The environment when I walked in was very friendly. As soon as I got out the car I was greeted and put in the right direction. Michelle was very friendly and eager to assist. From start to finish my experience with Royal Chevrolet was top drawer! Personable and extraordinarily helpful, Michelle Headley knew the product and was very thorough in demonstrating the automobile’s capabilities. She explored every pricing option until we landed on a mutually acceptable price. The delivery was smooth and painless! All-In-all it was very positive experience and I got a great car!

Michelle is personable and gets to know every customer. She genuinely wants to put you into the car that you want and will make sure it happens. I have enjoyed her service and stop to see her whenever I get an oil change. Both my parents have since purchased from her as well as a family friend and we have all been happy with our experience

I love Royal Chevrolet! My husband and I buy all of our cars here!! We just purchased my husband's dream truck, a gorgeous 2017 Midnight Edition Silverado. Michelle Headley in sales scouted the PERFECT truck and had it delivered within 2 days. Jason Foster, the sales manager, has helped my husband look for and test drive various trucks over the past year until he knew exactly what he wanted. Luke, in finance, offered us an affordable package that protects our vehicle with GAP insurance and extended warranty. I can't thank y'all enough. Dino, This young gentleman is wonderful ! Working close to the owner of this dealership, they can get anyone into their own choosing, no matter what. They will not push you into, what they want you to get. They truly care and truly will give it all it takes. I've been working with them for over 20 years and never have found another place as caring and as hard working, than this dealership! I recommend them highly! You won't go away disappointed!

Great car buying experience

I just bought a 2017 2SS Camaro from Royal. Great buying experience. They made sure I got the car and options I wanted. They spent time with my husband and me. We shopped around, spent a lot of time with other dealers. They are the no bull dealer. We bought the car from them, but spent less time there than with any other dealership. Everyone made it as easy as they could. It felt like a hometown dealership where everyone was just working together to take care of us. No gimmicks, no add-ons to the car. This is the car you described, this is the deal we can give you. They followed up with me once I stopped by the first time, but were courteous, not pushy. They really are the no hassle dealership. Highly recommend. Good deal. My team: Nikeisha, Mike and Dino, they were wonderful.

Bought a certified vehicle

We bought a certified vehicle from Royal in June. Jason was Great. However what i'm not please with is the service department! We had the CERTIFIED vehicle for 6 months and it had already spent a month total in the shop. The first time we took it in for the A/C making a loise noise. The service writer told me that it was normal and nothing was wrong with it (He argued with me about EVERYTHING that I would say was wrong with my CERTIFIED vehicle and I had to ask to have a different service writer). I told them there is something wrong with it and he proceeded to argue with me about it. He called the shop foreman up to listen to it BEFORE he do anything so I could drop it off. Shop foreman said yes something is wrong with it. Got the car back and the dash was making some loud rattling noise and the A/C was still making the same noise. 2 days later the A/c STOPPED WORKING! I called and had to take it back to them. So as of today 3/27/17 My A/C was fixed the 3rd time I took it in, the noise in the brakes were fixed after the 3rd time, but the rattling in the dash that wasn't there when we bought it (it started after they worked on the A/C) still is not fixed.

Royal did it again!

Our recent purchase is our third from Royal, and they did it again! Royal once again broke the stereotype of the high-pressure uncomfortable adversarial new-car buying experience! We previously had purchased a 2011 Cruze, and then later upgraded to a 2015 Malibu. Our recent purchase was basically a bare-bones 2017 Spark. We had been researching vehicles to select a small car to tow behind our RV, and the Spark was the perfect choice. After six years of trouble-free driving with the Cruze and the Malibu, we are looking forward to more of the same with "Sparky"! Thanks to Dino and Steve for making the procedure hassle-free!

The staff and ownership has been great to work with. They are very professional and knowledgeable! They were willing to assist with our every need, and made the buying process enjoyable! Josh, salesperson, and Del were excellent to deal with. This was our 2nd new car purchase from them, and we'll be back! Josh made the experience very easy and relaxed. He was willing to assist my wife with all her questions and concern. And what I liked most was they were not pushy during any part of the process.

Worst experience ever

I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went in to purchase a vehicle I was told I needed a little more down and was asked can I get it by Friday. I got the money together by Friday contacted Ron carter and let him know. After that day he ignored my call and didn't reach back out to me. I finally got in contact with him he told me he was waiting for the car to come in. So I waited a month for the car contacted him the Wednesday before the Friday he told me to come in he stated we was still on for that Friday for me to get the car. I go in that Friday morning and he tells me they sold the car the night before that I had been waiting the month to get. Not only that I wasted my time going up there he didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know the car was sold. I would not recommend anyone to do business here.

Bad experience

Initially this was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, quick, and what I thought efficient. We purchased a Hyundai Tucson and loved the car. After having the car for a week we received a call saying the loan had not gone through and we had to return the car. I don't know how they let you drive off the lot without having approval for the loan. I do not feel like they did all they could to resolve this issue. After visiting another, much more reputable dealership, it sounds like there were several other things Royal could have/ should have done to make this loan go through. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Matthew Ridley went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction with our recent purchase of a used vehicle from Royal Chevrolet. I arrived at the dealership after having seen the vehicle online and Matthew greeted me at the front door, with a smile and helpful manner, initially and every time thereafter. We appreciate his business acumen, promptness and attention to detail. We encountered a few minor hiccups but Matthew worked diligently to iron out the details and make certain we were satisfied customers and purchased the vehicle we wanted. Johnny Norris, the Used Car Director, was instrumental as well in our experience and remembered our names each time we visited the dealership which was recognized and appreciated. If you need a car check this dealership out but make sure you ask for Ricky Higgins . He is nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to help me in looking for a truck and I couldn't be more thankful. After being let down by ford and a few other dealerships, this trip was perfect!!
