Rude and hours listed are incorrect

I called multiple times finally getting a return call hours later. The service I was looking to have done should take less then one hour this information coming from both a service tech from another state and online. The website clearly states the service department is open until 6pm yet I was rudely informed if I wanted this service preformed I would need to come no later then 3:30 pm. Though I am a dedicated GM person I will never deal with this dealership again it is far less convenient but I will drive to Bell Glades instead much nicer and fat less expensive $80 less per hour

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service Consultant the best in the industry!

Coming in for service is a pleasure working with my Service Consultant. Talks you through options and alternatives while making sure they have a clear understanding of what the issue is. The Mechanics did not balance my tires when doing the oil change, AC inspection - that required a part to be ordered and will be installed at a later date, and tire rotation. I had over 20,000 miles (Purchased the vehicle new in February 2017) and I had to being it back the next day before I left on my trip ( approx. 2,000 miles) Vibration was terrible but they took my truck back in and spent a considerable amount of time getting it right. Balance all four tires which eliminated almost all the vibration. Without having a concerned, considerate Service Consultant this experience could have been a disaster. When it comes to "Customer Service" I am a very harsh critic but through it all I came away believing that being a part of the Schumacher Family truly means something.

Emergency Service

I had a dead battery on a car that is used in the transport of someone with medical conditions. I was able to get the car to the dealership early in the morning and they were able to get it in immediately but would need it for several hours, which would interfere with the pick up of this person. I voiced my concern and Tom immediately arranged to have a loaner of the same style of car for the day. This allowed me to accomplish everything including having the car repaired. I was very pleased with the service.
