Everyone a at. Basil is polite and helpful. Full explanation of problem and quick service. I have received attention when going to service dept. Even when I did not have appointment and problem was resolved at no cost to me (windshield wipers would not work because ice was packed around them).

"Fantastic buying experience"

This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. 5 stars are actually not enough stars for Basil Ford of Niagara Falls and our sales consultant, Bryan Cellini. What stands out the most with our buying process was the amount of time Bryan spent with us and the through and knowledgeable information that he provided. From test drive to price agreement to financing to signing on the line to driving away with our new Ford truck, just a top notch, pleasant experience. We cannot thank Bryan enough for making what can be a very stressful process, a stress free, smooth experience. And for spending the amount of time that he did, prior to us leaving the dealership with our new truck, that we were good to go with the incredible technology of the truck and that all our questions were answered.

Great car buying experience

Picked a used car out online , scheduled a time to see the car and take it for test drive all via text message. Car and salesperson were ready and waiting. Able to meet my price no haggling or pressure. Car was ready and waiting at time of pick up and salesperson Byran was very kind and patient teaching me how to work the electronic gizmos . Overall a great experience will tell my friends and family.

Service of newly purchased vehicle

I purchased a used vehicle from this location only three weeks ago. The vehicle itself is beautiful and the customer service provided by the finance manager Matthew was excellent. Unfortunately after a few weeks, the vehicle needed to be brough in for service. The repairs were minimal and unexpected by both myself and the dealer as I needed a replacement battery. I was able to speak with the general manager Al Baldo that was able to ensure my service repairs on the vehicle were addressed efficiently. He also took the time to speak with me regarding my experience, and confirm I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I was so please with the process of purchase and service thus far. I would highly recommend this dealership! Thank you again.

Purchased my 2012 Escape form here not too long ago. They have a great selection of vehicles, really something for everyone. My sales consultant Bryan Cellini was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all my questions and was very professional. They were able to met my needs and able to get me the terms I wanted and the payment that fit my budget. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and I will be telling everyone I know. Staff needs more people skills

I called Basil Ford for 1 week looking to speak to someone in the finance office abut my extended warranty. Matt in the finance office would never answer his phone or even return my calls. The same happened when I asked to talk to the sales manager (Wally). Final after a week, I spoke with both of them. They were unprofessional. Matt said that because my warranty was bought through Baldo Ford, (even though Bail Ford bought them out), he wouldn't help me & that I had to go directly to Ford. He gave me the phone # to call...and it was the wrong #. After talking to Ford, all Matt would have had to do was fax 2 papers to them for me. Basil Ford has lost a customer and I will definitely tell others about their poor customer service.

Nasty Employees in service

The guys in the service department are uninterested in your issues. One smelled of alcohol had blood shot eyes & HE was very rude. My experience was horrible

They caused a brake leak

I brought my car (07 crown vic) to dealership today to have a recall done on it for free (lower steering drive shaft). Now after they replaced the recall part, I now have a brake leak that I didn't have before. How ironic that I have a new problem now. It drove fine prior to bringing it in. Now the brake line squirts out fluid. The pedal feels way different than before. I would of noticed the fluid leaking prior and would of fixed it. I called and spoke to the manager Bob and said they didn't cause the problem. I did have my ABS light on prior but that was from an unrelated incident (need new module box) I believe they caused the problem by bumping into a line when doing recall work. Now they will not fix the problem they caused.

I've purchased two vehicles from Baldo's now, for myself back in February and more recently a brand new Fusion for my wife. They do an excellent job showing the features of the vehicle you are interested in and providing a low pressure environment. They were very easy to work with on numbers too, they really take the pain out of new car buying! The salesman followed through and delivered on everything they said they would. My wife and I are very happy with Baldo's and will be back for sure when our lease is over!

Derrick Young is the best!

Today we purchased our 5th vehicle from Steve Baldo Ford. The reason we continue to return is because of the salesman we purchased our 3rd, 4th, and now 5th car from. Derrick Young has never made us feel like anything but a valued customer, and we truly believe he works in our best interest. There have been glitches with the service dept , and he has offered to step in and help in anyway he can. The time he devoted to us in our most recent selection enforces the fact that he wants his customer to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend you talk specifically to Derrick, I doubt he will disappoint.

!st time FORD buyer

We have been leasing/buying cars every few years for 30 years. This is our first experience with a FORD dealership. The dealership is not flashy and high tech, they seem to be very low key and customer oriented. Our salesman Derek Young was one of the deciding factors to us purchasing from Steve Baldo Ford. Derek KNOWS his product line which made our decision to lease the Ford Edge much easier. We definitely took our time and visited several dealerships - this was not an impulse buy. Derek went above and beyond our expectations! He took his time, answered questions, and did not pressure us in any way. Pick up was smooth and actually fun. Derek went through the entire vehicle with us and left me very happy with our choice. Not only would I buy another Ford, but I would not hesitate to recommend Steve Baldo Ford, especially DEREK YOUNG. He was by far, the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with.

I am always leary of car dealers, having had some bad experiences with overly aggressive salesman and sales managers. The atmosphere at Steve Baldo Ford was very different. My salesman, Bojan, was extremely knowledgeable and honest too! After a test drive, there was no pressure to buy right then (I never buy a car at the 1st visit). The same lack of pressure came from the sales manager (sorry I forgot his name!). The car was ready when I wanted it. Bojan was great to work with and I would recommend him, and the Steve Baldo dealership to anyone. UPDATE 5/5/14. I had a problem with the vehicle just 3 days after picking it up. The dealer had it towed in within an hour. It turned out not to be a problem with the vehicle, but with me ;). But the service department fixed it for me. Many dealers are great before you buy a car, but I think it's the service AFTER the sale that show what a dealer is really like. I will definitely recommend Steve Baldo Ford.

Talk about a no hassle experience. I had an unusual situation with a trade in vehicle that was not owned by me that I needed to get a family member out from under. From Derek, to Bojan, & to Tom they understood the situation, worked with me, & showed true compassion in helping me. They never pressured me or nagged about how much I was looking to spend on a payment each month. Just questioned on what I was interested in & what I wanted or needed in a vehicle. On my initial visit to the dealership I asked for Derek who was suggested by a friend. He was busy with a customer delivery but escaped long enough to introduce himself, apologize, and asked if another salesman could help until he was done. Apologize for what I am not sure because we went there without appointment. Oh wait that would be courteous to apologize. How often do we see that now a days! Bojan found a vehicle similar to want we were looking for so we could test drive it to see if it was to our liking. Bojan stayed with us showing us the features of the vehicle all while keeping an eye for his scheduled customer to arrive for a pick up. We took the vehicle for a test drive & upon our return Derek was now available. We spoke with Derek then about other features & options & he was willing to locate a vehicle with options we were looking for. We made an appointment for return visit for the result of his search for a vehicle that would meet our wants. No request for even a deposit for a show of good faith. In the past I have had salesman ask me for a deposit for a show of good faith even before a test drive. Imagine my astonishment with a dealer going to locate a vehicle for me without even seeking a good faith deposit. Needless to say on our return they had located a vehicle & we purchased it. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve Baldo Ford to anyone, we felt all the employees at Steve Baldo Ford realize without good customer service they would not have customers so where would they be then. THANK YOU Derek, Bojan, Tom, Matt, & Leo in the Collison Shop.
