2020 LE Corolla.

Bought a 2020 LE Corolla. The first one I bought from S.P. Toyota. The Sales agent, answered all my questions and I felt comfortable dealing with him and his boss. They gave me an excellent deal and were courteous and professional. In the past I have very good service for my RAV 4 and other corollas. Other dealerships across Edmonton area would not meet my goals in selling, purchasing and servicing my vehicles but S.P. Toyota did. I have confidence that my 2020 Corolla will be taken care of. Bob

we bought rav 4 from them. Finance manager told us your loan is approved at 6.99 % for 7 years and your bi weekly is 255 . So we agreed on 255 but after she told us to buy extended warranty and she says then your bi weekly will be 274 but we said no its not in our budget and then she talk with other finance manager and come back told us we figured it out now your bi weekly should be 251 and we said how it possible because extended warranty and maintenance package is near about 4000 then she says we fought with bank and reduce your interest rate from 8.50 to 6.98%. but later we find out 255 bi weekly comes up with 6.99% not at 8.50 %. They did not reduce interest rate but without telling us they increased loan term from 7 years to 8 years. When we had to signed the contract we asked her that now 251 bi weekly for 7 years and she says absolutely . we trust them did not read any paper work and signed it. This is our 3th vehicle from them in this way they give us unforgettable loyality bonus. Now we have to pay$ 7000 more.

Ayman and Blake - they lie and make false promises - They promised Toyota remote starter and installed something else without informing me. Bill of Sale does not mention about agreed items. No proper paper works/documentation for 3M installation. Once you make payment, Finance Mgr Jalal does not bother. He will also promise everything in the deal but will not honour it. DON'T BUY HERE.

Great Experience

I emailed the branch on Wednesday night about 10.15 pm and went home with a new truck on Saturday at lunch time. Really good experience. They were quick to quote (got a quote at 10.37 pm the same night), pricing was better than I had gotten elsewhere by quite a bit, and no issue at all with the accessories that I wanted (3 Toyota, 3 non Toyota). Amit was great to deal with, and Matt Tieu bent over backwards to ensure that the closing was fast and easy. Love my new truck!!!!

Was disappointed by the inappropriate behavior from sale manager Charles Ho. But was impressed by the best customer service provided by sales person Kapil Raval and GM Amit. I had make up my mind to not purchase a new car from this dealership after getting worst customer service from sale manager Charles, but only changed my mind after getting great customer service from Kapil Raval.

Outstanding sales and service.

I just purchased a used 2016 VW Golf from Sherwood Park Toyota on Saturday the 6th of April. Jonathan Cresta was my salesman and Jonathan Armstrong was the Preowned Sales Manager with Jalal Redwan as the Finance Director. This is the first time that I have ever dealt with this dealership. On Friday the 5th of April I arrived at the Dealership as I had done a search of used vehicles and felt I had found one that would suit my purposes. On arrival Jonathan Armstrong the Pre Owned Sales Manager introduced me to the salesman Jonathan Cresta. I explained to Jonathan Creston why I was there and what specific car I would like to test drive. Jonathon got the keys and plates and I looked at the care and felt comfortable with the feeling that it indeed was suitable. During the test drive Jon was able to provide details about the car as he had previously worked at a VW dealership and knew the features on the car in great detail. On return from the test drive Jon and I went over a myriad of details with regards to vehicle history, vehicle inspection, balance of factory warranty, and a host of other questions that I had. At this point I was introduced to the Pre Owned Sales Manager Jonathan Armstrong. Jonathan provided clear details as to the purchase price and what I could expect as a final price for the purchase of the car and was careful to explain that the final price would be determined with the Finance Director. As I was satisfied with the car and with the price I chose to put a deposit on the car to hold it, it was at this time that I met the Finance Director Jalal Redwan. The deposit went smoothly and we agreed that I would come in on Saturday to finalize the purchase. I then went back to the salesman and Sales Manager to discuss the arrangements that would be required to take possession of the car on Saturday. It was at this time that arrangements were made for myself to get to the Dealership. initially there was an offer to pick me up at my home and then as a result later of conflicting timings there was the offer of paying for my cab fare. Though grateful for the offer I declined this as my old vehicle had been hit by another driver and I was not at fault so the insurance company would pay for the cab fare. On Saturday morning there was a flurry of texts from myself to Jonathan Cresta asking numerous questions. I can honestly say that his dedication to me and his quick responses were indeed outstanding. Some of my questions required the Sales Managers input and Jonathan Armstrong provide those answers in a lightning fast manner. This dedication and commitment to sales was a outstanding experience in itself but there is more. On arrival at the Dealership both Jon's greeted me, At this point in time I knew that the purchase was going through and I went back to Jala the Finance Director. Jalal guided me through the reams of paperwork that are a necessary evil in the purchase process with a calm and helpful demeanor. He explained the various options for extended warranty etc and after all was said and done he had me on my way after approval of the loan on favorable terms. Back downstairs I went and it was then that I received Dealership plates as I did not have my own plates. It was agreed that I would come in on Monday to return the plates and finalize any required details. On Saturday I drove off the lot with my new car feeling confident that had purchased a car at a fair price given the low kilometers and showroom condition which the car was in. I was confident that all those I had dealt with at the dealership were serving me with my best interests in mind. Now a bit about myself so that you who are reading this can feel comfortable that this is not someone making this review up. I am a 22 year Veteran who served in Her Majesty's Canadian Army from 1977 to 2000. I was during my service demanding of the troops who served with me. My expectations and demands were to strive for excellence in all areas of being a professional soldier. If the solder performed well then I readily recognized his attention to detail and told him so. If his performance was substandard I brought his shortcomings to his attention and guided him on ways to improve. To this day if a company proves to me that they are worthy of a favorable review or reference I gladly, as in this case post one. Conversely if I have a negative experience I will with all certainty post the details careful to include the facts and not the emotions. So finally, my experience at Sherwood Park Toyota was an outstanding experience. I would recommend this dealership and the following people in purchasing a vehicle. Jonathan Cresta, Salesman. Jonathan Armstrong Pre Owned Sales Director and Jala Redwen Finance Director. Perseverance! Sgt(ret'd) Rod Loesch C.D.

Dealership doesn't care about existing customers

Customer # 149274 I was at the dealership on 2019 Mar 23 for a service appointment. Weather was foggy and I live around 23 km away from the dealership. I wanted to wait at the waiting area due to the fog. Service Adviser insisted me to go home due to the wait times for the vehicles before me. I did write my SW Edmonton address on the address board. Driver Wendy approached me, as I sat with her in her vehicle and told her I live in SW Edmonton, she started to panic. She thought I live in Sherwood Park that's why she picked me. She called another driver and dropped me back at the dealership. Another driver approached me and stated it will be difficult to be picked up on time due to the shortage of drivers, weather etc. I spoke to the Service Adviser again and told him that I would prefer to wait here instead going home. Initially, Service Adviser stated there will be couple of hours wait and then stated vehicle could be ready in an hour. I waited in the waiting area. The elderly gentleman, second driver complained to me that every Saturday is always busy, we are only two drivers, we have told the management to have one more driver etc. Being a customer I did not need to know that. Now I come to my main concern, My vehicle was detailed around two weeks before. Outside of the vehicle was not clean but inside was clean when I brought the vehicle to the dealership. Except me, sitting at the driver side no one else entered my vehicle since the detailing was done. When I returned home, I was removing some stuff from the back seat, I noticed shoes marks on the rear seat and the shoes marks behind the driver's seat, not only that some dirt was noticed on my vest that I left on the back seat and on my name badge too. The shoe size seemed small and it appeared it was a short worker from the dealership who did that.  That is my major concern the staff not only made my vehicle, my clothes dirty, I have doubts what type of work these people have performed on my vehicle that has around 10000 km on it.  I could expect that type of service from a corner workshop but not from a dealership and I have never received that type of service at any dealership workshop.  I submitted the above message to Sherwood Park Toyota website contact us page also I sent the same message to Blake, sales guy who sold me the vehicle from the dealership. Not to my surprise, no-one bothered to respond back to me. On 2019 Mar 28, I called the dealership and spoke to a female manager (forgot to get her name). I raised my concerns and only solution found was that she will talk to the service technicians. I already have a negative review on Google reviews about my previous experience at the dealership. I could not manage to post another review unless I could edit the first one. One manager wrote a cover reply to my Google review but did not bother to contact me as they have my contact information.

Looking for a vehicle Sherwood Park Toyota is the Place

This is our third new vehicle from Sherwood Park Toyota. When we bought our first Rav4 in 2011 the experience was 100% then in 2015 we bought a 4Runner our experience exceeded the 100%, now purchasing our new Rav4 the experience hit 200% Chris. K and Shawn.B were outstanding. Shawn had all the knowledge of the vehicle, he spent time going over the features at both visits. Shawn even provided us with highlighted pages in our manual, so we were able to find the important things quickly. Shawn was polite, humorous, but best of all friendly. Chris the Sales Manager was just as awesome. He made the deal happen, the numbers were good, Chris was also polite, humorous and very knowledgeable. Sherwood Park Toyota is the place to go. Thanks to Shawn and Chris for going the extra mile to make our experience so fantastic.

Bought a 2014 ford expedition limited over the phone from Mario in January of 2019. I flew out to pick it up and Mario showed the truck as required and went above and beyond to pick me up from Edmonton international in Leduc Alberta. He worked hard to answer all of my questions about the truck and if he wasn't certain, instead of making something up, he dug into the service department and got the correct answers for me. Mario was a pleasure to work with on this truck purchase.
