Disgusting service

I want there to buy a used car that they posted on their website. Got the same price and the same car as the picture. after I decided to buy the car, they led me Joannie Long, financial department. The deal was I pay them 3000 $ up front, the rest is on loan for a period of 48 months. She asked if I want supplementary insurance. She explained quickly what it is. I said it sounds interesting but I want to know the price, She told me that she does not know yet. She gave me an appointment the next 3 days to come to pick my car up. I went there, she asked me to sign tons of papers. My fault was I did not check all the papers before signing them. Go home with all the paper. I discovered that I have 3 kinds of insurances which included in my loan, tag already installed without my permission and the loan period is 60 months. I called the next day to ask to remove the tag, she told me that it is already installed and can not be removed. I asked to cancel the insurances. She told me that I have to deal with the insurance company, and I asked her about the loan period, she explained that because there is insurance price included, that is why the period is longer. They are just stealing my money and make me pay for loan interest. They are so mean. I would never, ever recommend anyone to this dealer.

I was over charged

I gave them a good review and they treated me like garbage im out thousands of dollars and they're still giving me the runaround want me to pay for tires and rims that I did not order they were included in the price that we negotiated in the future I will never deal with Honda Spinelli again I contacted Honda Canada I'm still waiting on them to return the call and see if they can fix the problem two persons that are responsible are Alex Bihour sales and Serghei Junea financing please stay away from this place

Je suis allé chez Honda Spinelli pour acheté ma première voiture. Julian Sayegh (qui vend de l'occasion)a été super professionnel en me référant à son collègue Michel Ladouceur, étant donné que je voulais une voiture neuve. Le jour de la livraison, ils ont même pris le soin de mettre un chou sur la voiture comme si c'était un cadeau! Sandrine m'a super bien expliqué comment fonctionnait ma voiture! Une expérience top, où le client est la priorité!

I went first to another Honda dealer but was unimpressed with the salesman I first spoke to... he appeared dismissive when I would not give him the guarantee that I am going to buy the car from his dealership... then I went to Honda Lachine and met with Kenny Sousa without appt. My husband and myself were very impressed at how welcoming and thorough he was. He took us for a test drive of the car right away; he explained everything so well that it didn't leave a doubt in my mind that I am going to take car. The whole process of obtaining the car with Kenny and from the Honda Lachibe was quick and easy and simple. will definitely recommend Kenny at Honda Lachine to everyone I know.

I just got my Honda Civic about 2 months ago. I just love it. Also got great service. The reason I went to Kenny in Lachine was because he was the only one who was willing to text. I am not always able to call on phone. No other place emailed or texted me back. Then when I went with my husband we were actually just going to test drive it. I never had a brand new car so I was nervous with him in the car. He let me and my husband take the test drive alone. Which was super!! When we went back he explained all safety about the car. I was sold! The car is amazing. And every time I text Kenny I get a fast response. Thank you again! 😊

I have a HONDA CR-V TOURING 2015 and I was planning on leasing the 2017 model. I went to Spinelli Honda 3 days ago and I'm still baffled as to how I was treated. I came in after booking an appointment with Todd the Sales Representative. Once we sat down, I explained the deal that I have with my current vehicle and to make a new deal. He started scribbling on a lined piece of paper (attached image). I was hoping for some formal company paper that had legitimate specifics on it, but instead I received a scribbled paper which made me question the validity of it. I called my husband to fill him in on the new terms. My husband then asked the representative the sale price of our current car, to which the answer was 'Can I ask why do you want to know?'. That upset both me and my husband. We are there as loyal clients, trying to settle for a new agreement, but instead we felt insulted by his answer. The last thing the representative said was to come back next year for a new deal if we're not satisfied. This one experience made us reluctant and unwilling to continue leasing a Honda vehicle.

I recently purchased a brand new Honda Civic SI and let me tell you, the only thing more enjoyable than ripping that car 50 km/h past the speed limit, what the magnificent service. I dealt with Julian...he really knew his stuff. His patience and expertise was much appreciated and always was willing to help. In some ways...I consider him a part of my family, some would even say my wolf-pack. My satisfaction level is off the charts. Way to go guys and thank you Julian!!!

Yesterday evening I took possession of my first car WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Bad Attitude

Purchasing the car was stressful, but the delivery went well. Since driving away, the customer service is non-existent. No one has once called to follow-up to see how I like my big purchase. I had to get 2 flat tires looked at 6 months after purchase & they only found 1 hole, I fixed 1 at dealership & took the car to a trusted garage next day & they found the hole in 2nd tire in seconds. At 7 months driving home with my son & the dash system stops working, my indicator lights, gas, engine temperature & all steering wheel controls stopped working. When I called the dealership & asked to speak to the service department, I was told they were closed. I had to ask what time they opened the next day. I quickly explained my issue & was told no one can help you. No suggestions, no reassurance - just nasty attitude. What do you car Spinelli - you got my money. Disgusted with your lack of customer care.

Choisissez une autre représentante Honda. Le traitement après ventes fournis aux clients est décevant. Depuis le 9 août, je cours après Honda Spinelli pour régler un défaut qui leur appartient, sans résultat. Mes appels et mes messages ne sont plus retournés, ni par le représentant de ventes (véhicules neufs) ni par son supérieur. Une totale déconsidération, pour un acheteur d’un produit de 30k, moins de professionnalisme que chez Wal-Mart, ou Dollarama.

dented my car during tire change and didn't tell me

Did not enjoy my experience there. Noticed my car was dented, after I picked it up after having winter tires taken off. Walk around report showed the dent was not there before. They offered to fix it, after a lot of argument so to be honest, I'll pass because trust was broken because of the way the whole thing was handled with the employees I had to deal with.

I went for a 50,000km oil change. Service technician advised me that a change of the CVT transmission fluid was overdue and should have been done at 48,000km! The cost quoted was $152.88 plus tax. I said no thank you as this appeared to be to soon for a change. After my motor oil had been changed I was shown my cabin pollen filter which I knew would be dirty. I was quoted a price of $66.28 for the part, which I knew was crazy! Both of these recommended services and prices are on my oil change receipt. After returning home I had someone contact his Honda dealer in Ontario about the CVT fluid change. That dealer stated that when the fluid needs changing a service code would appear on the dash.....at about 90,000km. So a recommended change at a somewhat lower kms would be fine, but at 48,000km? The following day I went to an auto supply store and bought an American made exact Honda Accord fitting cabin filter for just under $16.00 plus tax. So Spinelli may offer competitive costs for oil changes, but watch out for cabin filters and recommended CVT fluid changes!!! My car is 2014 Accord 4 cylinder.

Hello, all I can say about the service at Spinelli Honda is that it is without a doubt, the best service I have ever received. I DID NOT give the above best marks/grades just to go faster...i truly believe in them. Examples of their level of service and professionalism .....1) we did not have a car prior to buying this one, and they offered to come pick us up from our home (we live about 15 kms away) to come and see the car....we were not signing anything just yet, just coming to look...and they repeated this when we signed...so they did it not only to "close" the deal but to show their commitment to customer service. 2) they were very VERY fair in the pricing. i think it was a great deal as i compared to 4 other Honda dealerships and what Spinelli was offering was BY FAR THE BEST!!!! it was a win/win.....we got the extended warranty and they threw in a few free extras (like oil changes)....we bought winter tires from them....and they installed them for free....in any negotiation, there must be compromise and Spinelli Honda was very fair in that aspect. So all this to say that, not only are we pleased about the vehicle itself and Honda's legendary quality build, but it is nice to see that they have quality in everything they do....especially the people at their dealerships. Honda Canada should be very proud of having a dealer like Spinelli represent them. Thanks for reading.......now go test drive already!!!!!
