Want $500 deposit before even I can go there to see the car!

Before visiting the dealership, I called to confirm if the specific vehicle advertised on their website is available. The rep called me that it is available and asked me to confirm the appointment, so she can get the vehicle ready for me to look at when I get there. I confirmed the appointment and got there. When I got there, first of all, the vehicle was not ready. Then after waiting for 15 mins, the salesman comes and tells me that he located the car but can't find the keys. Then after 10-15 mins more he comes back saying the car is sold. Further inquiring, he tells me that the car was sold a week ago, but it was not picked up yet. I then go to the manager to notify him about it and he tells me that the car got sold before I got there. Then he tells me that I should have put a $500 deposit over the phone just to even see the car. When I told him that the car was actually sold a week ago, he then tells me "I just found out about it, so I can't do anything". There is no sorry or apology from him, instead he has an attitude. VERY ARROGANT MANAGER! I am glad that I didn't end up buying from them, else I would had probably experienced the same arrogant and unprofessional behavior with the sales process, service, etc. too. No wonder they have such bad reviews all mover the internet.

Looking for Camry, visit couple of Toyota showrooms, but what kind of experience I got at Sanaone that was mind blowing, meet with Rana Khan, impressive personality and knowledge wise beat all other salesmen which I faced in last couple of days, Nestalie was great manager and make it happen so I am now owner of the Camry. Zahid Majeed was my finance Manager, over all Sanaone Toyota Rocks , thumbs up 👍👍👍

Bait and switch.

So i've just had the worst experience at Sansone Auto Group in Avenel, NJ i think i've ever had buying a car including buying a car in Kennsington (Philadelphia) and not even making it home. So i called about a Nissan Titan they had for sale on the web for a considerably lower amount under retail value but i just figured it was either just a mistake or something was wrong with the truck. It was an hour and half ride so i called to confirmed the price was correct. The lady on the phone said the price was correct so i drove up on a week night with my Son. (he's 5 but thank god very well behaved) I get there and tell them i want to see the truck they had listed online. Here come the excuses. They can't find it, then they can't find the keys or listed in their inventory anywhere even though I'm now standing right next to the truck. So the sales guy takes 15 min or more to finally tell me that the price is wrong and it was a "mistake". I tell him will that's not my mistake and the lady on the phone confirmed that it was the correct price. After about another 1/2 hour of back and forth of them telling me i can't buy the truck at that price, i was given an option to look at another truck with 50,000 more miles and about $2000 more than this one. I told them i wasn't interested in the other truck, i wanted this truck. After i realized my time was already wasted i took the suggestion of the sales guy and looked at the other truck. After all it was in my price range. That truck was listed online at $20900. I took it out for a test drive and felt that this truck was something i could live with and if i could work some numbers with them i was gonna take it home. I even asked the sales person where could i park my car so that i could get it later when i got a ride. We get back to the dealership and i go to the finance manager and wait for him to start the negotiation. He looks at me and drops a printed sheet on the table in front of me. On that paper is the new revised price of the truck i just took out on a test drive and guess what? That price jumps up to over $2000 bucks. I looked at him and said what's that? He said that's the price. I said, no the online price was $20900. He said that the added price for a certified vehicle. I took that paper and wrote $20000. He said oh no i can't sell it at that price. That's lower than what's listed. That's when i turned to my son and said lets go, daddy can't buy this truck. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership especially a high profile Nissan dealership. If i could rate them a "0" i would. At all costs don't go there. They have no clue how to treat a customer.

Lying Thieves- STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER I called in for a Toyota Tocoma and negotiated the out the door price to $24,000. I told them to make sure I wouldn't have to deal with anything when I went in. They agreed over the phone on the $24,000 price, so I immediately went over to the dealer. As soon as I got there the manager told me that he couldn't do that price. Appalled, I walked out and left. They lied and stole the gas that I wasted driving over there. I will take this up with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

Third class service at dealership

I went to this showroom twice for one car and they told me that car is sold both times. They didnot even care of customer who travels to the showroom from 50 miles away. I did confirm availability of car before I started from home. By the time I reached there, they told me that car is in body shop. We will call you again once its available. Did not even bother to say sorry. The manager and his boss were so ridiculous that they were just arguing with me. Do not go to this showroom. They are liars.

I went into Sansone Toyota with a common thought we all might have when walking into a dealer. Upon meeting Nestali Deleon those misconceptions were quickly put to rest. Mr. Deleon and salesman Ashwani Maini took the time to listen to my needs and provided answers to all my questions. Never did they try to rush through the process of leasing my Toyota Camry. I will definitely recommend Sansone Toyota to family and friends.

READ!! We can get it done... no no you can't..WARNING.

I went in to return my Toyota Venza. I was clear that I did not want to get into another lease. My credit took a beating on my previous lease because I was VERY upside down and the only way out was throw a lease. Although I struggled I managed to pay off my lease. I went to return my lease to Maini. Maini was great and HONEST, I cannot say anything negative about my experience with him. He was knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. Knowing my credit situation I told Maini that I would rather wait till the summer, so I can get my score higher. He said why don't you try and see if we can get you in another Lease for less. Of course I would love a new car who wouldn't. I gave Maini my information, and sometime later I met Nestali who walked over with Maini. I told Nestali that my credit took a beating during the lease because of 760 dollar payment. He said "Don't worry about, this is easy we can get you done, let us worry about it". In good faith I went ahead, gave a 2000 dollar deposit and drove away with a beautiful Toyota Highlander. While doing the financing I dealt with Tim who assured me that the finance was going to go through, meanwhile I signed a paper saying that 'since the bank was closed' I was taking the vehicle acknowledging it could be rescinded. I again spoke to Nestali and said, "I would rather leave the car here, until things are cleared... again he said don't worry, this will get done YOU ARE FINE". So happily I left in my car, not worried about a thing. I was suppose to hear from the dealership by Friday, but the phone call never came. Now its Monday 3/20 and after more than a dozen calls, the truth comes out...BUT NOT before I get notified by my credit monitoring that my credit was ran 4 OTHER TIMES to other financial institutions. I want to remind you as you are reading this, that the objective was a LEASE DIRECTLY WITH TOYOTA FINANCIAL not finance to own with Toyota OR ANY OTHER entity. I was clear with Steve the sales manager whom I spoke to that I DID NOT want any other financing other than what I signed in the contract for the lease OR subprime auto loan places. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED by Sansone Finance that they would be running my credit in any other place. I feel as a customer that transparency should be there. To run my credit in other places should be a decision I MAKE not the dealer, or the finance director. So now tomorrow 3/21 I have to do the walk of shame and return the car. Embarrassed because I was so happy to show my friends and family the car. Please do not take A car without having financing solidified, this is a tactic to get you to fall in love with the vehicle and agree with whatever they throw at you. Make sure you are clear WHERE your credit is being ran. I am sad about this because I went in with very clear expectations of returning my car,and was convinced that the deal was good to go and that i would be driving around in my new highlander. ALSO YOU CAN NEGOTIATE A LEASE, After educating myself YOU DO NOT have to take the MSRP. Educate yourself so you do not end up like me, doing the walk of shame like on a bad date...

Another Horrible Experience

If there is a rating of 0 star, I would use it. Went in for recalls (only reason I am coming back here) and I was inform it will take 2 hours. It took almost 4 hours without even informing me what is causing the delay. I even have to ask the service person myself. Since it was just for recalls, they were releasing the vehicle to me without the paper works and I even have to request for it. One of the recall made it even worse. Now I have to make another appointment and wait another 2 weeks. I once asked why customers had to wait and they told me that they would rather book appointments more than they can handle. They would rather have an unhappy customer than not being able to maximize the booking. The 5 star rating given must be on a weekday or the customer is receiving free services. I hope this would be the last time I would need to come back here. Already thinking of selling my Toyota Rav4 so I do not have to deal with this service center. Purchase your Toyota somewhere else otherwise you have to deal with this service center forever.

Rude service agent & webpage to book online is broken.

Phone lines there are constantly going down and when someone ends up answering, they are rude and unapologetic and hang up on you quickly. The online service appointment webpage is down and has been that way for a long time!!! It took me 2 days just to book a service appointment with them. How do car dealerships get away with being so extremely rude and never being held accountable for it!!???

Leasing a new vehicle

I leased a car three years ago from Jorge Pico and Nestali DeLeon and was amazed by the knowledge Jorge had and his customer service/sales experience was by far the best. Nestali took the time and helped me with my first lease and gave me the opportunity of a lifetime by helping me along the way to get approved. I loved my experience so much that yesterday I returned to Sansone Toyota to return my lease and get a new car, the service was top notch. Nestali and Jorge worked out the numbers last week and when I arrived it was smooth sailing. From sales to management and finance it is the best experience. When you have a great salesman like Jorge it makes the shopping experience that much better. He takes the time to listen and give you what you want by not pushing anything onto you. It's all about presentation to me and the way Jorge Pico presents the product and paperwork it makes you feel a sense of security like if you were family. Zahid made me feel secure when signing all the paperwork he was able to get my lease done even though it was later in the day. Zahid took the time to personalize the conversation and made it more of a family environment then a business uncomfortable experience. Sansone Toyota is by far an extraordinary dealership and we the customer should commend them when we have a good experience that way it'll encourage other customers to shop there as well. I'm so happy and excited about leasing with Sansone. :-)

WOrst service center

On 4/26/16 my car was repaired due to engine oil consumption. The repair includes disassembling the engine properly and installing new pistons. the AC system stopped working completely. i brought up this matter to my service advisor. She insisted that the problem is not related to the repair. According to Toyota repair procedure the ac components must be removed in order to access the engine and disassemble it. But the dealer stated that the compressor is not working and want $950 to replace the compressor. Don`t get your car repaired their otherwise it will be broken
