My review is about the same as my husband's experience at SCHonda. We brought in 2 CRv's for a 30,000 complete checkup. Jose Elias handled both our cars. He's courteous, professional and does an excellent job. The manager Jonathan C helped us select new SUV's for possible purchase in 2019. He was very helpful in answering all our questions about 2019 models. In short, we have dealt with SC Honda for many years and have been very satisfied,

I went in for certain vehicle and I got it!

I had a specific vehicle that I wanted and I didn’t not want to waste any time. I shared that with Dolce and her team. I was shown the car I bought, loved it and best of all I was completely done in three hours. They had to work a miracle to get me in my car.... and they did it!

First service of my new Civic

Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. What I especially appreciated was that the car was not just serviced and washed, but the inside was cleaned and wiped. That REALLY made me happy. The whole experience was outstanding! My thanks to Richard Vargas and the Showcase Honda personnel that worked on my car!

Stopped in for oil change and overall car check

I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.

Amazing experience

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I ended up with a brand new upgraded car and lowered interest rate. Every person I came in contact with was professional, personal and had my best interest at heart. This dealership makes the experience of purchasing a car enjoyable instead of a hassle. Terrible service

Terrible service! Was trying to buy the new Honda CRV touring vehicle from this dealership and they really lacked in promptness and follow-up. I was the one spending the money - yet I was the one doing all the work when it came To reaching out/following up with them. When I tried to reach out to them, the manager told me he would contact me back the following day with details and never did. I contacted them again that week and the manager said he was busy and would call me back- but no manager or sales associate followed up with me! I even left a complaint and there was no follow-up regarding that! Not sure what kind of a sales team they have there- but I know that they for sure would benefit from a refresher on customer service. I ended up taking my business to another Honda dealership and they set me up with the exact CRV I wanted with no fuss. I am so thankful I gave my business to those who were willing to do their job for it! Thumbs down guys

Fantastic Customer Service

When going into a dealership there always seem to be a feeling that you may get taken. I know this isn't everywhere but it seems to be the norm. Toby listened to my issues and made sure I understood everything that I told him. He also put it on the repair order that way so the technician would understand what I explaining. They performed my service promptly and found what I was complaining about and then he contacted my warranty company for the ok. I did bring my vehicle back 2 days later for the repairs and the experience was exceptional. Thank you

Montana was Attentive.

Montana, in the services department, was helpful, attentive and informative in regards to the oil change and tire rotation requested by my New Civic's on board maintenance prompt. I told him of the all inclusive 5 Year maintenance plan I had purchased and he looked it up to verify if my oil change was covered as I had expected. I had an appointment the next day and was in and out quickly.

I received what I thought was a decent bid ($22, 874) for a 2018 Honda accord Sport. After explaining in detail through texts that I did NOT want to do all of the haggling and I was specifically coming to him because of his bid, I drove almost an hour to this dealership. Yes, it's the same old bait and switch. After test driving and sitting to do the paperwork, the cost changed to $34,273. Please. There is no way adding tax and license should add $11,399. All the marking and changing the numbers to lower this number to make it seem like a better deal, does not change the fact that I had an email with the original bid. I really liked my salesman. He was nice and maybe they are all trained to do this but this is just not acceptable. I can't be the only one that refuses to play these games. Just keep it honest and please don't waste our time.

Be very careful with the Finance Guy

After dealing with Showcase Honda I will never again purchase another car from them. The salesman that I dealt with over the phone and in person was wonderful. The problems start when they get you to sit down with the finance guy. We walk through all this paperwork (which I should have been more careful to check all their figures) and then they try and push the extended warranties on you. We told the guy no twice, and then he brought in another woman who tried to get us to accept it. She finally said that adding it to the cost would increase our monthly payment by about $2, which doesn't make a lot of sense but we said okay as we had 2 kids with us and were tired of arguing with them. What she did was add an additional year onto our payments and increase the interest rate, we agreed to 5 years 0.9% (Honda promotion) and they increased in to 6 years 2.99% without telling us about it at all. The only reason we caught that was that my wife saw it on the final paper. When we pointed it out they quickly changed it back and sited a computer mistake and said it didn't come over that way. The other issue we had is the payoff value of our trade in, we talked with the salesman and finance guy about it multiple times (i've followed up with the finance guy but he doesn't want to listen). They tell us how they check the payoff amount which should have been about $10,100 (per the credit report or the credit union our current loan was with) but they then used the about $9,800 on the paper work. We asked multiple times what happens to the payment we have pending with the credit union, and they told us that we would get that money back. Then when we do get the refund back from the credit union it was $70 instead of the almost $400 we were expecting because the amount they paid was after my payment posted. This is definitely my fault as I should have caught them changing the amounts but on top of the first issue with the extended warranty I will never shop from this dealership again and hopefully this will protect other people from what I experienced.
