We all know that a dealership is out to sell cars. That's business. But how often do you hear about SERVICE? I am talking about the physical aspect of service on the vehicle and the concern of the service manager to give the candid information regarding questions. My Subaru came with the Yokohama factory tires and i had to replace them due to normal wear. My discussion with the service manager surrounded various brands of tires and how they would perform and wear. Knowing the Subaru engineers had designed this car to meet their prescribed driving and handling, I knew it was an important thing for me. The service and parts managers were very knowledgable and informative regarding customer problems with certain brands on the Subaru. All this resulted in my choosing the Yokohama brand again because I wanted to make a decision on what I regarded the best tire for my vehicle and the way I drive.
