Lying Horrible Company

The Service dept was paid to do an inspection of a used car. They told me brakes and tires were fine etc. They named a couple of minor issues. They never even checked the brakes and put my life in danger they were at less than 1% and this $75 inspection cost me almost $1000 in repairs after the fact.. Then when we contacted Rusty Bowman *GM), he refused to refund the money. Said we never got service there. I got an attorney involved over this and he kept playing games full of lies with him and I instead of handling the situation properly. Then after he said I never went there. He then Even had the audacity to call me a liar saying I brought the car not for an inspection but because it was cutting on/off. I was buying a car down the road from a used dealer and had it inspected by them. If it was cutting on/off I would not have bought it. I used them so I could make an educated choice about the pre-purchase of the vehicle, they stole money and didnt do there jobs costing me a lot more and possibly my life. They did not even apologize. I spent a lot with my attorney having to deal with them and they accused my attorney and myself of things. Lowlifes. They claim they dont know who their owner is. I was even called a brat from there secretary.I AM FORD LOYAL. BUT DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.

After purchasing SEVEN brand new Ford Vehicles from this dealership they really treated me poorly and let me down on my Seventh. My seventh purchase from this dealership was a 2012 F150. At 9,000 miles it started having a severe vibration at interstate speeds. After EIGHT trips to their service department, it is still not fixed!! On several of these trips three of my wheels were damaged. Ford finally convinced them to repair the wheels, only after the General Manager accused me of having the damage done at different shop and refusing to doing anything. Well the repair of the wheels went horrible. I now have four different color wheels and they will not replace the wheels they damaged. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

I want everyone to know that me and my wife was really taken care of by Nita Scott. Our sales lady went over and beyond to help us get to our desired monthly payment. We did end up with a monthly payment that was alittle more than we wanted at first but like Nita said $30.00 more per month for a new vehicle with warranty and gap would be worth the extra $1 per day. And we want to thank Nita again she filled up the gas tank and sent us a gift card to Walmart.

First of all please note that the very good ratings listed on this site for Speedway Ford are all for just a purchase of a vehicle. NONE are for repair work. (a)Ford knows it has a design problem with its V8 engines - standard engine for Explorers. They tend to blow spark plugs out of their sockets. If you own one better Google it and sell it quick! Now normally the fix is to install a helix coil and a new plug. They told me this was the standard fix-no big deal and it would costs about $460. (b) They took much longer than they said they would.(c) They called me and said that they had fixed it but that due to the way it was running they could not recommend driving it. (d) They said that I would need a new engine.($4700) After I talked to a lot of mechanics, some with other Ford dealers, some independent, they ALL confirmed that it sounded like Speedway messed up the repair (probably dropped something into the cylinder while trying to put the helix coil in). All this is bad enough but their attitude was pathetic. When I asked for explanations I got nothing. When they promised to get back to me, they did not. I had to call them! I am posting this so that others will not have their vehicles worked on by Speedway Ford. There are plenty of good mechanics in town, and they will not soak you with the dealership ridiculous hourly rates. Now if you do not care what it costs to get your vehicle fixed, and you want to risk it coming back worse than it went in, have at it. PS: also found out that The Ford Motor Company says it has little to no control overFord Dealerships. That they are independently owned and that Ford has no say in a dealers repair work. Apparently they are also not interested in a honoring a design flaw.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I visited the dealership after speaking with salesperson Jimmy Creath to test drive the new 2012 Explorer Limited with 303A package. Everyone including Sales Manager was very helpful. The purchase was fast and a great experience, I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Creath to anyone looking for a great deal and great automobile.

They treat us like family when we go into the service department for anything, from answer simple questions to regular service (haven't had any major service or repairs).

I am a senior citizen and I was concerned about trying to purchase a used car. I was told to visit Speedway Ford. They made me feel at ease immediately. They showed me cars that were available, answered all of my questions and even arranged financing with my bank. I want to express my appreciation for such a great job they did in making this ordeal stress free and I have passed the word onto my friends.

SPEEDWAY FORD MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. Me and my husband just bought a used Edge. Donna our rep was great and Bobby the manager got involved and gave us what we needed for our trade. We went to two other Ford stores and we never got the treatment we got at SPEEDWAY FORD. They treated us like family. THANKS. We'll be back.

I am very disappointed by my dealings with this dealership. I was told that if I came in the salesman would give me a estimate on my truck, and give a quote on a deal on a new truck, he said it would only take 30 min. I came back and after 45 min, and have to ask for water, I was given a line about buying right then and never a estimate on my truck. I was treated like if I didn't buy then they couldn't help me. I was very insulted and will never go back.

I am giving this rating because of horrible customer service in dealing with the salesman and manager that we dealt with. My wife had negotiated a price over the phone and we were told that the salesman spoke to his manager and they were in the same range as we were. When we arrive we drove the vehicle and when we started to "work numbers" they said the best they could do was 1100 to 1600 dollars higher than what had been negotiated, and they would not come down to the price discussed and agreed to over the phone. We said that we were not interested at the "best" price they could do and we went to get in our car and leave. As we were getting our kids in the car the "salesman" comes out and starts to argue with my wife and raise his voice to her. After my wife and brother, who went with her to calm her down as I stayed with the kid, went in to speak with the manager we left. She had asked to have the owners name and was, as we later found out, lied to and given the used car manager's name. We should have known then that the dealer was not worh our time, but the day after they posted an updated ad with a price less than what we were willing to pay. We decided to give them another try and again negotiated the price, but this time they gave us a buyers order and agreed to pay the amount we wanted to get for our trade. Just as we were to finalize the financing paperwork they called and said that they would not be able to give us the same amount for our trade as they had previously agreed to, and put on the buyers order. The lesser amount that they wanted to give us for our trade was almost exactly the difference between what we originally wanted to pay and what they were willing to accept. If you are looking for a car I would not buy from this dealership as they do not honor the prices they state over the phone, they lie to you, and will argue with and yell at you if you do not want to pay the price they want.
