The bomb

So I recently bought a 2019 Nissan Rouge. I knew that was the car I wanted when I left the house that morning. I stopped at our local Dealership and the salesperson didn't even attempt to deal with us as we didn't have a trade in. I had already been approved by my own credit union and knew I was going to purchase a car. Scott Clark Nissan is by far interested in your needs and does what they have to ,to get your wants. Will be more than happy to give them my business for life .

They are dismissive , disorganized ...

I didn't buy from them as we couldn't come to an agreed upon number for a 2019 Frontier... which is fine no hard feelings. They want to maximize profits , I want to spend as little as possible. However this began with quotes for a 4 x 4 edition of the Frontier, took 3 times for them to actually get me a quote for the VIN I supplied as well at the description... once I sent both a VIN , Description and Link to the truck in inventory we got the game going. Then I simply said I counter you offer with my offer, and got "HAVE A NICE DAY" .... I don't' mind the spill about can't sell this low , etc. but being dismissive was very rude... so once I got rude and said I no longer want to speak to peons... I got a voicemail saying "call us back" no name of whom etc. I was to call back, how unprofessional is that ... just a "US" I am a manager of a Software division , which is IT tech nerds so I can understand when people are people people.. but you leave message with this is Joe Blow at Location and here is my number if you would like to call me back/ and or one can leave brief description of what call is about if need be Upon calling back , I presume I was talking with Troy it was so noisy in the background he said he was not a peon ... but still rude and not managerial. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day... but my shopping experience has been laborious no way this rude. Just be advised and not surprised if you get a bad experience.

I have been getting my car serviced here for almost 4 years now. Mario Herrera is top of the line in customer care, the best! He is consistently making sure that the customers feel at ease when coming there. He is knowledgeable when there are issues and gives the best advice on how to keep your auto running. He has excellent customer service both internally and externally. Mario, always has a smile on his face, which is a great indicator of friendliness. Every visit I have with him is pleasant even if my service is about to "break the bank." He goes above and beyond in customer service and I give him 5 stars across the board!!

Service Department

The service Dept is very inconsiderate. As you pull into the service car port area, employee just walk by and it takes a while for someone to assist you unless your a white Male or woman. Warranty and Protection plans aren't presented to you clearly, so when you come back for some type of repair or service they are after your dollar anyway they can get it. They sale you into a repair or replacement, but if your still under the timeline or miles, they will find a way to say they cant repair for whatever reason and charge you some type of price. Nothing but cons there

Horrible service

Family had to wait several hours, staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. Didn’t even put spare back where it belonged and management never called to follow up after my wife had to put the tire back herself. They did respond to a negative review by stating that they had a newly remodeled lounge. Great it still looked like a bus station and that’s their excuse for making a customer do half the work themselves??

I would not recommend this dealer.

My finance and I drove an hour to look at it and was basically talked junk to and put down because it wasn't quite in our budget. We looked at kbb and told him even carmax had one that was cheaper that we were going to look at. We ended up walking out mad because of him talking junk to us with us trying to negotiate. And no he didn't come off the internet price at all, he said the internet price WAS their best price and theirs no negoatiation on that. The first carlot I've been to that they would not negoatiate on a price besides carmax. I have heard good things about Scott Clark but our experience was not pleasant.

Horrible experience - worst car buying experience ever

I went there to look at a used car. It was still being worked on, so I never drove it. I told sales staff I wanted to think it over and drive it before putting down any money. I was pressured by Sales manager Deon Brace into putting down a deposit. I was promised repeatedly that if I changed my mind I could get my deposit back. I was still nervous about putting down money on a car I hadn't driven. Mr Brace continued to pressure me into putting down a deposit. He repeated that it was only to hold the car from someone else buying it until I drove it. I put down $2000 to hold the car. I started the financial paperwork for the car in case I came back and wanted. it. I never got a good feeling about the car or the staff. They even lost the rental car I left there. I made numerous calls to the dealership and never got a call back. I returned 4 days later to ask for my refund. Again Mr. Brace was involved. He flatly refused to return my money. I started dealing with the financial manager, and he also is not returning my calls and has not returned my money. It has been another week and still no refund.

I would not recommend this dealer.
