Great experience
My experience at Suntrup Ford in Kirkwood MO was nothing less then perfect, From the time I showed interest at a truck on the internet down to getting the keys turned over to me at the end of the deal. I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany Nighbor "Internet Sales Manager" she made this truck buying experience a breeze.Shes not your typical sales person she does her research and puts you in infront of what your looking for in the vechial you want. I had questions about a truck reached out to her through a text found out it was her day off, but that didn't stop her from getting the info I needed to make me close the deal. Forsure will work with Tiffany again when my wife is in the market for a new vechial. I also got to sit down with Matt Barthelmass "Business Manager". Matt also made buying my truck easy, Both Tiffany and Matt are stand up people to deal with and would recommend you to seek them both out when in the market for a vechial

I purchased my 2014 escape from them several years ago and also purchased an extended warranty. I was a bit skeptical about its protection but I was proven wrong, very wrong! Mike has been my service rep each time I have had my car serviced and has made certain that everything that should be covered, was. He kept me informed of the progress and estimated the time of completion. It’s nice to feel someone has your back when you feel vulnerable. Thanks Mike for moving mountains for me!

We felt the entire experience with Suntrup was awful. They were dishonest and patronizing to women. We won't be returning to Suntrup and let others know it is not a good place.

Great Car Search Experience
We recently were considering buying a new used car and spent several hours with Larry looking over the options. Larry is kind and patient which we really appreciated as we were not quite ready to purchase but because Larry was so supportive, we will return to him when we buy!

Ripped Off and Deceived
I was sold a car last year. I repeatedly asked for the finance department to build the sales tax into the payments and was told this was no problem. Months later, I was left holding the bill for the sales tax which I cannot afford. I am now stuck with a car that I can't afford to title or put plates on. When I asked them to help with this they stated it was "too late" for them to do anything. Avoid these con artists at all costs! They are liars and scam artists!

Best buying experience I've had to date
I stopped in on a whim, thinking I wasnt going to get approved as I recently signed a lease agreement and had some trouble with credit in the past, but the guys at suntrup got me approved and into a brand new 2018 Mustang GT, I am beyond excited, overjoyed, and pleased with my purchase. My salesman Matt Barthelmass helped me every step of the way in determining which car was for me, he took the time to tell me all the features, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle ( even though I already knew pretty much everything he was telling me lol ). None the less my entire experience with Matt at suntrup was much easier than I expected it to be. I highly recommend talking to Matt about any car you are thinking of buying. Amazing Experience
This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Matt was very helpful with educating me about the different vehicles, trim styles, and features. I had a lot of assumptions about the vehicles I was interested in and Matt was very helpful with clearing up any questions I had. I went in on a Tuesday night to browse the lot. Matt was not pushy at all and that gave me reassurance that he wanted to find the vehicle that best fit my needs. I came back on Saturday with my wife and I bought my new truck. Very friendly staff throughout the building. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will continue to use them in the future.

I can honestly say that buying my Ford 150 4 x 4 was the best vehicle buying experience in my life. I have never owned a truck prior to this. I always bought foreign cars like Volvos or Mitsubishis. I retired so first I purchased a 38 foot Keystone travel RV as a gift to myself and I needed a beast of a truck to pull a minimum of 12,000 pounds. Mind you, I know nothing about travel trailers or trucks but I figured if other people could drive them so could I. We had tons of questions and Matt Barthelmass made it so enjoyable. He was direct and to the point. None of these games a lot of car salesmen play like baiting and switching. Ask for Matt and I promise you will love him. He spent over two hours showing me every detail in my truck when I picked it up and explained things to me several times because I didn’t know what the heck rear wheel differential was and how to operate certain functions for pulling a travel RV. I have never even backed up a pickup truck. I am going to start a YouTube Channel of our trips which will include stupid mistakes we make and our experiences out on the road “glamping” in a posh 2019 travel trailer pulled by our new 2018 Ford F-150 pickup truck. When Matt helped me find the pickup I needed, he handed me the keys and said, “You need to drive it.” I was shocked he had so much confidence in me and I learned that this truck is as easy to drive as my 2-door Volvo C30 and a smoother ride. When I pulled into my driveway in my new pickup truck with my husband in the passenger seat, my neighbor turned off his lawnmower and congratulated my husband on “his” new Ford pickup truck. My husband said, “It’s hers.” My neighbor looked at me and said, “That is a guy’s truck.” I rolled my eyes and said, “Anything a guy can do own or drive, so can a woman.” [Laugh inserted here]. Ladies, this truck has so many bells and whistles! Don’t let anybody tell you a pickup truck is only for guys. The guys have been monopolizing pickups for a long time making us feel think only men drive them. I am 5’2” and my seat goes up so high, the steering goes up, down, and pulls forward or backwards. Not only that but the pedals adjust to my size and move forward: This is my favorite vehicle yet! Thank you to Matt and all the crew at Suntrup. I will see you again at my regular service appointments or Inwill call with questions. And, folks, they have incredible service plans they present to you at the end of the deal and very good pricing and professionalism overall. I give Matt and Suntrup a perfect 10. I wish I came here for all my previous vehicles.

Hassle free experience purchasing a new vehicle

I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford Fusion from Suntrup Ford Kirkwood through Kevin Lupo. Overall the process was easy and straight forward. The car had a couple of mechanical issues that I asked be straightened out prior to closing the deal, and all were taken care of without question. I would be open to working with Suntrup Ford Kirkwood again when the time comes for either service or my next car purchase.

I was called about a request - I went in and Matt B gave me straight forward outstanding service. I was doing some vehicle searching on the internet and found two vehicles at this location that peaked my interest. I set up an appointment to meet with Mr. Kevin Kalz. Kevin was very attentive in meeting my needs and was helpful in the decision-making process. I decided upon an Ford F150, but was unable to get the price I wanted for my trade. Eric [Proemsey] provided a very detailed explanation as to why the dealership could only offer only so much for my trade... To possibly get more money for my trade, I decided to check out other dealerships and in doing so, Eric took the time and helped me continue my vehicle search even though it was obvious I had to take my business elsewhere. Eric assisted even when he didn't have to. He told me some specific things to ask and some other things to look for. He was VERY helpful even though I didn't give him my business. Thank you Eric for you assistance.. All of it!! Thank you Mr. Kalz for your help also. I will check with this dealership FIRST the next time I'm searching for a vehicle!!
