Made Buying a car great again.!!

I had gone to 5 prior dealers looking for the best price and some never even had a complete website. I went to Stevens expecting to have to order my New 2018 Explorer Sport. Turned out they already had it in stock when everyone else said "No One has it". Brahm my salesman was absolutely fantastic and had the utmost patience and professionalism. He offered to answer any question I had even if I had to come back at anytime. Stevens made my day and we absolutely love our new Explorer Sport. I would recommend anyone to come to Stevens for a great deal and a pleasant experience.

Warranty Fraud, a bunch of crooks

Brought car in for in warranty service and they attempted to charge me stating out of warranty. Called another Ford dealer that found my warranty.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Pleased Ford Explorer Experiance

Hello we recently purchased our Ford Explorer from Stevens Ford Lincoln. We had an amazing experience working with Ihab Zareiy. He was a pleasant understanding sales person. He answered all of our questions and concerns and made us feel comfortable during this process. He wasn't pushy and understood that as a family we wanted to contemplate our decision. How I ended up riding my American dream?

I went to Ford agency in Milford looking for a good car deal with no experience in buying cars and without exactly knowing what I was looking for. I took a good friend of mine who does cars for business. We met Will and my friend briefly gave him tips regarding the deal we are looking for with limited budget and no down payment !. Will was extremely warm, welcoming and professional. He came back after a few with two different reasonable deals for which we spent the next two hours negotiating. With a good intention, my friend was giving Will a hard time as he was familiar with every detail regarding selling cars. Will handled the situation with an outstanding professional attitude. He would not show impatience or frustration, and he would go back and forth with all the answers to our requests and concerns. He would frequently ask if we needed water or a drink. After that we met Will`s boss Bryan how was as well friendly and showed full attention and interest in reaching a good deal. I ended up with a gorgeous 2017 Ford fusion which I was not expecting giving my low budget. I will remember that experience for a long time. Everyone from Milford and surroundings should pass by Ford Stevens and shake hands with Will and Bryan sometime.

Excellent sales and service experience for 3 years.

We have leased an Escape for the past 3 years and have enjoyed both the car and the service department at Stevens. So much so that we decided to turn the Escape in at the end of the lease and have bought the 2017 version of the same car. Will Poole was our salesman in both cases and did an excellent job. Couldn't be more pleased.

Horrible service - BAIT & SWITCH

I have a vehicle under warranty that was brought in for service. I was told the diagnosis would be free. Upon diagnosis I was given a price of $300 to take steps necessary and told it would be $68 at MOST for them to include the part that was necessary. They did NOT approval for this work, but proceeded anyway. Even after all that - they were still not done trying to rob me. They then decided that they were wrong about original costs and came back to say it would require over $700 to fix the vehicle. I was given a price from a local service provider for $200 for the same exact repairs - so I decided to go elsewhere. I declined ALL repairs and they told me that was "too bad" Unless I paid them over $300 they would NOT release my vehicle and had the gall to tell me that "at that point, you might was well keep it w/ us for the extra couple hundred dollars because you will be waiting on it all week otherwise". This dealer is dishonest and unethical and should be avoided if possible.

Terrible service

These place has the worst service of any place in southern Connecticut. It is not the first time it has failed me. It has in the pass lost my appointments, fail to order the correct tire. And today I had a 0730 appointment it took 4 hours and they had done a multi inspection. I had to take my care back without service. The service tech Arnold which has horrible customer service skill. The kind of person who send his career in the shop and doesn't know how to deal with normal people. He made a horrible experience even worse!!! Finally learned my lesson, I will never do business with Stevens Ford in any capacity! Any will make sure that everyone I know will know of the terrible service!

Exceeds Expectations

I visited the Stevens Ford dealership last, after meeting with 3 others in the area. The quality of customer service and depth of product knowledge by the Stevens Ford's team was immediately apparent, and stood well above the other dealerships I had visited. I went in without an appointment, shortly before closing on a Holiday and Joe Hudak took his time to explain the best offers available based on my inquiry. He stayed late to get the right deal done not only that day, but also the next night when he learned I would be working late. He took no shortcuts walking me through the advanced technology my vehicle included. I leased a Fusion Energi, not having previously considered a Hybrid. Joe's knowledge of the technology and ability to clearly explain it, along with the financial costs and benefits made it an easy decision. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership before making your decision, the difference you will experience is significant.

My first experience with Ford

My grandma has bought 3 cars from Stevens Ford of Milford and has always had a great experience! I went with her so she can get a new one (and I can have her 2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid- amazing car!!) and the experience was phenomenal from the moment we walked in to the time we drove off the lot. The staff are knowledgable, accommodating, and very friendly. We were offered water right away and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole time. Joseph answered all our questions and efficiently handled the process and all the paperwork very quickly. Carlos explained everything and kept us laughing during time consuming paperwork. I can't wait to come back for my next car!

My Explorer

I had a great experience from walking in the door to driving off the lot! I know unusual but true. Let me start by saying my brother has been a loyal customer of Stevens for years which speaks volumes. Him and his wife just purchased 2 vehicles over the last couple of months, I drove my sister in laws new Edge and was sold. When my brother and I went shopping for a vehicle for me I was impressed with the treatment as well as the selection. Sam was gracious enough to give us a tour of the new service center. Bill McCoy the sales associate was top notch, I felt he really went above and beyond to accommodate me. Finance being my last stop, I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos who was professional organized and able to answer all my questions without hesitation. Loving my Explorer and letting everyone know where to get their next Ford!!!

My husband and I first met James Puglisi. He was so onboard as to what I was in the market to purchase. JImmy is an outstanding sales manager. Definitely knows how to deal with customers in a positive, encouraging way. He described the Lincoln MKZ hybrid that they had brand new but left over from 2014. My husband and I saw it and loved it. We were then introduced to Joseph Hudak who took us for a ride. So knowledgeable and friendly as well. With Joe we didn't feel rushed or a bother. Felt so comfortable with both Jimmy and Joe. They held the car until my insurance check came through and were so willing to please. The day we picked up the car it was ready to go. Joe was so patient explaining all the perks in the car. Carlos Trindade was the financal accountant we dealt with. He as well was so pleasant. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with our encounter at Stevens Ford. Pleasantly Surprised!

The first time we visited Stevens Ford of Milford, it was completely unplanned. We were looking at used cars in the area and happened to be near Stevens so we stopped for a look at what something shiny and new might be like. We had no expectations. We were fortunate enough to meet Joseph Hudak that first day. We talked about our needs and what we were thinking about. Joseph asked questions and really listened. We looked at a few vehicles but never felt pressured to make any decisions. We did narrow our focus slightly but wanted to do a lot more research before making any final decisions. Joseph actually encouraged us to do whatever research we needed. After many weeks of research and test drives, we felt we knew everything there was to know about the Ford model we were considering, as well as a few other brands we had looked at, but the positive impression Joseph made on us led us back to Stevens. Today, we're happy owners of a new Ford Edge. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. I cannot stress enough the importance of a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient Client Advisor that actually listens. Do yourself a favor and go to Stevens Ford of Milford CT and ask for Joseph Hudak.
