It was quick easy,, the truck now goes down the road correct and work we’ll. Once down they called me and picked it up.. I brought it clean and told them not to wash after they were done and they listened...

The experience there is generally exceptional. Courteous staff who provide good information about the WHY of a recommended maintenance item. Enjoy working with Justin Shonk and also with salesman Marty White. Both are truly exceptional in the auto related business area. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

80000 mile service

There were several items that needed service. All were done on time and actually less than the estimate. Really great service. The staff were very courteous and friendly. All repairs were flawless. I highly recommend South Colorado Springs Nissan.

Don’t waste your time and money

I have to say this is the worst place to buy or do anything, they told us everything was covered and then suddenly we need to pay, wait my time for more than 2 hours, Mike from Services is a Racist and un respect person, This is the worst experience, don’t waste your time and money here.

Highly Recommend SCS Nissan!!

We bought a used SUV from SCS Nissan and it included the lifetime warranty. This is the third vehicle we purchased from there and we have had nothing but top notch customer service. While on vacation, our SUV had an issue and the lifetime warranty came into play to save us $1,500.00!! We highly recommend SCS Nissan and their incredible staff. Last Minute Service Needed

Initially went in for an unknown noise issue under the car. Diagnosed as a failed weld in the exhaust system. Replacement part would take a day to arrive, but while the car was there, they ID'd other issues. So I got a cracked motor mount fixed. I'll get the exhaust system fixed in a few days as it's not a critical problem. So very pleased with the experience and professionalism at SCS Nissan Service Department. I highly recommend this shop for your service needs.

Service work

The team at Nissan S Colorado Springs, was on time, thorough, and didn't pressure me to do work that I had not gone in for. Facility was great. Service rep was informative and courteous. I found the online registrations and chat screens a little overwhelming to use, but that had nothing to do with the dealership itself. Great job!

We had bought a vehicle from SCS Nissan in 2014 and had a bad experience. They emailed a pretty amazing offer so we decided to give them a call. I spoke with the sales manager, asked about their current offer, and mentioned our prior unpleasant experience. Sales personnel have had a complete turnover and re-vamp in the last 4 years and he promised that it would be different this time around and it was. Professional and courteous staff. We would go back.

Communication

There is always a first time for everything . Communication was difficult that day . Greg really tried his best to be as accurate with his tasks . From the desired service I needed to bring my truck up to par , to getting my youngest son picked for the completion of service . That was a rough day for the both of us . But he pulled through . Good job Greg , he stayed focused and complete his tasks .

Had a great experience with Andrew Champion as my salesman, and Todd, the best finance guy in the area! Got me in a "mom mobile" that is still classy AF! Andrew is very laid back , and a no pressure salesman, and Todd, tells you like it is, and I was highly impressed with that mindset and thankful for it! Keep up the good work SCS!

Do not go

If I could give 0 stars I would. Your safety is at risk. This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. The lack of safety, respect, honesty and overall immaturity of the GM, Chris, and sales staff is beyond anything I have ever experienced. The complete negligence for our safety resulted in finding the last sales rep's temporary license plate in the engine of the car we test drove....he apparently put it on the hood and "lost" it. When we found it, the staff was laughing about it. Ask them, if they are honest, they will tell you the story since they all found it so funny. Our test drive could have resulted in serious injury, in which case they would be out of business. During the negotiations, they tack on hidden costs, like adding a "special coating on the cars" that I'm required to pay for in the 11th hour of negotiations, and the most expensive " dealership handling fees" in the area, both of which are 100% added profit they told us "in the spirit of transparency", to Chris before the price of the car is taken into account. And even after agreeing to a final price, we remind them about fixing the crack in the bumper on the car that the sales person, Patrick said they would fix "before we drove off his lot" but when he went to confirm with Chris, we instead were told it would be an additional cost and it was our responsibility. After the entire experience I say to Chris, "this is the worst experience I have ever had" his response "well I guess you can leave then", so we walk out. Patrick, our sales rep, is new and has a lot of potential but you're only as good as the training you get from your managers. Chris' immaturity and complete lack of respect for customers reflects in the negligence of this dealership. I strongly discourage anyone from walking into this dealership.

repair work

Had my Nissan titan towed there for a repair of the tech ecm. Took them over a week and a half. When I got my truck back, they drove it up and shut it off. It wouldn't start so they had to jump start it. It died in the middle of academy on the way home. I finally got it home and was afraid to drive it because of it dying. So I changed the spark plugs and cleaned the air filter and it runs great now. While doing that I noticed my tool box was missing. I left a message which was returned but the guy who answered it said it must have been missing before being towed over. I know the owner of the shop personally from where it was towed from and he told me he handed the keys to the tow truck driver himself and toolbox was in there when it was towed. I haven't heard back from them about my toolbox so I assume they just think I'm going to forget about it. If it was 20 dollars in tools I wouldn't mind but this was every wrench and socket i owned. Will never deal with these guys again even though I love Nissan vehicles.
