Buying a new car and received excellent service.

Peter Wilkins was an excellent salesman, very fair and detail with his explanations of my new 2018 Escape. I have been dealing with Satcher Motor Company for a really long time and bought my first car from them in 1964. I recommend Satchers to anyone, will always deal and buy from them. Kris is doing an excellent job as General Manager now since he took over from his Dad, Rick. I asked in the beginning for great service and I received excellent service. I bring all of my 3 Fords and am very happy with the service

It seems that only the disgruntled take the time to write bad reviews. I would ignore those idiots, some people can never be made happy. I have 3 Fords that I bring to this business and have been very happy with the attention they give to my needs and I usually leave them with them and get a ride to work and pick them up at the end of my work day. You're getting your car serviced, it's not McDonald's. Find something else to do and let them do their work! As for purchasing my vehicles, they have been very accomodating and have gotten me great vehicles at fair prices. Very good people and happy to buy and have my vehicles serviced here.

Poor and expensive

Brought my car in for oil change and was told it would be two to two and a half hours or for a three hour wait I could get the 60,000 mile service. I went ahead and bit the bullet and had the 60,000 mile service done. When I received my vehicle four hours later, every single thing in the vehicle had been moved; the seat, steering wheel, mirrors, temp control. And, I didn't think they needed to move everything unless they planned or had driven the car cross country. I asked for the tires not to be rotated because I had just purchased new tires for the rear and planned to get new ones for the front. That had to be redone. In addition, there was a big grease stain on the passenger seat that had not been there before. The customer service person took it to get cleaned but the grease stain has reappeared. Not happy with these people at all and I actually purchased the car brand new from this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.

NOT Professional nor Friendly

I went to look at a 2015 Mustang and was not greeting or helped. I had to walk inside to ask for help and. Even once inside, it seems at no one took me seriously. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at this place. I went to Bobby Jones Ford in Augusta and ended up getting an amazing deal for the price of what Satcher was trying to sale a base model vehicle for.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Troubling the web site indicates you can make an...

Troubling the web site indicates you can make an appointment for service but truly you cannot for certain activities like oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter replacement. This is a major activity on a diesel truck and it is problematic not to be able to get an appointment. This could turn into a long time at the dealership captive to their schedule when it should be about the customers schedule. Ended up with a different supplier who had the customer focus and commitment to have an appointment system and keep up with it.

I would not recommend this dealer.
