Top Notch-Never Been Treated as Good

Picked-up a 2019 Ford Edge ST and couldn't have been treated better. Nick Delgiudice the Sales Manager, made sure the car was ready to go, and Hector Perez, Sales Consultant, spend at least 45 minutes explaining the features and operation of the vehicle. I've bought many new vehicles over the years and never was I treated as well. In fact years ago I refused to take delivery from a dealer in White Plains, NY on a car that I ordered from the manufacturer who pissed me so that I told them to take the car and shove it. (It was settled later when cooler heads prevailed.) If you have any problem at Rye Ford as some of the reviewers state, contact Nicholas Delgiudice, he is a seasoned professional who is incredibly knowledgeable and I will assure you, you will leave smiling. I live in CT and there are dealers here that have sales people that can't even answer questions on the products they sell There are professionals and there are pretenders Trust me Nick and Hector are professionals.

ZERO follow up

I was very much interested in leasing an Expedition from Rye Ford, however my salesman Osman never reached back out to me. I visited the dealership on 10/16. We spoke about lease options. He promise to call me the following day. The following morning, I emailed him my applications. I followed that up with an email later that day, after not hearing from him and he called me back around 7:15p that evening. He stated that he gave my information to his swap manager to see if a particular vehicle was available. He stated he would be off the next day (Thursday) but would get back to me on Friday. Friday came and went without a phone call. On Saturday, I stopped by the dealership to talk to Osman. He was with a customer. He explained that he still had not heard anything from the other dealership and that he wasn’t surprised. I waited for him for about 10 minutes but had to leave. I asked him to give me a call so we could discuss a vehicle. I have not heard from his since. Certainly not the way I expected to be treated. I placed a call to another Ford dealership the following week, filled out an application and took delivery of a vehicle four days later. It’s unfortunate that Osman did not have the time to lease me a vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time like I did. Worked a deal and the dealership backed out after agreement made. Dealership didn’t even care to try and work it out. Terrible business

I was hesitant coming back to Rye Ford but thankfully I did. I was greeted by the new manager Philip and in all my years of doing business at Rye Ford, I have never been treated with such professionalism. He made this painful process of car shopping so easy. This is my 3rd explorer from Rye and with this new staff there, it won't be my last! The salesmen Ozman was so thorough and knowledgeable with all this new technology.

Such a bad experiance as a ford customer. no loyalty at all

I took a loaner and left my IPAD and when I called back they said they have put it away. when I picked up it was cracked screen and no case at all. when I called again they changed and said customer dropped it off. First time I leased explorer and though to be a long customer never ever come back. cant wait till my lease over. Very bad customer service.

Seamless purchase

My son who lives in Florida (an important part of the story) blew his transmission and he needed a car to get back and forth from school....IMMEDIATELY. I called Neil Downing @ Rye Ford and explained my situation. Not only did he find me a hardly used Ford Focus at a fabulous price, he took care of all my Florida paperwork and managed to get the car to me in NJ. I have been purchasing my cars from Neil for many years and will do so until I can no longer drive. Great salesman, great dealership. Val Laskos

The worst

You know that age old saying that car salesmen are sleazy and dishonest? Ever wonder if it's true or just a myth? Head down to Rye Ford to put that theory to bed, you'll find out its true in spades at Rye Ford. These guys called me to accept an offer that I placed on a car, and said they'd call me back in 5 minutes to get my deposit. Never called back. Two days later, I called and they said they're ready to move forward and will call me back to get my credit card. They called back this time, but to tell me that they've decided to sell the car to someone else instead (a friend of the owner I was told). Wasted my time, from the first visit to their showroom up until the last call regarding the sale to someone else. Avoid this dealer if you can, they're about as useless as they come.

Good Dealer

Went to the dealership last Thursday. Found a SUV that I liked. Very friendly staff. Picked up the vehicle today. Very satisfied with the vehicle and the treatment by the salesman. would highly recommend. Also have used their parts department on the past and totally satisfied with their acquiring parts and their prices.

Horrible Service

Not sure if its just me but my experience with them has been horrible. From the numerous times I've gotten oil changes done with them not resetting the check oil reminder, explaining two problems and them quoting a price on what they can make money from but not even checking on the one under a recall. Horrible service.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Rye Ford. It was honestly, THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had!! Just bought a brand new F150 platinum. The sales consultant, Daniel and his manager, Anthony, really made the entire process so easy and comfortable for me. It was like I was buying a car from a friend (no pressure!). Daniel was also really knowledgeable, and answered all 100 of my questions haha. He took all of my needs into consideration, and helped put me into a truck that really made sense for me. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly reccomend them! Big thanks to Daniel and the Rye Ford team!! I'll be back!

Super Friendly Staff

Same day I called to inquire about getting out of my previous lease (2013 F-150 XLT) to get into a 2016 F-150 Lariat w/ certain features, pricing, and interior, I got exactly what I wanted plus more. The car was ready for me the same day and paperwork was fast and simple. Excellent customer service and staff, highly recommend working with Daniel DeBarros and Anthony Gualdino at this dealership.

i took my car in for an inspection. was told I needed new fluids and that my rear brakes were worn. I had squeaking so not surprised on the brakes. Took the car home, still have squeaking, I feel that I was ripped off. was my first time there I will never return, it is well worth the further trip to westchester subaru service, I only went here because they are open on saturdays and are much closer. Rude service people and I feel that I was taken advantage of. My fault for going along on it, they will not get a second opportunity. Do not go here for service!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Rye Ford. I went there to test drive the Fusion and wound up getting into a lease for a great deal. Joe was my salesperson and he was the most knowledgeable salesperson I have dealt with. Joe explained all the features of the car in great detail and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back when my lease is up to see Joe again. The dealership is professionally run and I highly recommend it!
