My new 2019 RAV4 hybrid AWD from Rivera Toyota .

I was looking for a hybrid AWD crossover/compact SUV. Initially, I was leaning towards the 2019 Lexus UX hybrid AWD. I am glad that I kept an open mind and decided to check out the 2019 RAV4 hybrid AWD at Rivera Toyota of Mount Kisco. I am very satisfied with Alejandro Arboleda’s excellent and personable service. She was patient, listened to what I am looking for and took her time to explain to me the options available to me. I did not feel pressured or rushed while I was still undecided whether I was going to get the Lexus UX or Toyota RAV4. Later, I also met with the Liam Tully, General Sakes Manager whom I feel is a fair negotiator. On the day I had scheduled to pick up my car, Alejandro came in on her off day to facilitate the process. It was most reassuring to get that continuity of care from her. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service and care I get from the sales department.

When I made an inquiry of a pre owned vehicle and spoke to Angel about coming in to check options, I felt highly satisfied of his excellent customer service. I love the Prius Prime. I enjoyed every one in the dealership including the receptionist and the finance advisor, tinu. I highly recommend this team of workers to anyone who is interested in getting a vehicle!!!

I am pleased to write about the outstanding service I have received on my visits to your Service Department. You are greeted courteously when you first arrive, are directed to your staff inside. who are also great. Today I dealt with Mike Kaminski for my inspection. He told me my wait time was within an hour and it was. He also advised me that my car has a recall on it which I need more time for so I will take care of that another visit. All of your service employees there are great. I would recommend your dealership to anyone.

I feel terrible and I just planning not came back

Is not my first time submitting a complaint with this dealer Mariano Rivera Toyota. Firstteboll almost one year ago one Serv Adv try involving me with a paper with colors from my battery inspection and until the end convincing me to change for a new one. But after I told my husband and explain how I have to way 2 hours for changing the car battery and He told me, '"But the battery in under warranty we do not have to pay the watery will be a noncost replacement" Them I approaching the guy Serv and I told him, please check the battery in under warranty, well He star checking the car history fiel and like a Miracle, He told me way, I will back to you, and then when he came back to me. Like magic, he says " Oh, no, sorry is my mistake, your Toyota car does not need a new battery, the battery is totally perfct" I got upset and blablabla. I call Toyota Company, I argue with that guy and nothing happened.. apparently, these people do where ever they want it. and now one and again, HAPPEN. On 03/ 25/2019 I bring my car for a regular oil change and tire rotation and of course, they make an inspection and says the battery is totally bad, and even the car is no longer in warranty but because that guy is no longer there, well at the end of December someone telling me that service guy is no longer working there anymore and well after I listen in the phone the battery is not ok, I say, well, and how much will be at the end she says 170 and I say yes, but at the end I received an invoice with a wrong miles, and says oil change but does not says what an oil (because the car always has a synthetic) also does not explain how many quarts of oil they suppose to use 1/ 2?... Do they really change the oil? Well also I make an appointment for a regular service oil and tire rotation and on the bill, I saw a 40 thousand service... AN MY BILL FOR ALMOST 400... I almost feel down on the floor and I called Rivera Toyota on Mount Kisco and the only apparent solution even was not my mistake, even my pass nightmare with this dealer service one year ago. they decide to give to me only 105 dollar credit for spending inside the dealer, but not a return to my credit card. Is why I call again TOYOTA COMPANY and ex[plain all has happened and I opened an investigation with my credit card. and also I will not come back to Mariano Rivera Toyota... I will move to another brand company and I must have a regular service with a regular mechanic service. Also I trying and trying to conect with the manager at Toyota Rivera, and none one is answering. And my Question is why my invoice front March 25/2019 has the same mileage than the invoice from September 2018? ... Where is the colorful paper who describes the battery study? Why on September 2018 I have to pay almost 300 for service and I look the invoice and says the same like the one they give it to me now in March 2019? And oh Super Surprise! This inspection on September 2018 was on Danielle Supervisor! My other question is? Even I always but a new car, and I only the unic owner, even this Corola has 40.000 miles, even we only drive the car maximum lest than 10 thousand for year. Even that this lady and of course the Mariano Rivera en Mouth kisco, try to take out our packet 300 and close to 400 every single inspection?... Also why? My invoice from March 25 doesn’t have a totally description about the oils change and how many units of oil they used? Is many, an a lot questioning and why, and why in my head now. Is why I want to asking you... Do you check the invoice you recibe every single visit? Do you have the years invoice in your records? Well! Is better for you go! Be sure and doble check.
