Quick and efficient

Their new Drive-Thru Service system took a minute to get used to, but it was efficient and organized. They offered alternative transportation options as well.

Outstanding Service!

I am very grateful to the fantastic service I have received at this dealership. From beginning to end following a vehicle break down, Paul and Sam were phenomenal by getting me in right away, taking care of my warranty coverage, getting me into a rental, getting a new engine into my vehicle, and back home to northern Ontario. They exemplify a true customer service model. I could not have asked for better service. I got to know Paul personally as well and was touched and honoured that we could connect, and consider him more a friend than a service rep. They even gave me a Hyundai backpack!! Outstanding guys! I will refer you and will be back for any additional vehicle repair!!

Oil change service

Great new look drive threw and new customer waiting area, free coffee TV and even two computers for customers to use. This is a great up and coming dealer The Service manager is even out helping advisors when it gets busy. Oil change inspection is very in depth for just a visual inspection. Needed front brakes at a reasonable price. Great expectance

Service charges is expensive and similar to BMW

On the phone I have been told my service charges would be $300 and even in my last visit told the same. Actually the service guy said it is $360, I was expecting discount for $300 as I Used to do the service always in this dealership and even I bought the car from same dealership, but for them it doesn't matter. My friend it is NOT about the money it is how you can gain good reputation in this competitive market. Thanks you

Knowledgeable and courteous

Service was to install a remote starter in my daughter’s car. Needed the car ready by 1:00 pm at the latest so that I could use it to get to work. They were able to get it ready by 12:30 pm including washing it. So far all my dealings with Streetsville Hyundai have been excellent. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Replacing parts “just incase”

My window was smashed by a thief. I brought my car to this dealership because my veloster driver window is dealership issued only. At first they told me that the glass was going to cost 167.23.. and the labour was going to be free because the driver door was issued for a recall for the door latch and housing cable.. so the two jobs intertwined. Then I get a call back saying that my regulator was bent and the motor “may” be burned out so they needed to replace it just in case. So I told them “fine” replace it but I want to see the old parts because i will get a second opinion. The jobs gets done and $776 dollars later!! I go pick up the car and the parts , take it to 3 mechanics, and ALL OF THEM said these parts could be fixed and did not need to be replaced. The regulator that was “bent” was plastic, and plastic cannot be “bent” unless heat is applied! The motor work completely fine and is only one year old! I went to speak to a service manager but could only speak with a service advisor who began to point out stupid little scratches and proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t work because of them. He handled the complaint with an unpleasant attitude! I feel like I was cheated and lied too and I would think the right solution would be to issue a refund. Other than that I would not recommend this dealership after this experience, I would not even recommend a Hyundai in general.

Fixing factory recall

Unhappy Detailing

My first time visit was fast and friendly. Very clean environment and quite welcoming. One of the service done on my car was Detailing and I was not happy with the certain area of my car that was overlooked. The inside driver side of the door was not touched still see some kind of splash mark showing the trunk and all the other doors around the edges was not wipe down sould see the dust all around it! I would like if i can have it attend to! Thank you.

Worst Customer Service

I got a leased car from this dealership with protection plan. Although I was eligible to cancel the plan within 30 days they were denying to do that. I got too much stress about two months. They don't have courtesy with their customers. They didn't reply to my series of emails and registered letter. Even they didn't reply to Better Business Bureau. I got a refund after 2 months of stressful struggle with the help of OMVIC. I won't recommend anyone to buy or lease a car from this dealership.

I've gotten my car serviced at Streetsville Hyundai a couple of times and i can't say enough good things about the customer service I receive there everytime. Not only is everyone very polite they are also very informative on what needs to be done to my car. They give full transparency on the cost and explain in detail what needs to be fixed on my vehicle. I can't stress this enough that every staff member there is fantastic but I want to point out my service advisor from my last visit Paul who was incredibly informative and helpful. Thank you Paul for making my experience there worth making this very positive review. I highly recommend this service centre
