Above and Beyond Expectations

My wife was in town and the car was acting up. It was a Saturday two hours before the service department closes and after a call to the service advisor Kyler, he said to stop in and they would look at it. As a customer who has stopped into the adjacent BMW dealer over the years, and whose service department was closed, I wasn't sure what would happen. After some diagnosis, the matter was handled and wife sent on her way. This reassured me as I was quite a distance away and wasn't available to help. Thanks for a job well done!

After sales experience

I'm agonizing about my post-sales experience with Sam Leman Chrysler. Prior to the sale everything was excellent. After the sale, it was night and day different. The finance guy took a stand offish tone with me without any provocation at all. The sales representative assured me that the registration was processed which was an unfounded lie. 2 weeks after he told me that, someone else at the dealership admitted that they still hadn't sent the paperwork to the DMV yet. I've tried to convey the importance of this to them. After all day went by, they never even bothered to make a phone call on my behalf. I guarantee you they would have made a phone call if another sale would have come out of it. Do yourself a favor and buy your Chrysler somewhere else.

Great Deal, Great Salesman

I was hesitant to buy from a dealership over an hour away from home, but I am glad I decided to check out this dealership. I called on a Friday night, not realizing it was after hours. Darryl, our fantastic salesman, answered the phone and gave me instant answers. We set up an appointment to meet the next day. When I arrived, he and the car were ready. No time was wasted! The car was a great price, but I wanted to sleep on it. Like any large purchase, I had many concerns and questions. I usually have to send emails and try to wait patiently for answers. I LOVED that Darryl gave me a phone number that went directly to him. We worked through text for the next several days to get a deal that I was pleased with. Every time I had a question, I got an immediate response. Being able to have immediate answers was very reassuring and convenient. I will definitely recommend Darryl to my family and friends, and I look forward to working with him in the future!

Jacob Perry has the patience of Job! I had been searching for a very specific car online, and finally found it at Sam Leman in Illinois. I contacted the dealership, and as luck would have it, Jacob Perry was assigned to be my salesman. Jacob turned out to be so much more than merely a "salesman", going way over and above the expectations of that job description. I had my own financing through BECU here in Washington State, and I must say, BECU made the transaction VERY cumbersome, but every step, twist, and turn, Jerry and the team at Sam Leman were on top of their game, jumping through all the hoops BECU threw at me, and in the end, I have my beautiful new (to me) car - a 2014 Audi A6 3.0T Quattro with all the goodies packed into her. Throughout this process, Jerry has felt more like an assistant buyer than a salesman - and I truly appreciate that approach! Thank you Jerry - without your patience in dealing with the stupulations - er, I mean - STIPulations BECU kept throwing at us, this deal would not have happened - and a big THANK YOU to the finance team behind you, for taking care of the out of state title work, and finding JUST the right warranty package to fit in my budget.

Terrible Service Department

Took my vehicle in for a service recall for the key fobs. I purchased the vehicle there and have only had it serviced there. When I picked up vehicle, the key fob did not have the side door and tailgate feature. Jared said he was not sure what happened. When I asked when we could rectify this situation he said he would have to look into it. He would call me sometime next week. The issue for me is his poor demeanor and tone. I would expect him to apologize and say that they would work to get this fixed ASAP. Instead, he said he is used to these type of mistakes after working there for 6 months and that he does not know how all of these errors occur. This is not the first time that I have had to take my vehicle back for the same repair more than once. The sales team is good and I agree with the comments posted for them but the service dept is terrible and I have had terrible customer service since the beginning. This is the last straw for me and I will never buy from any Sam Leman or Dodge again after this incident. I would like to add that I have purchased three vans, a truck and jeep from Chrysler. I just received a call earlier in the week asking me to trade in my van which I have done every few years and I cannot wait for them to contact me again to tell them about the experience I had today with the Bloomington Sam Leman.

They truly had our best interests at heart when looking to purchase one vehicle, and walking out with two (Jeep and a Ford Lariat)! 2009 Ford Fusion

I came into Sam Leman just expecting to do a test drive on the car I bought. But Josh Rash helped me get the car that night and worked out a great deal for me! He's very polite, and unlike what I notice from many salesman, Josh did not try to pressure me into buying it. What really sold it was how polite he is and how you can tell that he really does care about you as a customer as he gave me a few options to work this deal out around what I can afford financially. The customer service was more than perfect and if you come to this dealership, I highly recommend that you ask for Josh to assist you in finding the car you want if you want to leave the lot with a huge smile on your face! 5 stars hands down.

When helping my mother shop for a dependable SUV we had the pleasure of doing business with Sam Leman. Our salesman, Josh Rash, could not have been more patient, helpful, and honest. He provided a level of service that is beyond words. We were able to get my mother in a safe Jeep Grand Cherokee that she absolutely loves.
