First time Car Buying at Sandy Sansing, I Like!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Not a fan of buying cars, don't appreciate the typical sales pitches, pressure and the after feeling of not getting the best deal. Gotta say, I didn't get any of that at Sandy Sansing! Working with Marvin Oliver was comfortable and I know I ended up with what I was after. Marvin was exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. He answered all our questions and concerns and made the overall experience painless. So far, we feel very good about the whole process!

Best Experience buying a car ever!

I purchased a vehicle from Sandy Sansing BMW most recently in October 2017. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from this dealership if that tells you how good they are. Marvin Oliver was the Sales Associate that has worked with me each time. Mr. Oliver is the most knowledgeable, most straightforward and most genuinely personable Sales Associate I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. He makes everything so easy. I didn't have to go in and ask a thousand questions because he explained things simply as we went through the process. I walked in told Marvin what I wanted and he found several matching vehicles, I picked the one I wanted and then he got me the price and financing options that worked best for me. I have my vehicles serviced at Sandy Sansing BMW as well and have never been disappointed. Overall, I would say that Sandy Sansing BMW is an absolutely Class Act operation and it's because of their employees. Finally, when it's time to upgrade my other vehicle I will most assuredly be calling Marvin Oliver for further assistance. Thanks!

I have never had a problem with Sandy Sansing BMW customer service, even when I only dropped by to get the Nitrogen in my tires topped off. My buying experience with Marvin Oliver was also very positive. Ordered my X3 with the features I wanted. There was no pressure or hassle.

Lack of Care for Customer Service

Firstly had a bad experience with Victoria in sales. Wasn't very knowledgeable and failed to deliver items I ordered on time. Helped my friend buy a BMW at Sandy Sansing. His sales rep didn't know much about the car. Very rude in general. Service appointments are always a headache here. They never give me accurate estimates as far as timeline so that I can make travel arrangements. Often times the service center doesn't answer and they never return voicemails.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased my BMW a few years ago from here and the service department have been nothing but useless since day 1. It's like the staff don't even care to talk to you let alone help you out with something. I have called many times and left messages and never once had a returned call. I talk to one member of staff who "sorted everything" and then I call in to find out no one even knew about my talk with her or anything about me or my car despite going in there the day before. I was spoken to very rudely on the phone by someone who I can honestly say sounded like he was half asleep. I now am left to be the proactive one and try and sort this out myself even though it was a recall from BMW so there fault in the first place. Top it off with a service I had last year and they were going to charge me for multiple fixes totaling $3500 and I was like there is no way! I took it to a local guy who did a service only to find nothing wrong with my car! What a sham! They tried getting me to fix something that didn't even need to me fixed! Stay away at all costs this service department are careless and money grabbers who don't want to put the work in. Buying a high end car like a BMW you expect top class service but to be honest I'd get better service at Toyota or Honda.

Rude, unprofessional customer service I've ever experience.

Today I went to get car parts for my 328i 2007 because my friend works on BMWs at another garage in town. I called before to get a quote on pricing for 3 items. valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, eccentric shaft sensor gasket, and eccentric shaft motor gasket( football gasket). I go up there and see only 2 items he gives me confused to why it's only 2 packages before I purchase I simple asked what I was purchasing. ( I DONT xxxxIN WORK ON CARS HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW) I guess it's out of line to ask what I'm about to pay over 100$ for. Granted being the same guy I was on the phone with who was serving me the items (I asked him if he was the same guy) I'm a 24 year old female and IM JUST MAKING SURE WHAT IM BUYING BEFORE I BUY IT. He gave me attitude was rude and didn't even tell me what package was what. Promised me I had everything I needed Said if I didn't have everything I can come back and "blame Jenny". Well I never want to come back with your horrible af customer service skills. Might I add I spent over 100$ and they had a "customer loyalty sign" saying if I spent 100$ or more on car parts I would receive either a free t shirt or BMW car cleaning shampoo, which I was never offered it. Nor did I want to ask about it. I left and I probably will be back to cuss you out if you ever belittle me again. You only got 1 star cause I had to fill something out.

Misleading finance people

almost a year ago I bought a used BMW 750li with 32,000 miles . During my meeting to wrap things up with the finance manager I mentioned i wanted an extended warranty through BMW he told me I should look at safeguard and would save some money. I was explicit in explaining that I wanted genuine BMW parts and didn't want any hassle of things went wrong . He told me it was rock solid, they only used new BMW parts and it was treated just like an extended warranty from BMW. Fast forward 9 months and 20,000 plus miles . My air goes out completely and I took it to the closest dealership in ft Walton . After two days I get a call and I was told that they hadn't even started on my car becasue safe guard had to send an inspector out to confirm I needed the repair. Two more days go by and safeguard tells me I am approved but not for a new compressor but a used compressor . So basically instead of insuring and replacing my compressor with a new $1300 part like I was told by Sandysansing I was offered three options 1) the use part 2) a credit for $517 towards the new part 3) the dealership can look for a part up to $517. This is obviously a scam by Sandysansing to sell this warranty which I'm sure they get paid a kick back on. Bottom line is they lied to me and if you deal with them don't let them talk you into anything but a BMW extended warranty .

An amazing experience.

I started off BMW search at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola Fl. I walk around looked at every car on the lot until I found the exact one I wanted. My sales person, Victoria, Did a great job of answering all my questions. We sat down and discussed price and she laid it all out on paper for me to see. Not my typical experience at car dealers. She did not wow me hypothetical monthly payments. She brought out two pieces of paper with numbers and as any good consumer, I took those pieces of paper with me to think about my options and shop around for a better deal. With out going in to my experience at the other dealership we will just cut to the chase and say, after spending 12 hours at the FWB BMW, I made my way back to Pensacola to buy my BMW. I can not say enough about how great they made my car buying experience. Thank you Sandy Sansing and Thank you Victoria for my beautiful car and my wonderful experience. If you are in the market for a BMW see Victoria. She was a very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all.

Sandy Sansing failed me

I recently turned in a 135I that was leased for a 228I that I also leased. This was done on 01/26/16. I did this transaction thru Wendy Fitch who is a sales person. I was told at the time that my last payment on my lease on the 135I would be taken care of. Come to find out today(2/16/16) that that was not done. My bank account was drafted a payment on my old car(and it should not have been) that I turned in that caused my bank account to be overdrafted. Got in touch with Sandy Sansing BMW and talked to Wendy about this. She told me to call BMW Finance to get this straightened out(which I think Sandy Sansing should have done) since it was their fault. BMW Finance said that it was waiting on the final payment from Sandy Sansing which they had not submitted. Called Wendy back and told her this. There was some body work that needed to be done on the 135I that has been completed but obviously Sandy Sansing has not been keeping up with this part which Wendy says is why the last payment on my car I turned in has not been made. Then Wendy says that I should have told my bank not to accept any more drafts on the old car since I turned it in which would have caused me to get a late charge on my old car because they were unaware that it had even been turned in. In short - not very happy with Sandy Sansing BMW. Did not seem that concerned about the issue that has occurred here.

A pre-owned Toyota Prius is what we were interested in which this BMW dealer advertised; Thank God Ben Brooks was there; a professional young gentleman who knew how to handle the sale; we were treated like we were buying an expensive BMW; He was focus all the time and discuss to us in detail the features of the car as well as how we could save. My husband and I recommend this dealership because its staff are professional and friendly especially Ben who represented his company with excellence! We closed the deal!

An AWESOME Sales Consultant at a DYNAMIC Dealership

Over the past three years we have been blessedly pleased with the meticulous attention to detail, quality Service standards, and professionalism in our experiences ranging from interactions with everyone from Administrators to the Finance Department, including General Management and Salespersons; to Service Advisors and Technicians who take care of my vehicle with utmost regard to BMW service and repair precision standards. Due to our stellar experiences, last month, my family returned and to purchase a second BMW at the Sandy Sansing BMW Dealership. This time, my Dad purchased a BMW for my Mom's Birthday present. We were met by Mr. Ben Brooks who stood in the rain with me on the day before, to preview what I believed my Mom would like in a vehicle. The next day, our family returned with her to find out Mom's specific preferences. From the onset, to finally leaving with the vehicle that day; we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional professionalism, genuine respectfulness and utmost kindness Mr. Brooks demonstrated toward each member of our family. His product knowledge is truly vast, and Mr. Brooks has terrific way of discerning his customers' preferences. As a result, both Mom and Dad are highly satisfied with their choices in every aspect! Great cars, Great Sales Staff, Satisfied Customer

I traded in a 2011 BMW 528l on Nov 10, 2014. I replaced it with a 2015 BMW 328i. This is my 3rd BMW, (two from this Dealership) so you can already see what I think about these cars and this Dealership! There is just something special about the overall Styling and Handling of a BMW. These cars are more expensive than the average car out there, but for me, its worth it! The build quality is readily evident for the discerning customer. If you just want to browse these cars at your leisure with no sales pressure, the staff will treat you with respect, answer your questions, and make your visit most pleasant. I wish to put a plug in for my client adviser. His first name is "Ben". Go see him......he will treat you right.......you'll be glad you did! Bob

We leased a 328I and was worried about milage sales person told us to just get the 15000 mile per year lease we would get credit for miles not used ! Lie!!It cost you on front and rear ..Stay away from lease and from anything they tell you!!!

My BMW's windshield wipers stopped working. I took the car in for service, received a loaner BMW. Cathy called saying that the BMW diagnostic equipment indicated a $400 wiper control module was bad. The car was nine years old with 87,000 miles, so I expect electrical problems from time to time. Cathy said they had to overnight the part in, and the car should be ready the following afternoon. She later called, saying the part was not in the US and had to be shipped from Germany. I had the loaner BMW a few more days. The part came in from Germany, was installed, but did not solve the problem. The technician started manually troubleshooting and found a bad two-dollar relay. Cathy apologized for the delay in fixing my car (caused by a flaw in the BMW diagnostic computer algorithm, not by Sansing), and charged me $90 labor. I'm afraid any other dealership would have charged me for the $400 relay. I really wanted a Porsche for my next car. But, this wiper control module thing made me buy another BMW from Sansing instead. My old BMW is twelve years old, with 114,000 miles. It has been in Sansing BMW for service 25 times since new. I have NEVER been disappointed the in the service. In addition to being competent and honest, they are meticulous. Cars are valet delivered to a covered area outside the service / customer waiting area after service, to prevent damage by another customer dinging the door getting in their car or doinking the bumper pulling out of a parking space. The tech's and valets back the cars into parking spaces to prevent damage to the front air dams (typically lower than curbs on BMW's passenger cars, particularly M cars). Sansing BMW has the state of the art, damage-free tire changing machine. I also take my Chevrolet 90 miles to Sansing BMW to have tires repaired or replaced.

Sandy Sansing Bmw has an outstanding Dealership. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the peaceful and calm atmosphere of the building. I really felt relaxed and comfortable. The refreshments were plentiful and well stocked . All areas were clean and well stocked, including the restrooms. Keep up the good work!
