Multiple calls, many voicemails left and 0 RESULTS IN 3 DAYS

I don't know how this place stays open when they won't even answer the phone for a willing buyer. I called to check on my finance application 4 times in one day- 8am, 11am, 3pm.. all times I'm transferred to the voicemail of a Brian in Internet Sales who never calls me back all day. On my 4th call at 5pm, I finally got a hold of someone (Chris- thank you!) who checked it out and told me that my application was apparently incomplete? So I submitted another application and today surprise surprise- I've called multiple times and people are either out of the office or unavailable to help, stuck leaving voicemails again! I called into the main number twice in a row just now asking for any available salesman and got someone's voicemail both times!! It's actually quite insane how poorly ran this dealership is. Good luck to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in St George, maybe they'll find a way to answer a simple 2 minute phone call in the future but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Sales staff are some of the best!

I have never been treated like a King before at a car dealer, but this group are the best. Though I hate all the forms one has to deal with, even while paying cash, they made the buying experience pleasant. I feel the car deal was fair. We did have the help of dealing through the Costco Auto Program, but even without this I feel it wouldm't have been any different. I would without a doubt recommend this dealer. Stay away from Thiefin’ Wade

We went to Stephen Wade Toyota because of a used Kia Soul they had on their lot that was posted on Car Gurus. Our salesman, Ryan, asked what it would take for us to say yes to the car. We said we would like to be out the door at sticker price, and a replacement key, as the one that was with the car was broken. Ryan told us he “should send us out the door right then.” But he wrote the “terms” on a piece of paper and asked us to sign. When I said that I wasn’t comfortable signing anything right then, he became defensive and the conversation devolved into a pretty heated and loud argument. We should have left at this point. We signed the paper anyway and waited for the response from his manager. He came back and said it was no-go, and did not give a counter offer despite our willingness to negotiate. Through the rest of our conversation, Ryan was incredibly condescending, telling us, “I already sold a car today so I’m already bringing my bread home” and used very casual language laced with profanities. We walked out of there angry and upset, as we had never been talked down to and treated so disrespectfully in any professional setting. The next day, a customer service representative called asking why we didn’t purchase the car. I explained what happened and later Cory Wagner, a salesman purporting to be some kind of customer service manager called us offering to make everything right, “even if you don’t end up purchasing a car.” After over an hour on the phone, we agreed to give them another chance. They would cut us this incredible deal as long as we promised to give perfect scores on their customer service survey. He promised that he would have everything written up and ready for us to sign and be out of there within 30 minutes. I, my wife, and our 7 month old baby sat in his cubicle working through the paperwork for 3 hours. He left several times coming back smelling like smoke, and even sprayed himself several times with cologne in the small cubicle, making it hard to even breathe. As time went on it was clear he was a self-aggrandizing storyteller with questionable values, at one point stating that he believed that “people are shady by nature.” By the time we finished the process late in the evening, Cory told us he could not provide the promised documentation because the people able to print it for us had gone home. Not 2 days later, we found our SALVAGE TITLE trade-in car listed on ksl.com and Car Gurus for $16,000 as a CLEAN TITLE vehicle, even though Cory had told us it was essentially worthless and that a salvage dealership here in St George already had an offer on it for less than half that price. After we confronted Cory about it, the listing was taken down. The following month was a nightmare. All of Cory’s promises took forever to be actualized. After several visits to the dealership and hours of time wasted, we had to do much of the work ourselves. All that remained was a document he promised showing that they had done a full service, including new tires and brakes, on our vehicle. A month later he claimed that he never would have promised such a thing, and it is clear that he had lied about the service being done. We unfortunately have no documentation to catch him in his lie, which explains why he avoided giving us any paperwork from the beginning. I am very disappointed in this dealership, the incompetence, disrespect, and outright dishonesty of the sales personnel. The manipulation, stress, dishonesty, disrespect, and hours of time wasted on what should have been a simple purchase was shocking. We will never be returning to Stephen Wade, and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Really got screwed on my lease, was told one thing and it did not happen after 3 years, should have read the contract better. We thought they would have treated us better after buying 4 cars from them in the past years.

The salesman, Kris, was very patient and pleasant to work with. He didn't make me feel rushed or like I was being pressured into anything. He let me test drive whatever car I wanted and I went back to the Honda Pilot. I love this car! Everything from start to finish was easy going and the people were fun to talk with.

New 2018 Highlander LE Plus

I researched cars on the Internet for some time, but returned to Toyota. We have had 5 Toyotas in the past and find them extremely reliable. I reviewed consumer reports and found that the Highlander has a very good rating. Then sought out Stephen Wade to see what they had in stock. We have had dealings with them several times and found them to be good to deal with. I made contact with Jessica Kroll and told her exactly what we wanted. Then an appointment which we kept even though she did not have the exact color my wife wanted, but she did have it in a beautiful Red. She was prepared and we concluded the deal, which was excellent and to the point. Now my wife loves her new Highlander. Dealing with Stephen Wade was excellent. My advice to anyone is decide what you want, be prepared, know your limits, contact the dealer and do the deal. Easy, simple and uncomplicated and Stephen Wade helps make that happen.

New Rav4

Leased a new Rav 4, Exactly what I wanted. I thought the deal was fair and my salesman, Sebastian was very kind and informative. I would buy from him again. I love Toyota vehicles. My first was a Camry, Drove it 302,000 miles! Second was a Highlander Hybrid and now I am downsizing to a Rav 4. You cannot beat the reliability of a Toyota!

Excellent care from Service department

Service department was extremely helpful and helped accommodate my last-minute request for service as I was driving through town. After another shop turned me away, Stephen Wade staff were very friendly and understanding and got my car right into the shop. During this visit I had a complaint about a specific part of the service (just a lone mistake by a single technician) and it was addressed on the spot, and service manager Grady personally followed up and resolved the issue. Outstanding service.

Bad Adventure!

We went into Stephen Wade Toyota to look at SUV's. The biggest problem we had was the salesperson. CORY. He was not only a fast talking sales person but quite a story teller. He spent so much time on the phone and kept leaving the office he seemed to have little time for us. We should have left then and there. Our fault that we didn't. My husband even saw him outside with some other customer's. This man told us that we were getting the 2018 Rav4 Adventure exactly like the one in the show room only in White. He ordered it and when it came in it was white but was nothing like the one in the show room. He didn't notice anything wrong with it. I did! We also had tinted windows put on it and one edge was peeling already. The interior had been sprayed and there were marks from those drips all over the interior. This Vehicle had not even been cleaned up. When Cory came over to look to see that it indeed was not the car we ordered. He went inside to see the manager. A few minutes later he informed my husband that it was his fault! I over heard his manager telling him (Cory) the salesman that he had screwed up. My husband had nothing to do with ordering the wrong car. Cory assumed all of the Adventure's were exactly the same. He couldn't even set up the entune system to my phone on it. If it were not for Candace Abbott the Sales Manager i would have ended up with the black Adventure on the sales floor. Cory didn't really care at that point. Candace took over and did Cory's job for him. She found the white car loaded with what I wanted and got it ordered for us. Unfortunately, I still had to deal with Cory following me around every time I left Candace's office begging me not to "murder" him??? We ended up driving the wrong car home, had to register it with DMV, put plates on it and wait for the real Rav4 to come in. It still took a while after that for every extra thing to get done on it because Cory forgot things again!!!! This guy is so incompetent it is unbelievable!!! P.S. he lied and gave us this big convoluted story why my trade in care wasn't worth anything in the area we were trading it in. How they had some of the same cars and couldn't even sell them. It was all lies. Nissan tried to even buy my car. He is not only a liar but incompetent.

Recently purchased a new Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium. My trade was an older, high mileage 4Runner. Both sales and finance reps went to great lengths to be sure I had *the* vehicle I wanted at an affordable price, including a comprehensive extended warranty. We went into Stephen Wade Toyota looking for a SUV initially. Michael was fast to recognize we needed help and earnest at listening to the features we told him we wanted. After showing us the SUVs, we decided a car would better suit our needs. Michael was amazing at finding us a car that marked everything off on our wish list. Not only was Michael a top-notch, patient, salesperson that exceeded all of our needs, the rest of the staff and management at the dealership treated us like we were their only customer. This is our second auto purchase at Stephen Wade and we have been using their service department on our vehicles for the 3 years we have lived in St. George. We cannot say enough about the ease of buying a car at this dealership. Our sales representative, Brian, was courteous and professional and introduced us to all the models of the car we wanted to buy. It was easy to make a decision based on his expertise and what we wanted in a new car.
