Nice vehicle, poor comms, no follow up, and still no title.

Purchased a used Jeep Renegade. Nice vehicle and am happy with it. The dealership however is not good. Poor communication on the purchase after I wired funds for the total cost. Once they got their money, their kind attitude was gone. They suggested I had to wait days to take home the vehicle even though I showed proof the money was placed into their account. They promised a vehicle inspection though I doubt this occurred. Simple things like all valve stem caps were left off and when pointing this out to the salesman he said “you purchased it the way it is”. It would have not passed with such a issue like that. Promised a full tank of fuel and didn’t happen. Was told all floor mats were there but no drivers floor mat. Worst of all, after 1 month they have still not provided the vehicle title. Lots of choices out there and never again this dealership. Recommend to stay away!

I got cheated in this dealer

I bought a car one year ago at Stevens Creek BMW, it was a CPO car. The sale person told me that they only had one key at that time, they will order a new one for me and I just need to wait. After several months past I did not got the second key so I contacted the sale person and he told me he already left there. I called sale department and they asked to call service department, and service department said don't worry they will get that when I come for maintenance next time. When I came for maintenance, the service department changed their words and said, they have to got approval from sale department. Then, the Sale Manager, told me he cannot solve this and I have to wait for his manager finished his meeting, or come again next time. I said I have waiter for a long time and I want to get the key you owned me now, then the Sale Manager Mr Massis, just came back to his beautiful office and left me alone in the lobby. WOW, that's not the end. I send an email to the general manager, Mr Petrov, about my experience, the below is what I got from him, after waiting another more than one week: " All promises on Due Bills are good for 90 days". My friend, Pay attention, if they own you anything, they can just let you wait for 90 days, and you will get nothing any more. That's is the smartest business strategy I have ever heard. Thank you Mr Massis, Mr Petrov and Stevens Creek BMW, you make me realize that a customer should be honored if they got server from you, the thank you for the smart business strategy I learned.

Best car I've ever driven

I am hardly a car expert. I do like buying new. My last car was a 2006 X3 which I loved for it's size, handling, and comfortable seats. My new X3 M40i is a dream to drive, from it's handling, comfort, and looks. Dealing with the Stevens Creek was a pleasure. I got a quote from their online person which seemed fair to me...after doing my homework on cost. TJ my salesman gave me the price I was quoted, and even worked a little more magic. I did purchase some service extras to protect my investment. I'm very happy with my purchase, and how I was handled.

Found my dream car

was ok decent but not that great

Basically the dealer was good to help us out to get the car. but the administrative person who deals with procedures on legal/money matters was not customer friendly at all. Made us run back and forth. basically this BMW unit have to care more about customers they made us wait for 4 hours to get the care out even though i was ready with my papers and stuff.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Sold car I was leasing to someone else

Super unethical dealer: test drove the car, after which I negotiated a deal on a m240i, agreed to terms, offered to put a deposit to hold the car until the weekend (couple of days) to which they said “no need we are putting your name on it”. i call my salesman on Friday to schedule a closing appointment for Saturday and am informed “sorry we sold the car to someone else”. Salesman was either complicit or got screwed too. Email and phone call to dealer general manager to ask why this happened, and of course no response. Horrible place stay away if they do this they will do anything.

Poor CPO buying experience

Poor CPO car buying experience. Purchased a CPO 335 Xi, and noticed that 2 of the tires were cupping and making a horrible noise. The 2 tires *barely* met their CPO guidelines, but the service department said they needed to be replaced along with an alignment (car pulls heavily to the right) Cost -- $1200. Imagine buying a CPO car and immediately needing $1200 worth of work. I understand I bought a used car, but I did pay extra for a CPO car which should not need any work immediately after purchase. Stevens Creek BMW told me to pound sand. After they did some internal negotiations, they said they would 'goodwill' replace *1* tire. I would honestly look elsewhere if I were in the market to buy a car. I'm also a return customer--bought 2 new cars from them in the past including an M3, and they still told me to pound sand. Very disappointed in my experience with them. I full expect the canned response of "i'm sorry to hear this.... .call so and so and we will look into it.." My response to that is to not bother unless you are willing to replace the other worn tire and fix the alignment.

Disappointment with

I have a discount coupon which I got from Stevens Creek BMW, in the coupon it says it can be used by ANY service, so I booked an appointment with "diagnosis check service". One consultant named "Grayden Lanagan" said I need to do the diagnosis to detect the full issue, I explicitly asked whether the discount coupon is useable for the diagnosis, he confirmed YES. In the afternoon, after the diagnosis is done, he said if I want to fix this issue, I need to pay another $1,300 dollars. I chose "NO" and I went to the dealer to pick up my car. The consultant refused me to use the discount coupon; I asked why, he said If I agree to pay the extra $1,300 dollars to do the repair then I can use the coupon!!! This is ridiculous, he even lied to me in the beginning just want me to spend more money......

I would not recommend this dealer.
