Pocketed $3,500 that we paid them to buy us a warranty

From our own personal experience with buying a vehicle from this dealership: This 360 Smart Car / Kamkad (or whatever name it is at the moment), is a complete scam. Just watch the News reports. Google search 360 Smart Car investigation. Yes, it is the same dealership, no matter what they tell you. Look at the location. Same employees. They changed their name to fool people. This same company is in the news elsewhere, too. Here is why I'm so upset and trying to let everyone know to beware. Please keep in mind, too, that this is such a dreadful company, that NO ONE has bothered to reach out to us in an attempt to make this right. They charged us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for an extended warranty on a car they sold us 6 months ago (Nov 2018), and they have never paid the warranty company! So we have no warranty on our 8 year old car we bought from them because they pocketed our warranty money! Seriously, who does that???!!! To the owner or manager: I hope you're having a good time with our $3,500 at your "Family owned and proud" business of yours. Are you proud of yourself for scamming money from hard-working people? I can only hope that this happens to you one day! I sound bitter don't I? Well, let someone steal $3,500 from you and then tell me you're not bitter. We have three girls in college, we can't just walk to our backyard and get more cash off our money tree and buy another $3,500 warranty. I just happened to call the warranty company in Feb of 2019 to ask if I would get a contract in the mail; and they told me, "Oh, your contract has never been activated because the dealer never paid us for it." Whaaaaaat?? Now, no one at this "more-names-than-Elizabeth-Taylor" dealership will call me back or return my emails! I mean why would they call me? They're obviously too busy vacay'ing in the Grand Caymans with our stolen money. Not to mention this: 2 to 3 WEEKS AFTER we bought the car, they called us to say they were changing the finance co. to a different finance co. because the 1st one went out of business. WEEKS LATER! Ummmm, why did it take them so long to contact us? The paperwork was just sitting on someone's desk collecting dust for WEEKS! That's why. Oh, and I'm not done: They also tried to raise our interest rate on the new paperwork/contract. Are you kidding me?? It was only after I told them they could have the car back, and they could shove their higher interest rate up their you-know-what, did they agree to keep the rate the same. So, we had to go back to this freakin' dealership to sign all new paperwork with a new finance co. on it. Oh, and I called the original finance co. and they told me they did NOT go out of business. Hmmm. Of course, we didn't get our plates until months later and we asked them to mail the plates to us because we didn't want to go back there AGAIN. They said no, so we had drive back out there to pick them up. I have proof of all this, so NO ONE can say that I'm lying!!!!!!! If these people were good or honest at all, don’t you think they would have paid our warranty by now? Do you want this to happen to you? I’m not upset with our sales people who helped us, but rather owners and management who actually took our money and didn’t pay our warranty. Please understand, I am normally a very, very patient and easy-going person. But this dealership has caused soooo much heartache and frustration; and they’ve caused us many sleepless nights. They stole from us. And they don't care! Don't make the same mistake we did. DO-NOT-BUY-ANYTHING-FROM-THIS-DEALERSHIP!! If you do decide to go there anyway, please run to your doctor first and get a quick CT Scan; just to make sure you have a brain. Yes, I’m angry and I should be! Can I be any more clear? I don’t think so.

BUYER BEWARE!!

These guys are fixing wrecked cars and selling them to the unsuspecting public! I bought a truck from them 2013 Ram 1500 4x4. Two days later, I’m washing and waxing it and I realize the drivers fender has been recently painted! Car fax shows no damage/accidents. Only explanation is these guys did it. ANYTHING THEY PROMISE TO DO AFTER THE SALE IS A LIE! The radio in truck was not working. They promised to get it fixed or replaced. It’s been over three weeks and they haven’t even called to give me update? That’s real customer service!! I’ve been asking, and all they do is blow me off.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Leith was so great to my husband and I. He had the car ready when we arrived to go on a test drive and was patient with us as we figured out the best financing option. I recommend anyone ask for him when they come here.

Horrible business practices and liars

Well this is the perfect place to come if you enjoy the line “ we are checking into that” or if you enjoy trading in your car and the dealership never pays it off making your credit score go down. This dealership has major issues and could be so much better if only the employees utilized honesty. Law suite coming hopefully the courts will get me some of my loss back.

They care about money not customers

I bought a car I mid summer and test drove it and come to find out the check engine came on and took two weeks to get back. (Not major) lol but the head had crack in the motor... they fixed under dealerships warranty. Then I noticed the car leaning to the side and they said they would call me when part is in! Well it’s November and still no call.... the only person I had issues with was the so called manager! Not recommend! Had to get on a spur of moment so I give a star cause of the salesman but the managers are a joke!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with 360 motors and the sales rep. He was polite and nee the inventory well so that I could find what I was looking for fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking for cars or trucks or SUV's also the financial department was quick and easy. They even went so far to find me the best rate at the lowest amount of money each month. Thank you 360 motors. See you next time when I buy my next SUV

Watch what you're buying from this dealer!

Dealers these days are too quick to sell you a car they just got on the lot and have 0 knowledge of what they sell. I personally bought a car from them a year and half ago and will never buy from them again. They sold me a $5000 car that was burnijg oil which ended up with a seized motor, which would cost me another $3,000 - $6,500 to replace and install another motor... Thanks smart car 360! Such a "smart" buy, isn't it? I'm trying to rebuild my life, not dig a deeper hole to die in!!! I would rate a 0 out of 5 if I could. To top it all off, the dealer I dealt with left the dealership not even a week after I bought the car! Strange if you ask me!! Stay away from these scams!

I shopped around before coming into 360 Smart car, I was looking for a work truck. First off. Leith picked out a car that was more perfect than what i was even looking for. Everywhere I went they either couldn't get me in a car that i wanted or they were just outrageously priced. 360's prices are beyond fair. I have had the vehicle for about 2 months now and it's driven perfectly. They sold it to me in great condition and gave me a detailed carfax report. Leith made it easy for me and took the stress out from buying a car. Super friendly and professional guys. Would definitely recommend as the first choice when car shopping.

Good price ask for raul

If you want something done speak with raul in finance nobody else cares to return phone calls. Had a minor issue with a vehicle purchase and took over a week and calling several times and nobody seemed to care, until raul found out about the problem and took care of it in two days no questions asked. This would have been a 1 star review if raul hadn't stepped. If you shop here ask for raul. He needs to be running the place

I had been looking to upgrade to a newer mustang but i was looking for something equivalent to what i had. I had a 14 cali special and wanted to at least upgrade to another cali special or a premium with a manual transmission. Low and behold after a search online. I came across a 17 cali special with a manual transmisson. Low mileage and great price. I called up to the dealership and told them what i currently had on my car and what i was looking for. Clifton was a great sales person. Probably one of the best i have dealt with in the car business. I cant thank him enough for all the help he provided and making the process as painless as possible. I would definitely could back to this dealership and recommend anyone to this dealership. Thank you again clifton!!!!
