First class experience when buying a car!

Pam, helped find the perfect size car for our family! They helped with turning in a lease and and taking a trade for a New Arcadia! The car is Beautiful and ride is comfortable, adjustable 2nd row bucket seats won the kids over. Everyone in the store was helpful and nice! No high pressure!

We just purchased a 2018 Equinox from Spurr. We dealt with Ed Bellnier who we had purchased the 2013 Equinox we traded in from. Ed is very patient and knowledgeable and the buying experience (even with a trade in ) was pleasant.

2010 Equinox Lemon

I Do Not give positive reviews to companies,Sales Reps nor Service reps, I do not trust. Anyone can Google 2010-2011 Chevrolet Equinox and hear the stories from the people who bought this particular product from any Chevy Dealer. The amount of recalls and faulty parts warnings that I've had to address, is amazing. Should never had left the assembly line. You'll be hard pressed to find an honest GM employee that will tell you the truth. Every time I go to Spurr Chevrolet for a recall fix, I get lied to

Mike Mazza manages our service needs in a timely, professional manner. They are just two of the reasons that we keep going back to this dealership. Our daughter is also a customer now and feels the same way. I have just purchased another Buick Enclave.

Service wait time

Rude service manager!

I took my Acadia in to get aligned and serviced. When I went to pick up my car the service advisor told me that I needed new tires and he had them on sale that day. I told him I wasn't going to buy the tires that day. So he asked me in front of everyone in the service department and I quote! "is it a money issue? Can't you afford them?" Honestly it's none of his business what my finances are! So again I told him that I am not buying tires at this time and I just wanted to pay for the service and the alignment. That's when I found out that he didn't do the alignment. Stating my tires were too worn to do it! I am a car guy and I love GM products but I have never been so disrespected at a dealership in my life! Service makes a dealership folks and Mr. Mazza's rude service has made me never want to step foot at that dealership again, even though I live in Brockport my warranty work will be done at Bob Johnson otherwise I'll fix it myself! '

This is the 2nd Subaru we bought here

This is the 2nd new Subaru that we have bought from Spurr. The 1st one we still have and have taking it in for service a few times and the service department is very good. Ralph was very fun and took the time to explain everything that we asked him. He spend 3 hours with us the first time we walked in to just look. We wanted the car but just couldn't make up our minds. Then we came back the next week and bought the forester. He took the time again. When he knew something about what we were asking but not for all our questions he had us talk with someone who knew more about what we were asking. Ralph , Don, and Nick we worked with and all were very helpful and friendly.

I bought a used car at this dealer and that night I noticed the heat wasn't working. When I took it in to have that serviced they never fixed teh problem. At first they tried flushing the system, didn't work. Later they found cracks in the overflow tank and instead of replacing it, they tried to epoxy over the cracks. The dealership wasted a ton of my time trying to apply band aids to get out of fixing it correctly. After months I finally gave up dealing with them since they were obviously giving me the run around. I later took the car to another dealer who said that the overflow tank would never seal with epoxy, it had to be replaced. The dealer also found many other issues with the car. At which point I just decided to stop dumping money into the car because it was obviously in worse shape than it looked from the outside. I was only able to get about 9 months out of a car I paid 6k for before I had to take the loss and get a different car. I did recently talk with one of the owners and this dealership definitely has integrity issues and very little conscious when it comes to dealing with their customers after a sale.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Top of the line customer service & support. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Only problem is the over pricing of some simple repairs and even oil changes are extremely expensive.
