I was called to see a car but cheaters told me it is sold.

I sreceived an email from CarGurus regarding a 2013 Toyota Camry SE on at Steve Rayman Chevrolet 2155 Cobb Pkwy. SE. The car was at very nice price and I called them, The rep Ray Whitlow called me and said you can come over to see the car. He send me address. I had to drive from N. Druid Hills to Smyrna. In this heat and full jam traffic I made so many efforts to reach there. I even received one more text from him saying are you coming or you want to come tomorrow.I texted back saying I am on my way. Finally when I reached the place, Ray tells me that he never called me and the Steve Rayman someone might have texted me. But even before my asking him he said it is sold. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. THIS CHEATERS COULD HAVE TEXTED ME IT IS SOLD RATHER THAN ASKING ME WHETHER I AM COMING OR NOT. THESE CHEATERS WHEN FIND A GOOD DEAL THEY PURCHASE IT INTERNALLY AND THEN SELL IT FOR HIGH PRICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH FRAUDS.

Stay away

This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. The salesman Brandon would not give me a straight answer on the price of a truck I was trying to buy more than 300 miles away from my home. After them telling me they would give me 33k for my trade and me owning 36k i would be negative 3000 and that was fine. So he tell me for a truck on the internet that is priced at 55k that I dont get that price and it would be 58k. So why is this truck priced 55k if thats not the price? So I offered 62k with my truck for this new one on Friday he tells me that they would take that at the end of the month but not today and this is the 23rd of the month. So 3 days later I offer 63k to come get the truck on the 25th of the month and he tell me we are 3k off? So now that I have offered 63k more than what they said they would take that's now 3k short. So not the price for the 55k truck is now gonna cost me 66k . Yes they are trying to screw me around because they know I want the truck. Dont shop here they will try to screw you all they can. I also have all this in text with Brandon if anyone would like to see how they treat people.

They’ve got a Service Advisor with Street Attitude rudeness

I had an appointment that was setup with Chevy HQ customer service getting involved as I’d a particular request I wanted to be accommodated. When setting up the appointment over the phone a few days ago I explained in detail about what I wanted and their Service Advisor, Reggie, completely agreed “professionally” to accommodate my request. However, on the day of the appointment (today) when I was trying to see how my request is going to be addressed he went completely berserk rude, loud and displayed street attitude that should never have a place in working environment such as an authorized auto dealership. You won’t experience that kind of behavior even at ordinary local auto shops! Unbelievable. He finally said I can go to another shop if I wanted to which I instantly agreed and immediately got the xxxx out of his face! My goodness, I’ve never experienced that kind of loud rude street attitude at any auto service shops. Reggie should have known better how to carry himself even if his customers are annoying. Totally unfit for a position that puts him to interact with customers.

I would not recommend this dealer.

These peoples sold me two bad cars in a month.Took one back; they gave me another it was no good. The second car im stuck wit it..Because it after my 30 days.They lie from the phone until you get there.If you know best don't never buy a car from here.And let everyone know not to go there.BAD BUSINESS!!! Im saving you time and money..You will thanks me later..

I had an “experience” to say the least when I made my car purchase. After going through a trying time with the pre owned-staff that I originally worked with. I wrote a review about my experience, and sent an email the General Manager. After reviewing my email, the GM called me, and asked me to come into his office. When arriving to his office he was caring and understanding to my concerns. He started on the path to make things right. He gave me several options that were going to make me whole in this situation. After about two days of having the staff in the new car department work with me we were able to find a solution to my issue. I decided to remove my original review, because of the time that General Manager, and the new car staff took with fixing my previous issue. Thank you for taking me from a unsatisfied to a satisfied customer.

Payed $1500.00 worth of work that didn’t fix the issue! Long story short... motor blown and they not only refuse to fix it but they refused to let me talk to the general manager! Everyone from the sales department to the service center to the receptionist were very rude and not understanding!

Unnecessary costly repairs

No thanks I had taken my care here for service and was misdiagnosed check engine light on was told the code was for mass air flow sensor.after returning the 3rd time Justin said the tech says I needed lifters .(BS). They changed purge valve,Cylanoid switch check engine light on as soon as I got on 285. I was told to give great review get free detailing for my trouble.Guess what changed the mass air flow sensor and behold check engine light is off.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Started off well but ended off horribly.

The process of buying my car was very easy of course and my salesman by the name of Rocky was great. The rest of the staff was very unprofessional especially after they sold me the car. After buying my car, of course I was excited and like most you don't expect to return the dealer after buying a BRAND NEW CAR!! So 6 days later I receive a call from a man by the name of Ivan from the dealership telling me I owe $500 in taxes because they forgot to put it in the deal. They proceeded to offer me the payment of half which would mean I would have to pay $250 since it was an error they made. This was 6 days after the sell..... 6 DAYS! Almost a whole week after things are finalized and I get this ridiculous call. Finally after being given the run around I get a chance to speak to the manager Arthur who gets things situated for the most part but overall the experience was unprofessional. Rocky is amazing and I would definitely recommend him as your salesman but as for the rest of the staff they don't care about anything but your money and once that is given you're just another number to them. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer unless you dot every I and cross every T with their finance department because what they have running is a joke back there. Outside of that I love my car, would have loved it even more if I would have paid for it in full at the time of sell.

Bought my car with the promise of paying 500 in a few weeks. I lost my debit card and called to change my info and was told I would be called back. Received a threatening message the next day that my tag would be cancelled if payment wasn't made. The car was sold to me with illegal tint, I didn't know the laws but found out soon enough, was told the car was sold as is and wasn't their problem. The dealer claimed the car had Bluetooth when it did not. I will never buy another car here and would advise anyone to go elsewhere.

I was looking for a place to get the oil changed on my 1-year-old Corvette. Read a lot of good and bad reviews and decided to give Steve Rayman Chevrolet a try. I had a great experience and my service advisor, Reggie Perry, was awesome! He's very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. You should go see Reggie if you need anything. He is the best!

I have bought a lot of cars in my 65 years and it is one thing I really hate doing! Brandon was up front and easy to communicate with; gave me a break on the "salesperson techniques". We spoke several times via internet before ever meeting up. I researched 4-5 months before I actually went in (had 3 dealerships in mind); my eye on a particular car and price. A dealership in Carrollton had the car but would not come down on the price. Raymond got the car from them and made me a great deal! A little confusion on getting it here, inspected, a demonstration and air in the tires; but Ivan got that all taken care of for me today! Everyone is pleasant. Some more than others. Thank you for making this experience better than a root canal!
