New in Town

I'm new here, and as a former Ford employee, I ALWAYS take my vehicle to the local dealership for work. Long story short...my service contract company would not approve a major repair, and this dealership told me they were "waiting on a return call". Called my old boss where I had purchased my truck, he gave me some phone numbers, and eventually talked to the guy that went back and listened to the call between them and this dealership...completely different story than what they had told me. End result was they will not approve work done at this facility, and for good reason...will be going to Ft. Smith for the repairs.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst customer service experience ever. Sham of a repair job. Broke our vehicle. We have taken our vehicle here several times. Always treated terribly. They broke our dash and suggested it was broken before the service. They suggested that there was no way to prove it was their fault. The owner shamed us along with the service manager. Overcharging to plug our car into a computer to tell them our battery needed changed. I could have told them that. Every time you go here they "have to plug it in." No common sense. Needless to say we will never buy a vehicle here or have our vehicle serviced at this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.
