I was personally greeted by John Fey of the service department. I had tires replaced, mounted and balanced. John accommodated my schedule to assist me. John is professional and personable. I would recommend him to help my friends and neighbors. Thank you John he is the best!

Poor Service

I had an appointment. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to reschedule as though I was just walking in for services. It was clear that the staff wanted to leave early or on time and thought my services would hinder that. I was in for an oil change. The guy who waited on me was a bit condescending. When I asked if he needed my key, he stated 'no I'll just do the oil change here'. He obviously knew he was wrong and assured me he would get me taken care of as I let him know I had no plans to reschedule. My oil was changed however they failed to rotate my tires. I rely on your experts to complete the required services for maintainence. Clearly, they missed the mark. I purchased my vehicle in 2013 there and have been a loyal customer due to the excellent service I've received. At this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere to a dealer I can trust.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Gross negligence in service repair

Wife took truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership and in 1/10 mile right rear tire started shaking. Another driver warned 'your wheel is coming off'. Stopped in traffic on 15/501, she directs heavy traffic and makes 3 calls to dealer. They come in about 25 minutes (1/10 mile). All 5 log nuts barely on.They try to fix by replacing one lug nut that fell off. She calls me at work, I Insisted that all 5 be replaced, hub and rim examined, etc.. Glad she called me. Gross negligence and then you don't want to fix it right. Thanks Southern Pines Chevrolet for putting my wife's life at risk and me having to insist on fixing it right. I have to give you 1 star to be bale to post, you deserve a minus stars.

Chris Williams destroyed it !!!!

The new General manager, Chris Williams, has destroyed the dealership,my wife and I used to do business there and dealt with John,Mark, Tim, Chuck and last time we were in there all new people, service was horrible, even the 2 new advisors mentioned Chris had ruined it and ran the managers off, shame too

Poor Service Performance

I purchased a 2014 Acadia Denali from Southern Pines GMC. Every service experience since my purchase has resulted in frustrating mistakes on the part of the dealership. I am not one to ever complain, but this dealer has lost my confidence in them to provide reliable service. As a result, I will be taking my Acadia to Clark Cadillac for all future service needs for my Acadia. I already use Clark to service my Cadillac and Corvette. Love my Acadia but do not like dealer that I purchased this vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New 2014 GMC Sierra

I was in the market to purchase a new GM product pick-up truck as my previous 02 Silverado had served faithfully for 12 years and I decided to sell it to a friend to support his home improvement business. I had numerous locations to buy a truck to include high volume dealers in the area but after deciding to stay local I visited Southern Pines Chevrolet, GMC & Buick late on a winter's evening to look at the new 2014 GM products. I was meet quickly after parking at the dealership by Derek Worthy and after letting him know what I was looking and after looking at the different configurations he picked out a vehicle for me to test drive. Derek was knowledgeable of the product and at no time did I feel pressured to commit to anything. After the test drive (a fully loaded Chevy Silverado with the LTZ Z71 package) I asked if we could determine if there was anything in the color combination (interior and exterior) available to be brought in for purchase as what I was looking for was not in their local inventory. My choice was a GMC Sierra Extended Cab SLT/Z71 in Bronze Metallic. After a few minutes Derek came back and let me know there was one available that met my requirements and that it would be transferred in the following week. Derek worked with me to get to a price that was acceptable and we closed the deal. Throughout the process Derek kept me informed as to when the vehicle was going to be delivered and when I could take possession and he continued to follow-up with me after delivery to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I recommend anyone looking for a Chevy, Buick or GMC product in Southern Pines/Pinehurst seek out Derek as his attention to detail and customer service exceeded my expectations.

Great Service Maintenance

I had my 2013 Silverado serviced and they did a terrific job!! Their quality of work was awesome and perform my truck maintenance within the time-frame they told me. They were all friendly and very considerate of all the customers. Thanks so much for what you did for me in giving quality work to my my truck. You get 10 stars from me!!!!!
