car damaged by dealership

I had to stop here while on the road. they said I needed breaks. while with the dealer an employee accidently smashed the front grill of my caravan. The dealer agreed they did the damage. told me to get my car fixed and they would reimburse me. The bill was very low. The repair shop only charged for the part. and the dealership won't reimburse me even though they have the bill and promised they would reimburse me. We are only talking $350. Very Sad

I would not recommend this dealer.
