Excellent customer service!

I have used the service department multiple times over the last 2 years and have always had a good experience there. Both service-writers are very helpful in getting the proper work done that my car needs. The work has always been done correctly and I have had no "return" trips for the same issue.

I would recommend this dealer.

Great Dealership with Excellent Customer Service

My husband and I both purchased cars at Strider Subaru and received excellent service from our Sales Consultant, Stephen Snipes. Stephen was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a subaru. He provided excellent customer service to us as did General Manager, Lyndon White. The service department provides excellent customer service and work is always completed in a timely manner. Everyone we have dealt with at this dealership has been great to work with. We will both be purchasing our next subaru at Strider Subaru due our past experience with their staff.

We all know that a dealership is out to sell cars. That's business. But how often do you hear about SERVICE? I am talking about the physical aspect of service on the vehicle and the concern of the service manager to give the candid information regarding questions. My Subaru came with the Yokohama factory tires and i had to replace them due to normal wear. My discussion with the service manager surrounded various brands of tires and how they would perform and wear. Knowing the Subaru engineers had designed this car to meet their prescribed driving and handling, I knew it was an important thing for me. The service and parts managers were very knowledgable and informative regarding customer problems with certain brands on the Subaru. All this resulted in my choosing the Yokohama brand again because I wanted to make a decision on what I regarded the best tire for my vehicle and the way I drive. Thanks to Strider Subaru for concerned management. Bob Hartshorn
