STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE----STEALERSHIP--------------------

called in the maserati dealer, rusnak, talked to the service adviser before taking the car in. the adviser gave us a price. took the car in, an hour later received a call saying that the car has an issue and cant perform a programming. the BODY CONTROL MODULE was replaced and needed to be programmed. before we took it in, we scanned the body control module and the only code there was the IMMOBILIZER NOT CODED. delaer wanted $600 for the programming instead of $200. we agreed. received a call saying they cant do it and the $600 is to start with, it will go higher. i denied the repairs, dealer adviser said that i still need to pay the $200 because they have done something on it. which is not what we wanted. we only wanted to get the BSI reprogrammed. this is very unprofessional and i am not going to buy anything from their parts story either. shame on rusnak maserati dealer, service dept

I recently took my wife's Ghibli in for routine service. I was kind of dreading bringing the car in the Rusnak Maserati because past experiences there have been horrible. This time things were quite different. The service rep Raffe was professional and courteous. He promised the car back same day and delivered (much different than previous service encounters at Rusnak). It seems like they have really improved service in the Maserati service department. Thanks.

Smooth and stress free

I was treated professionally throughout the entire process from initial introductions to driving off of the lot with my Ghibli. The negotiation process was handled without stress and undue pressure as I traded in my old vehicle and acquired my new Masarati. I was particularly pleased with finding the perfect car (color, features, and price) available and ready to go.

Raffy, our service interface was great!

He set an appointment, no waiting when we arrived, researched the part availability, provided a loaner car and delivered the Gran Turismo washed and repaired when he promised. It doesn't get better than that. We are very lucky to have Raffy.

From getting my Ghibli to having it serviced, Rusnak Maserati, hands down provides the best customer service. The service department accommodated me immediately and had me back on the road after routine maintenance in less than 2 hours! Thank you Raffi!
