Terrible place to do business

By Jamiedscott1 on 1/1/2017 at 2:17 AM. Helped by Brandon Mason.

I wish that I had not bought my car there or taken it to their service department! No one seems to know what they are doing!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Exciting Day

By Cruzin' on 10/10/2015 at 7:19 PM. Helped by John Collins, John Marrs, Doug Marrs.

I was very excited to work with the gentleman at suburban Chevrolet today getting my 2015 Chevy Cruze! I was treated fairly and honestly. I love my new car!

I would recommend this dealer.

After signing the contract on this car and driving it...

By AszCue on 9/12/2013 at 12:23 AM. Helped by Jon Marrs, Joe Palamato.

After signing the contract on this car and driving it home I discovered a horrible vibration in the wheels and one of the headlights was not working.(I didn't experience any of these things during my test drive) I contacted the dealership first thing the next morning and drove out to the dealership. I requested that my contract be ripped up because I was not going to be stuck with a malfunctioning vehicle. This was only 12 hours after signing the contract. I was told that was not an option, I had signed a legally binding contract and that the dealership would fix the car. I asked to speak to the GM, I was told he was not there. I felt my only option was to let them fix the car. The car was kept by the dealership and returned to me two days later. When I got the car back the same problems were still there. It took a week of back and forth phone calls and getting loaner cars every other day to FINALLY get the car in proper operating condition. I was lied to by the service manager, Joe Palamato(sp?), saying he didn't know anything about the work on my car. I purchased this car on August 28th and now am in possession of the car on today September 11th. The wiring harness on the headlight was burned up causing the headlight to intermittently work. The front tire was missing weights, and this was the FIRST thing they told me they'd fixed. The entire experience with this dealership was a fiasco! There was a $500 "internet offer" for a gas card that I wasn't even offered until I inquired about it, and I wasn't given the money until AFTER I was funded from the credit union. I was told by the financing manager that I couldn't tell the credit union about the $500 because it wasn't part of the "deal". I won't be recommending this dealership to anyone I know and will be, in fact, deterring anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.
