Excellent service and great deal

My wife and I had 2 Lincoln lease turn ins and I purchased a 2019 Lincoln Continental. Richard Gardnier was our sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable, assisted in every aspect of the return of the leases and the new purchase of the Continental. No pressure sales. Phil Simon the sales manager was also amazing, found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and had the car brought over. Steve Petrarca was fun to work with in finance, he kept the mood light and we had a good time telling stories and joking about random things, he made the whole financing process much easier. Dave Adams has been our service tech rep for the 3 year leases for my wife's MKX and my MKZ and is now my service rep of choice for my Continental. Dave communicates well and ensures everything is handled properly, even has the car washed and detailed before pick up. The whole group of people from sales, to finance and on to service are amazing at Schumacher Lincoln. Go see them you will not be disappointed!

Great Experience

I have lived a lot of places in USA and purchased cars in most of those places- Boston, NYC, Buffalo, Chicago, Allentown, Hilton Head --to name a few, and this experience was among the very best. Pricing was competitive; dealer personal were very professional and caring; obtaining the exact desired vehicle, while frustrating and difficult , we finally obtained a good fit. Even repairing a minor engine default proved to be very positive in that the service personnel provided a loaner and were very quick and helpful in fixing the issue with a smile. Would recommend this dealership to anybody in search of a good customer oriented experience .

Scheduled the service appointment online along with the pick-up and Dave, the customer service valet was not just on-time, but also provided an exceptional customer service by explaining the process. A very positive experience

Although I didn’t have an appointment to have my car serviced, I was checked in and told it would probably take an hour and a quarter. My car was ready in fifty minutes! That included washing and vacuuming the car. I would call that outstanding service. Thank you Schumacher.

I was fortunate to meet with Michael Kuznetz when I came in for a few minor questions. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. After solving my few problems, I asked when I was due for a service call. I had 5600 miles on my Continental. Since I had no appointment scheduled, Michael recommended I do it now, if convenient . I was delighted and when my car was ready, it was even more beautiful, having been washed and waxed.

I experienced very prompt service as I drove up to the service department without having made an appointment. Dave, my customer service rep, was very attentive, explained everything that they were going to do and answered all my questions. I was out of there in no time. Having dealt with Schumacher before, the product knowledge of the Sales Department to help me purchase a new Lincoln MKC. Cornelius Presley went over the details on the SUV and made it easy to understand the vehicles functions, and to get me a great price. Price is not the only thing, but Service is very important. The valet service that Lincoln offers is truly a very positive way of doing business. The one on one service is the best way to do business, this way you understand the Lincoln experience of what you expect. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.

Service above what was necessary

I brought my car in for the 30,000 mile service. Michael took care of my service. My car had had a slight meeting with a short wall and needed an estimate for repair. He made sure that was taken care of at the same time. He let me know of further needs for the car by phone and I picked up a clean, serviced car in a few hours. Your waiting room leave a lot to be desired. Other dealership service waiting rooms have food, coffee, internet, computers, and lounge chairs for their customers. You have a long way to compete. They also give loaners when cars are brought in for service. Listen up!!!
