Found a GREAT used Dodge Dakota

I had been looking for about a year for a low mileage 4-door Dodge Dakota I found one on CarGurus and submitted a request for more info. Bill called me back the next day. My wife and I went to look at it, found it to be just what I was looking for. Bill took care of the paperwork in a few minutes, and we were driving it home in a jiffy. Bill was very professional and accurate. I would recommend him for any vehicle needs.

Fair Price for a Great Pickup

SLC sold us a great used 2005 Dodge Ram pickup in pristine condition. The price was fair and the owner treated us with honesty and respect. Not your typical used car dealer. I would highly recommend SLC for your next used car or truck purchase.

buying a newer truck

hi, i found this dealer on craigslist. have not had very good luck with their ads but drove almost 2 hours to take a look. took a test drive and the 2008 dodge ram 1500 was more then what the ad said.they made buying the truck very easy. they called me on Sunday and told me that paper work for the truck was already to pick up at the court house in Gilmer county and it was. if i have the need for another ride i would use them first. if they have something you are looking for go see them first i think you will be as happy as i am. thanks chris

Great Experience and Customer Service

I purchased my car from Bill the day after Christmas December 26, 2014 and my car runs great and the only issue was the throttle body had to be cleaned. I have a 2006 Pontiac Torrent and the tires on the car are new, oil changed, I have driven this car to Alabama and back a couple of times and did not have any issues on the road. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Bill; I paid for the majority of my car and only have a car note for six months. Anyone looking for a car please see Bill and pay majority up front he will work with you on the balance of the car.

I Bought my car from Bill in dec 2011 i have had my car now for 9 months. I had a small problem with my ac fan not working 7 months down the line. i caled bill and ask him if he could fix it? He told me that " He could". i did not have the whole $200 to get it fix. So he said "if i had a $100 he can fix it and put the other $100 at the end of my loan". He did just that i have not had any problems with bill he has been very nice and he does try to work with everyone. My twin brother and my two aunts and one other son's all got a car from him with no problems.He is very real and up front with you and tel u just like it is about the car be for u get it. out of a 100% i give him a 95%

I heard about Bill Moran at SLC Enterprises about 5 years ago. At that time he was known to be friendly, fair and honest. I referred my brother to him and he purchased a vehicle without any issues. The car started having a few problems shortly after, but at that time Bill told my brother to come in and he would take care of the problem right away. Fast forwarding four years later I found that I was in need of a smaller fuel efficient car, so naturally I choose Bill at SLC Enterprises because of the rapport we established years before. I purchased a small vehicle from him and two weeks after having the car the water pump had to be replaced and the transmission was slipping. I was within my thirty days so I took the car back to the shop where he has his cars serviced and they replaced the water pump, but denied that there were any transmission problems. I then took it to another mechanic and there I was told that the transmission needed to be serviced soon. The problems do not stop there. I was a co-signer on this vehicle and two weeks after the purchase the primary buyer and I parted ways and I keep the car. I made the first payment in November on time, the payment did not clear initially, but I called Bill and told him about my financial adjustments since I had to abruptly leave the violent relationship I was in with the primary buyer. At that time Bill was understanding and allowed me to clear up the payment and fees and I did so, right away. In December I called Bill mid- month and asked him what I would have to do to get my payments changed to the 7th of the month instead of the 24th and he asked if I would have the money on the 24th I told him I will try if I didn't I would call him. The 24th came and I was busy at work and could not call him before he closed. The next day was Christmas, he's closed on Sunday's and Monday's so I contacted him on the next business day (Tuesday) to let him know I had $230.00 of the $242.00 that I owed him he said, “that's not enough to restart the car”. I said, “ok I understand and I will have it all on the 1st”. Bill said, “ok”. I walked outside on Wednesday morning and my car had been repossessed. I called him and asked him, “how is it that I am only five days late and you've repossessed my car without notice”? “And you agreed to let me pay in full on the 1st”. He was very rude and hung-up the phone and later sent me text messages on how to recover my personal belongings for a fee of $50.00. I'm truly confused, how are his actions legal or justifiable? In the state of Georgia the law gives purchasers fifteen days to make payment before any repossesion process begans. I've referred three people to him two of which have made purchases and the other is due to make a purchase at the beginning of the year. Does that not count or mean anything to businesses anymore? I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY!!!!!!! The lack of quality cars and trust in business conduct and professionalism has changed over the years. This dealership deserves a BIG F!!!!!!!!!!

Entirely untrustworthy. Seems like a great dealer on the surface, but I eventually ended up with a lemon. His papers and his demeanor are usually in order, it's the cars that he sells that eventually cause the problems. At the time I bought my car he had no warranties on any of the cars, now he presently has them on all of them. This lets me know that he is probably experiencing some unhappy customers and he is now trying to make sure his tracks are covered. The price that he offered wasn't as high, but the ones he sells are more than likely just rebuilt cars with less than good quality parts. He also neglected to tell me until after the fact that my car had a JUNK engine replaced on it when I asked him had anything been replaced BEFORE I signed for it. At times he would somewhat handle the mechanical situation I had with my car despite the deal being AS-IS, but it spent more time in the shop than on the road. I gave this dealership its ratings because I have been burned severely and the public should be aware.
