Nick Latkowski was my sales representative. He was very welcoming and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was helpful in finding a car that suited my needs. He was also very understanding of my needs and my budget. He made my first new car buying experience fast and stress free. He made you feel like you where part of the Chevrolet family. I've been to other dealerships and Sun Chevrolet tops them all. I like that I was in and out in the matter of an hour. Martin Cumba Jr is an excellent manager and was willing to work around my budget. I would highly recommend Sun Chevrolet to anyone interested in getting a vehicle. I will gladly be a returning customer in the future when I go to purchase again. I can't thank Nick and Martin enough for treating me so good. Thanks again for the Chevy Trax!

Disappointed

Lousy experience. I think my car SAT all day and was finally seen when I stopped back at the dealership 6 hours after I took it in. They promised a phone call, but I never received one. Will not go back there. I am giving a 2 star since the woman in service was very nice.

Excellent New Car Buying Exerience!!!

I had an excellent experience, I contacted A.J. Creamer around 11:00 am regarding a car I noticed on your website. A.J. got back to me quickly and I set up an appointment to test drive and probably buy the Camaro. He greeted me at my car when I arrived, and immediately got me into the Camaro for a test drive. My girlfriend proceeded inside to wait and had an enjoyable time talking cars and baseball with a couple of the other salesman while I was on the test drive. After the test drive, I had already decided to purchase the car. A.J quickly completed the documents and got me an offer for my trade in and after short negotiations we agreed on the trade in value and had my information for my family pricing from my nephew Andy Jarrett. The final paperwork/waiting for the car to be ready took a bit longer then anticipated but wasn't unreasonable. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience and would be very likely to purchase from Sun Chevrolet again.

Family Owned and Family Care

I've been using Sun for over 15 years and have never had a better group of people who are more concerned with their customer care. We have purchased our last 6 vehicles from Sun and haven't taken them anywhere else for service. The sales and service teams treat me and my family as if they were their own family. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fabulous atmosphere and great service

They are all super friendly and helpful. If I'm waiting in the morning for my inspection and someone is a coffee god, I have been showered with free Starbucks as well as other such random acts of kindness. There is such a positive atmosphere and it shows and makes you want to come back and recommend it to others. I am not a car guru by any means and AJ was able to help me find something that suited my needs and is reliable. I bought my previous car there as well and service has always been wonderful also. John and Cory are, again, super helpful and have never kept me waiting too long.

New vehicle leaks oil on my garage floor

My wife and I purchased a new Traverse at Sun Chevrolet and had the initial oil change and second oil change there and each time when we brought the vehicle home it leaked oil on our garage floor.

Ruined drivers seat of my 2014 Corvette, no accountability.

Sun Chevrolet decided to replace the leather seat cover on my drivers seat on my 2014 Corvette over a small defect I asked them to look at. Got the seat back looking 10x worse than it was before due to improper installation. Sun Chevrolet sent it out to another shop which was also not equipped to properly install the new seat cover and then ended up ordering another cover. After 2 months I got called and said the car was ready and everything was better. Go to pick it up on a Saturday morning and it's even worse than before. Cory promised to call me back the following Monday after escalating to the regional manager. 2 weeks went by with no communication so I contacted GM Customer care for help, Sun told them sorry they tried and that I should try another dealership, GM has been no help in resolving this issue. 0 accountability for shoddy work. Be careful who you let work on your car, these guys will lie to your face and don't stand behind their work.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service is slow and rude. Management is awful. The owner isn't even nice! Crooks that have all spawned from satan. This place is running itself into the ground.. Keep on driving and go elsewhere!!!!All the know how to do is lie!!

"A" for effort! AJ was great!

This dealership was very friendly and tried to get us the car we wanted. They would not come down on the price of a new car but tried to find us a used car that would fit our budget. AJ was great to work with & did all he could to try & find the car we wanted. I had to go to a Cadillac dealer in Lancaster to find a 2011 that had only 1000 miles on it. I do give them an "A" for effort and would give them another chance next time.

I emailed to get a price and information on a preowned vehicle they had in stock. Tom Hamilton responded quickly and over the next couple days continued to answer all my questions and even take extra photo's for my husband. We had issue's with our Credit Union losing our check so we could pick up car and Tom knowing my husband and I only had Saturday to pick up ; went above and beyond to find a solution. Mike from finance ran our credit application quickly and got us a better rate then my husbands credit union. We drove up to get car and the top notch treatment continued. Hot Dogs, Popcorn..and the smoothest best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Thank you Tom and Mike.. We will tell anyone looking for a car to check you guys out. You are well worth the drive!
