Excellent sales staff - Karee Carter As we all know sometimes car salesmen are not your favorite people. I must say, though, that Karee Carter is a cut above the rest. As a repeat customer I was prepared to leave if I did not think I was getting a fair shake. Though I am sometimes difficult to deal with, Karee stuck with me and made the sale, which was a good deal for both myself and Sons. Karee's pleasant manner made him an ideal person for me to work with. I think he should be recognized for showing professionalism and not being patronizing. Karee is a credit to this KIA store.

Son's Kia is the best Kia Dealership I have gone to. Recently we purchased a new Kia Sorento at Son's, and the entire process went great. Today, I was in for an oil change and emission check for our 2014 Kia Soul. Jose Camacho was my service consultant; he is great at customer service! Everything was completed timely with my car and the team went above and beyond.

Great Service!!

Great Service My initial greet was a little shady because I just stood in the service center with people around me and no one offering to help until I said something. But once I did, the service was GREAT! Jose, and the other gentlemen (can't recall his name (sorry), but I think he just moved here) were very thorough and attentive. The service guys, including the shuttle driver were very helpful and considerate and the sales guys were even nicer. My intent was to be shuttled somewhere while I waited on my car, but ended up staying at the Center the entire time because of how comfortable they made it. The service actually took less time than expected (2 recall inspections and a tire rotation) and the cost was nearly HALF of what a tire store was charging. BTW, the new Kia Stinger is SIC Ya'll... Evon def knows his cars and took the time for a test drive. Overall, when I'm ready to buy a car and/or get my Sorento serviced again, Sons Kia will see me first. Thanks for Rockin' So Hard, guys!!! You've got a Fan!!

My Elderly Parents Car

My Mom's Car I brought in my elderly parents to the McDonough Kia after having several conversations with the Kia in LaGrange. Their front passenger window would was stunk in the down position and had been for several weeks. LaGrange was unable and/or unwilling to help secure the car inside from the weather since the window was down. I called and spoke with Myreon Shockley in McDonough, and he was more than willing to assist with the issue. He gave me some advise on getting some information I needed to ensure the repair was still covered under warranty. Myreon had our paperwork saved from our phone conversation and was waiting on our arrival. I was more than pleased when he arrived to drop the car off.

My family and I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Kia Optima from Evon and the rest of the Son's Kia family. First and foremost, this dealership is very well maintained. The floors, windows, and restrooms were very clean. The staff presented themselves in a very respectful and professional manner! Evon was a great salesman and made sure he was extremely attentive to our needs. He also did an immaculate job on detailing our car!! Services were extremely professional and accommodating as I had a major repair done to my car that was finished quicker than expected and Sons Kia stayed in constant contact through phone and e-mail to let me know when it was done.

Excellent service! I traveled 30 miles, because I heard that this location gave excellent customer service! I recently purchased my first Kia and wanted to have it serviced by a Kia dealer. There was a location much closer to me, but after visiting that location twice, I knew that they did not deserve my business!!! I presently work two jobs in the customer service field and know that my customers deserve great customer service... It goes a very long way!!! My service began before I even got out of my car! 😃 Thank you Tim Chhom and every associate that took the time to make me feel welcomed to Sons Kia!!! 👍💪😀

DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE A WOMAN

I used the "make a deal" app to get the negotiations started with Sons Kia the night before I went to the dealership. So, I was shocked when I was told that the "key was lost" for the car I had been negotiating for on the platform hours earlier. I was told this means it's probably sold, yet it's still being advertised on their website days later. Seems like this was a tactic to only show me significantly more expensive cars. I selected a different car and then logged on to the platform to see what incentives were applied - so I was shocked when a piece of paper was presented to me that was about 5k higher than what was reflected on their electronic platform. I asked the incredibly ride sales manager EJ to match what was shown on the platform but he refused. He told me "that's not how it works" repeatedly. When I began to inquire about some of the other fees on the estimate paper that weren't on the platform (taxable fees, non taxable fees) he became irritated and incredibly condescending telling me repeatedly and forcefully "You're not listening to me, you just don't get it" and "You're treating me like a liar" in the most amount of mansplaining and guilt tripping I have ever been subjected to in my life. He pissed me off, so I told him I needed to do more research before I buy because clearly "I don't get it" and I asked for the keys for my personal vehicle to be returned so I could leave. He then said "Oh, so now you're going to walk away after the salesman spent all this time with you -- oh, I see how it is!" WOW. My husband was furious, he told me if he had been the one asking the questions that manager would have NEVER spoke to him like that. As a matter of fact, he tried to approach my husband to elicit sympathy for himself while I attempted to retrieve my keys. After several minutes of waiting for my personal car keys another manager approached me and seemed very concerned over our experience. He sat down and asked me to go over everything line by line. He was not offended by my questions and was able to work out a deal that was closer to what the online platform was showing. Had it not been for Joel (our salesman) and this other manager I would have NEVER made the purchase. Totally abusive behavior. I wish I could go back in time and buy a car off of Carvana.

Professional Service

Professional Service Review It was my first time getting my car serviced in McDonough, GA and I must say that I was extremely pleased from the moment I walked in! I was greeted with a smile and was taken care of right away. I only had to wait about 1hr and my car was ready. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I must say, given the fact that I'm very new to the McDonough area, I will be back again to have my car serviced!

Awesome Experience

Service Department I had an awesome experience when I took my vehicle in for service. The guy was courteous from start to finish. He was really nice but I can't remember his name in which he gave me his business card but I misplaced it. The only thing you all have to spruce up is the snack and drinks. When I take my Audi for service, they have all the treats even down to green tea! (Smile) Overall, keep up the good work and kudos to my service agent.
