What a great experience knowing that these two awesome people help me alot and put there time and effort just to provide good service for me . Been with Southpointe for about 10 years now

No issues here on the service side. They are pretty friendly, accommodating and helpful to me. Have had a Scion, Rav and Tacoma and no issues. They do send me reminders, the shuttle is pretty good and they have Starbucks in the waiting area. I'd recommend them.

GAVE ME UNFIT CAR

SALES PERSON MARC & HIS MANAGER ARE MISLEADERS, BEFORE SELLING THE CAR THEIR TONE WAS DIFFERENT AND AFTER SALES ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TOTALLY BULLSHIT. AVOID GOING TO THEM.

I received exceptional service overall in the purchase of my new Toyota Corolla hatchback. From the moment I walked into the South Pointe dealership I was treated with respect and kindness. I was honestly nervous about purchasing a car. But my product advisor Minaz Ratanshi instantly eased my concerns. Throughout the process his expertise, understanding and kindness made my purchase decision seem effortless. From test drives to obtaining my license at the Registry, Minaz was with me every step of the way. He has followed up with me to make sure I am happy with my car and I know that I can contact him anytime should a question or concern arise. I would also like to thank Finance Manager Ryan Boydall for making the finance process quick and informative. His gentle and respectful nature generated trust and provided me with information that enabled me to better protect my investment. Windshield Replacement

I was booked for a new windshield for my Highlander at 10 AM yesterday and it was suggested about 4 hours would be needed. At 10 we left the vehicle and we were shuttled to the mall to kill some time. At 1:50 we were picked up and the vehicle was ready at 2 as planned. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The job was done on time and at the price quoted. I now feel confident that I have the proper windshield for my vehicle and that the cameras are aligned as they should be for the technology that is incorporated into the new vehicle. Hopefully I don't need another windshield but I do know where to go.

Great Experience with Patryck from South Pointe Toyota.

I just purchased a New Rav4 Hybrid XSE with Patryk Arkuszynski at South Pointe Toyota. I have previously purchased a Rav4 used at South Pointe and have always been happy with the service department which is why I returned. The overall experience with Patryk has been exceptionally positive. I had been in contact with Patryk since Oct 2018 when I put down a deposit until I received my vehicle in Apr 2019. My first appointment with Patryk was very positive as I never felt pressured or rushed. Patryk was very informative and up front with me regarding my purchase. After the appointment, I have contacted Patryk several times through out the month and Patryk ALWAYS reply back within a day to help resolve my concerns. On the day of purchase, the price was the same as we agreed on which I am happy with the deal. Finance Manager Dean Ocancia assisted me with the purchase and explained to me with various options. I always feel my time as a customer was valued and respected at South Pointe Toyota. I sincerely hope South Pointe Toyota can keep up with the great customer service as demonstrated by Patryk and Dean. Highly recommended!

Dirty finance manager!

Dean Oancia charged me 695$ of dealer fees on my truck, despite the “All in pricing “ of no extra fees or taxes other than GST. When I called him on it and said I had spoken with AMVIC he laughed and said “ so?” I filed my complaint with AMVIC and got my money back. Dirty dirty finance department trying to steal people’s money! Buyer beware!

Not trustworthy, poor service and unreliable

I bought a used Tundra with only 72,000 kms on it and immediately drove to Ontario with the truck. A little less than a month and under 10,00kms later, it needs a new engine. South Pointe wouldn't return my calls and it took weeks to actually get in touch with someone. Once I did, they were short with me and told me "nothing we can do". Poor service and a shady place to buy a used vehicle from. My family has always been avid Toyota supporters, but we will never buy one again.

Really bad -Dont go there

Me and my husband were car shopping last weekend ,we were looking to buy a Toyota highlander we had a budget in mind around 30000 -32000 ,we didnt want to finance it we wanted to instead trade in our 2011 Grand Cherokee overland and pay rest by cash ,Well we met Carl (lease manager there )he handed us a excel sheet stating choose something in Ur budget ,Well we were looking for options he could give us !!!!!,We told him we were interested in Highlander,well he appraised our vehicle and said that it would be around 15 000 ,and well lets not waste our time and his time (in short we were not gonna buy anything he assumed and waste his precious time ,well if he was a good salesman he could have shown us a Toyota rav 4 but i guess he is very busy man .... Guys in this economy you have customers looking to spend money and you show them the door !!!!! Wont ever step there again . RT -rtonline2k@gmail.com

My girlfriend and i went to buy a new car, a toyota corolla 2019 hatchback. We had a great experience, Mike our salesman was very nice and very helpful. He help us to find the perfect car for us. Dean at the finance department help us get a good interest rate.The customer service was the best we ever experience. Even after we bought the car they were always there to help. Next time we need a car we gonna go to South Pointe. We highly recomand this dealer Everybody there is friendly Thank you Mike and Dean for the great customer service

Horrific Service and Unethical Behaviour

I had purchased a brand new vehicle at South Pointe Toyota in 2015 and receive free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I normally take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership for all of my service and oil changes. A few weeks ago I decided to have my routine oil change done at South Pointe as it was more convenient. The service clerk told me that I needed $585 worth of "other" service if I wanted the free oil change. I could not just get the free oil change. I refused and the very next day went back to the other Toyota dealership I had been dealing with. They gladly changed my oil at no charge and told me that I had no other maintenance that needed to be done at this time. South Pointe Toyota should be ashamed! They are scam artists to say the very least. I have passed this story along to as many people as I can in the hopes that others will not be scammed by this organization. Completely unethical!!!

Crooks taking advantage of customer problem

I am Toyata customer and I had this recent experience with them where I had to transfer my lease to personal name as company is closed and by the time I realised that it had to get transferred before registration renewal it was only two days left. I approached to a finance person (Dean) and he agreed to do it and told me there is $ 420/ charge and I agreed. When I went to office Dean was not in office so I talked to a person who was there, his name is Ronan and explained him my situation, realizing that I was in urgent need he increase the fee and now told me fee will be $525/-. I decided to wait for Dean and when he came to office he made all paper work showing fee of $420/- and asked me to get relevant papers. When I came back with papers he told me since I have talked to Ronan and Ronan is his boss he will have to charge the fee he says. Now he charged me the fee of $710/- including gst. Is this not a loot. Now I realised the toyota credit has charged another $420/- to my account. So they charged total of $1150/- for no reason. I had same lease as before, I am honoring the lease even though the company is closed and then these xxxxx do this kind of treatment with customers. I am not going to buy toyota in my life again. They are such a disgrace for customer service. And letting them know of your problem makes it even worse. I am looking for advise as to how to get my $720/- back, which I paid extra.

Liars and Crooks

Have been a Toyota customer for 12+ years and can't believe how they lie & steal. Went in to trade a RAV for a corolla to lower my monthly payment then hated the Corolla so wentbin to talk and found out I'm STILL paying the RAV out on my Corolla payment!!! This is information not provided to me at the time I was looking to trade my RAV. Salesman Craig Taylor is especially shifty, a liar and crook who won't tell the truth if it means it makes him a sale. I will never purchase a Toyota again because of my experience here. Buyer beware, ask a lot of questions if you're considering a vehicle from here because they sure won't offer you the truth.

Last Minute Paperwork Scam

I purchased a 2017 Rav4 and traded in a vehicle on that purchase. The trade-in vehicle had ~$1k of hail damage, which I had estimated through insurance but never claimed/repaired. This was discussed at the time of negotiating the trade-in value. We agreed to a price for the Rav4 and trade-in and signed the deal. When it came time to pick-up the Rav4 and hand in the trade-in vehicle, I completed the paperwork and was about to get the keys when I was asked to sign an additional form. This form was a waiver stating that I was authorizing South Pointe Toyota to repair the vehicle through my insurance and that I would be responsible for the deductible associated with that claim. Obviously, I refused to pay the deductible as this had not been discussed at any time prior. Mike ultimately agreed but this took a lot of back-and-forth. Mike then has the audacity to ask if I'd give them a 10/10 if called by head office. I explained how i was disappointed with the 'surprise' form and tactics. I regret not walking away and going to another dealership with a higher level of integrity. The vehicle has been great - just not the sales experience.

Worse service ever get from this dealer

Booked an appointment for 9 am service , was told will take 2 hours , called back at 12;30, is not ready , called back at 1, told us need another hour and half to get it done . Basically the car was not even in the shop yet . My husband was furious about it , when he told the service advisor Melissa we need to go a wedding at 3, her respond was “ you never tell me about it “ and no apologize, no sorry , it’s like is our fault that the car didn’t get done in 2 hours . Attitude from the new service advisor sucks . Dealing with this dealer since they open , use to be excellent service , but the last 2 times dealing with Melissa , has nothing good to say about her . She has absolutely no customer service skills .

THIRD CLASS customer service

THIRD CALSS customers service Wish have at least have 2 options 1) to give -10 star 2) legally open case, I went 28th Saturday to buy Toyota corola le 2017 road test negotiate and was missing 500$ so called on Monday if still available and one call Mike said yes so I took day off from work and went to buy and GUESS WHAT they change car with 3000 km more and car color totally different car I wish this read by GM or CEO of South point Toyota (near deerfoot casino)and do honest service
