This dealership is full of lies. They don't care. Don't be fooled. They told me that the only way I can get heat inside my vehicle is to run the heat on 85 or 90 degrees. Who does that

Steve and the Smith Infiniti team. I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding service and professionalism. When we brought in our JX35 in for standard maintenance, along with a random sound coming from the engine bay, you had your lead mechanics ready to hear this intermittent problem. Not only did you take the time to truly identify the problem (bad AC compressor), but you provided me with updates and progress as this was a rather uncommon issue. It’s rare today to find an automotive team that does an outstanding technical job, but also treats a customer which such prompt and courteous service. I just wanted to take the time to personally thank you, Danny, and the Infiniti team for your outstanding customer care. -Kent

Justine, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Mr. Justine Parker, Smith Infiniti of Huntsville, Sales Team. On Saturday August 8, 2015, Justine assisted me in the purchase of a new QX60. During the process I voiced the difficulty in changing the sequence and synchronization of my garage door opener feature of the car to my garage opener. Justine picked up immediately on that and told us not to worry, he would take care of changing that code. Sure enough to his word he personally came out to my residence the very next business day and synchronized my garage door opener to the QX60 garage door opener feature. I am impressed to day the least. He was professional, personable and customer focused! This is truly going above and beyond the call of duty and one of several reasons (Service Department also) the Byrum's are repeat customers of Smith Infiniti of Huntsville. From the time we test drove the QX60 until we signed the purchase agreement was a comfortable, informative and virtually painless process!! I purchased my 2013 FX37. for $4000 under blue book. They gave me what i asked for my trade in. Truly the best car buying experience i have ever had. I drove 200 mile to pick up the car and it was well worth it.

This is my second Infiniti I purchased From this dealership. about 2 weeks ago. Rob Lenoir and the Sales Manager Jack were trustworthy. Rob, was well versed with the operations of the Q50s Hybrid. He did not leave me hanging after the sale but answered my concerns. The main reason why I PURCHASED from this dealership was the service department. They had gone out of their way to assist me on my previous purchase of a M35 and a Q45. Steve Owens, the Service Manager and Miss Jennifer the service advisor needed to be commended. That Q45 was bought from a previous Huntsville Infiniti dealership which I regretted. Another thing is the address shown on this review is incorrect. DEALERATER, Please correct this. That location is incorrect. SHOP HERE for your INFINITI.

I bought a used car from across the country . . .

We had been looking for a car for my wife's 60th birthday, but it had to be a surprise. We finally found the exact car she wanted, all the way down to features, color, and price (cash only) - but there was nothing available anywhere near us. So, I found the car all the way across the country (we live in California) and contacted Rob Lenoir at Smith Infiiti. Wow did he make it easy! I mailed a check, he mailed paperwork, I mailed the paperwork back, then arranged for an auto transport company and it arrived last night. My wife loves it! Thanks again Rob!

Once I visited the website and submitted my information, I received exactly what I asked for in a timely manner. She answered all of my questions and helped me set up an appointment. I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle I wanted and loved it. I was greeted very professionally by the salesman and he introduced me to the internet manager, whom I had been speaking with. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I've worked with these guys for the past 4 years. I NEVER worked with any dealers in Huntsville before because of taxes, prices, and other reasons. I purchase most of my cars in other counties or other states, even going so far as a full day's drive to find the car I want. I think that in and of itself says something. Another point worth making: my dad is the same way. After I showed him my Infiniti, he purchased one from the same dealership and he lives in Marshall County. My most recent lease/purchase was not supposed to happen because I wanted to keep my car (2011 Infiniti IPL). Rob kept calling because he knew the car that I would be trading up to is an awesome car. The only differences would be going to a newer model year and an automatic, which I normally cannot stand. He kept after me over the course of 6 weeks, not pestering by any means, but gently persuading me that the '14 IPL is just as awesome if not more than my '11. He kept my payment very close to what I was paying and assured me that I would love this car. I finally said, "sure, why not -- it's time to swap anyway." I am overwhelmed at how much better the 2014 IPL is over the 2011. I'm not sure how these guys knew because it only had 16 miles on it but, holy moly, it feels way more dialed-in than the '11 in every way. It's quieter, smoother, and tighter than the 6MT which I did not expect. The '11 is powerful and wicked fast. This '14 feels even moreso. It's as though the engineers were more focused on the automatic since it sells more and left the 6MT in the dark ages! I've owned and driven MANY cars. I loved my older car in every way and didn't want to part with it. The G37s (or Q60s) is a dream to own and drive, virtually maintenance free, very easy to do scheduled upkeep yourself like fluids, etc, and seem to get better every year. I would absolutely recommend them and this dealership at any time. Don't even get me started on service -- I rarely have any but when I do (tires or accessory installs), these guys do it right!

When I look for cars, I look at a lot of them. I even tell sales people I am just looking, but they still try to pressure me. What a breath of fresh air with Rob Lenoir and the Smith Infinity team. Rob was very personable and took the time to get to know me and understand where I was coming from. I never felt any pressure. However, he worked diligently to find me an option I might like. Over the 4 or 5 day process it took to settle on a car at Smith Infinity, Rob was extremely responsive to my e-mails and calls with questions. After I bought the car, I went to pick it up the next day. I was early, but Rob saw me and waited with me. It was only later when I found out that it was Rob's day off and he had come in just to make sure everything was ok with the car! I expect this will not be the last car I buy from Rob.

Misdiagnosed a problem which cost us three times more...

Misdiagnosed a problem which cost us three times more money to repair after driving on the damaged parts. They also tried to double charge us for our first service, all while running our battery dead (keeping our car twice as long as stated), and charged our card twice for our service the second time around. I wouldn't refer their service/ parts department to anyone. They are the least organized and most careless individuals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I was in the process of finding a preowned vehicle to replace and older Honda civic I had been driving for years. Needless to say I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle and would have been perfectly happy to drive my old car for years to come. However, I caught a bit of spring fever last week and decided to go carshopping. I found this great Jeep in near perfect condition at Smith Infiniti of Huntsville. Being a student, I wanted a great deal and an easy transition into a newer vehicle. Smith Infiniti was wonderful! Not only was my new Jeep brought to my home for a demonstration due to my hectic schedule, but they had the paperwork ready and waiting for me when I walked into the dealership. It was easy, painless, and the very best experience I have ever had buying a car. Rick Cantrell and the employees at Smith Infiniti made me feel welcomed and never once did I feel pressured into buying. I would suggest that anyone in the market for any type of new or preowned vehicle head to Smith Infiniti first!

How do they stay in business with no (or so few) new models on their lot? It does not appear they have dedicated Infiniti salesman...everytime I talk to someone, he comes from another building and hands me a business card with Dodge listed, but NOTHING about Infiniti.

I have heard that other dealerships have looked into buying this one...someone needs to buy it and improve it...

I think I have so many concerns about the dealership that I probably cannot buy an Infiniti...I also worry about the service dept.

So...unless they improve dramatically very quickly...I will scratch Infiniti (M35) off my list.
