My Awesome Nissan Experience

Serra Nissan is a wonderful car dealership! They helped me buy two vehicles, a Nissan Rogue and a Nissan Sentra. I love the Nissan experience! I love all of the safety features of my Nissan Rogue! I love how the did the maintenance on my vehicles! I would recommend anyone to try and get the Nissan experience as it is awesome!!!! Serra Nissan offers high quality service!

Tom West is an AWESOME service advisor. He came up with an option to get my car fixed and I can't thank him enough. I will recommend ANY and EVERYONE to visit Serra Nissan for their car service needs. I am and will forever as long as I have a Nissan go to their service department...Tom West YOU ROCK!!!!!!

called about the vehicle, they had it out front when I arrived, sales man knew all about the vehicle, you could tell he wanted me to get the car that fit me. He went over all the cars features, while we were waiting he showed me how to go online and get further info, and then took me into the back to meet with service department. everyone that I dealt with seemed to be interested with not just me buying a car, but the right one. Would recommend the dearlership to anyone. Actually is a Nissan dealership closer to me, But your online staff and the representative who called me back made me feel like I should come there

No Integrity

Like most consumers in 2018, we did our research via the internet before visiting a dealership. We were searching for a used car under $10,000 for a young driver. The car that met our criteria was on the Serra Nissan website, so we called the dealership to verify the presence of the car on the lot and to inquire whether the internet pricing was correct. We were ASSURED that our out-the-door price would be at or LESS THAN our budget. So we drove forty-five minutes to the dealership, introduced ourselves and asked to see the car. We were taken to an office while they "looked for" the car, and asked for all of our financial information. We gave our basic information, then asked to see the car again. Instead, the salesman explained the "fees" that would be added to the internet price. A thousand dollars for a paint sealant we did not ask for, a DELIVERY FEE for a USED CAR, along with other random items that added up to nearly $1600 ABOVE THE PRICE. At that point, we left--without ever setting eyes on the car. The salesman and the manager literally chased us out the door, asking what they could do to sell us a car. The short answer? TELL THE TRUTH.

Worst Experience EVER!!

My 2010 Maxima was towed there on 1/4/18. They told us it would cost $4000 for a new transmission. I tried to call them several time on Friday, 1/5/18, to arrange to pick up my car so I could have the work done elsewhere. The service dept never answered the phone nor returned my voice msg. Called several times Saturday. Again, the service dept would not answer the phone. Their voice mailbox was full. Called main line several times and finally asked for a manager. Was told all managers were busy and they would call me back. No call back. Finally called Consumer Affairs Office at Nissan Corporate - it took them 30 minutes to get someone on the line other than the receptionist and conference me in. Finally, i am talking to someone other than the very rude unhelpful receptionist (Jessica). Now, THEY CAN'T FIND MY CAR!! After I provided them with the tow company name and the quote they had given to fix my car it took them an HOUR to find my car. Now they tell me I can't pick it up until the diagnosis fee of $115 is paid. Ok, let me pay that. Nope, can't pay over the phone you have to come here and you can't pay until Monday because our cashier just left. Really! I have been trying for 2 DAYS to make sure my mechanic can pick up the car after hours and now you tell me I can't pay until Monday so he can't pick up till Monday. No way - let's find a way to pay today so we can get the car. They finally agree to take cash if we can get there by 7pm. Great! I'll send someone. Get a call back. We can't accept pymt unless you are picking the keys at same time. Ok, so give us the keys and we will get them to the mechanic. Sorry, can't do that. WHAT? WHY? we can't get your car moved outside the gate tonight. WHY? everyone in the service dept has left for the day and we can't get to the keys and nobody is here that can move it out from behind the dumpster (has to be towed). I have been calling for TWO DAYS DURING BUSINESS HOURS to make sure the car can be picked up after business hours and am now being told there is no way i can get my car until Monday. They promise me they will take care of everything on Monday morning. Now it is Monday and the fee is paid and THEY STILL WILL NOT MOVE MY CAR FOR PICKUP AFTER HOURS. They insist it must be picked up during business hours. WOW!! THREE DAYS AND NUMEROUS HOURS ON THE PHONE TO TELL ME THAT!!! I spent HOURS dealing with these incompetent people. WORST experience with a dealer or service dept ever! No way would i ever trust them to fix anything!!!

Scammers

They can tell u all u need to know over the phone but get u in just to play games and deny u. I was guaranteed I would be leaving with a ca5 only to get denied. Don't do business with Tom Smith, hes is the worst and biggest fraud. So my advice is don't support them and find another dealership with honesty

Auto repairs not done!

Was told to replace thermostat picked it up with oil repairs they said was needed instead. Requested they sign papers that they did not do the work requested. They refused. $600 later and car still running hot. Do not go here for anything!
