way that I would buy a vehicle from this again is if they would send me money to get floor mats and to pay to get it detail properly. Everytime that I bought a vehicle it is always been detailed whether it was brand new or used and it definitely had for floor mats in it. And whenever I asked if it could be washed and cleaned before I paid money for it I was told that they had already gone home for the evening and this was around 5 in the evening whenever I came to pick up the vehicle I was like you got to be freaking kidding me if my daughter wasn't with me I probably would have went off and said something. The best experience with purchasing this vehicle was Norman thank you Norman for being so nice and so polite and kind too bad that you weren't the car salesman LOL

Bought used 300, Below average service

Asked to see the Car, since I live in Tulsa, they met me half way, car was dirty, not detailed. I looked around for a week but price was pretty good so I purchased car. Friendly but paperwork was incorrect, I had to redo it , received only one keyless FOB with no emergency key. Lot of promises, not much action or if there is, reluctant slow action.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Intimidating xxx wipes. Rude. No customer service at all

Bully tactics. Kept waiting for three hours. Six trips due to incomplete paperwork. Totally unorganized. I won't waste my time here again. Incompetent boobs.

Bought a new jeep from Roberts. They were awesome to deal with . Fast service not pushy called and checked on us numerous times after the sale. I would definately return there and recommend them to others.

I love my new car! But when you buy be sure everything that was talked about and agreed on is put on paper! Our salesman is awesome! But we have had a couple of problems. Slowly but surely they are getting fixed!

Kelli Hopkins was the reason why me and my wife bought our fords that's 2 vehicles at your dealer she's very nice not pushy and very patient and if it hadn't been for her I don think I would have got my mustang there so if you have a Medal of Honor for sales associates Kelli needs it. I had a small snafu with one thing that's Why I didn't give all the stars

2015 Chevy Tahoe

When I went to Robert's Auto looking for a bigger Suv then my ford edge. Dylan Rogers did everything he could to find me the perfect Suv. Finally found a 2015 Tahoe and I feel in love with it. We were told the car was in pristine condition. WRONG!!! fender dented, lots of scratches, headlights fogged over. When put in drive It had a terrible clunk, I thought the transmission was on the ground. They lie about everything and want you to look at something else. When you point out problems with car THEY JUST LAUGH.

not a good experience

So the day i purchased my vehicle on my way home the air bag light turned on & the following day the sunroof started leaking. I understand its a used car & things are going to happen but when i went to the dealership to resign paperwork they told me they would take care of it & set up an appointment. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning, hadn't heard from them so i called to follow up today (Friday). I got put on hold...hung up on & then was later notified that it was put on hold till the salesman got in touch with me because they weren't covering it. 4 days i have waited and they hadn't even done ANYTHING. The salesman has yet to contact me so i will just pickup my car tomorrow but the customer service has been bad. They could have called me the same day to let me know...better yet let me know rite off the back so I wouldn't have taken 2 hours out of my day to drop it off... & now another 2 to pick it up.. all fir absolutely nothing. Next time ill just stick to a dealer here in Tulsa/Broken Arrow

Sold a car illegally

I bought a car and when I went to get it inspected found out there was no VIN number able to be seen in the windshield. I called the sales person Jared right then and told him what I was told which was the dealership would need to get the VIN plate showing by taking out the windshield and finding where the VIN plate was at. And I also told him I would need a new 30 day tag since it would be expiring in 4 days. Jared said he wasn't sure what they could do but would try and contact someone. The next day I called Jared back and he said that he was trying to get a hold of a person to help me but they wasn't answering his calls so he would have to email them and wait for them to contact him back. But also said he didn't know if they could help me since it was my state who wasn't wanting to pass it. I again told him I need to get a new 30 day tag. On Thursday I text him asking if he had heard anything? Jared said no but he would send a new 30 day tag over night. The next day it was Friday which was the last day in the week to get my car inspected and 3 days after I first told Jared what I was needing, I did not receive the tag. On Saturday I still did not have a call or text saying if the dealership was going to help me with the car and had not gotten the new 30 day tag. So now I am upset because I'm now going to be driving on an expired tag and in a car that maybe stolen as far as I know. On Monday, 6 days after contacting Jared about this whole thing I call my highway patrol in Kansas and tell them what is going on. They tell me it's illegal for a dealership to sell a car with the VIN plate not showing and tell me I should call the highway patrol in Oklahoma. I call them and they tell me it is illegal and to call the Used Car Commission and they can probably help me. I call them and tell them what is going on. They told me I could fill out a complain for and they can start an investigation but to let the dealership know and maybe they will try and work on the problem. So I text Jared and tell him I have contacted the Commission and they would be doing an investigation because it was illegal to sell me a car with the VIN number not showing in the windshield. I finally got a call from Kelly 25 minutes later. He asked me if I had a problem with my car and said to bring it down and they could look at it. Even said well maybe it will only take us to remove the windshield and find the VIN plate that may have slide down somehow. I told him that was exactly what I told Jared a week before. I told him my tag had expired and he told me it was okay to drive on it and just to let the police know if pulled over I was going back to the dealership. I did take the car there and they did fix the problem but it took me calling the Commission to get them to do anything. If I didn't find out about the used car commission they would have never done anything for me. Because it only took them a day once I got my car there to fix the problem but they blew me off for a week until I figured out who to call and get involved. I would never buy another car from this dealership.

GREAT TRUCK, GREAT PRICE, GREAT MANAGMENT

I worked only with Adam, the Sales Manager, and Seth the GM. They were able to handle every challenge that came up, and showed me that they do want to be a dealer for life. I was able to get a great truck for a great price, they got the check for the TT&L out several days before the tag was due, and continued to show me that they are not only happy that I bought from them once, but also that they want me to buy from them again. Seth has this dealership heading the right direction!

poor managment

Had a car deal put together and then Kelly got involved and thats when it all went south and they lost my business and profit. My personal opinion I would never trust this dealership to try to put a car deal together, if I was the General Manager I woud look into how his staff handles customers and follow up if a car deal was lost to the reason why. I was later told the car was sold when it is cleary not. Other piece of advise is to ensure your pricing is correct, two seperate web sites have prices for the same vehicle $1000.00 difference. stk#d3843a Mr Scott Roberts good luck with your sales
