Happy with Service Department

We were greeted as soon as we entered the service dept., we had made an appointment and they were ready for us, no waiting around. We even added a couple of items that needed to be checked. The service dept. went over in detail the questions we had and they checked off everything we had inquiries about. We are very pleased with Superior and highly recommend them.

2 hour oil change

Second time I've gone for an oil change. First time they charged me for the oil change that was suppose to be free, per my warranty. This time I was there for two hours before I checked to see if my car was finished. It was but no one came to get me in the waiting room. Once again, they tried to charge me. When I went to get in my car, I was blocked in my two other vehicles. Guess my car had been done for awhile .

I would not recommend this dealer.

The best service department I have ever used. I have been using this service department for the last two years and have never had any issues. They are very knowledgeable and actually take the time to explain what they need to do and why. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Excellent Salesmen and the Easiest car buying experience

I actually purchased the truck over the phone. I was out of town during the purchase agreement and Superior had the truck waiting for me when I returned. Salesmen were extremely helpful and honest in every step of the process. I will recommend Superior to my family and friends!

Finally the car buying experience I prayed for

For once I purchased a vehicle without a battle, cat & mouse game, slimy trickery where taunted until one get up and leaves and then they chase after me as I walk out the door. The staff was honest , upfront, pleasant to work with and no monkey business, con artist tactics I found at previous dealers. I wasn't sure that this modern method of car buying could be accomplished but I drove away happy. What a novel thought I will buy here again

I was visiting Fayetteville & the brakes failed on my Buick. AAA towed the car to closest Buick dealership, Superior Buick GMC. Every staff member I encountered from first phone call through paying my bill & driving off was courteous & knowledgeable. They made my experience as pleasant as possible. I was delighted!

Best buying experience

I've had many new vehicles and this experience was one of the best, if not the best. The staff was friendly, understood what I wanted and met the price I was after. They got us headed home in 2 hours including all the paperwork, which was important because my husband has cancer and was tired. I will definitely recommend them to friends!

Disappointed

I've been using this service department since I bought my car from them. This last routine service they found 2 issues and I agreed to let them fix them. This was a Friday so I said I would bring my car back Monday morning and they said they could have it done that day well, it took longer then planned. I was told my car was ready after them having it all day then I arrived and they informed me it was not finished. Luckily I did get a loaner car for the evening after having to ask for it and they apologized for the delay and said it would be finished the following morning and they promised to clean it for my inconvenience. Sadly, the next day at 4:30 I had to call them and ask if my car was ready. When I arrived after 5:00 it still was not cleaned and it had a door ding in it that absolutely was not there when I took it in that Monday morning. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and I will be finding a new service center which is disappointing since I have been bringing my car there for the last 3 years. Thank you!

Excellent Service Department!

AC went out in my truck. Called and got in within 45 minutes. Gave me a courtesy vehicle, dealt with all the extended warranty information and had me all set in a few hours. Washed my truck as well. Excellent Service!

Customer Service

Great experience throughout the deal with the exception of detail work, needs much improvement, truck was not cleaned properly but Ty jumped on it and made it right. Dealer topped of the DEF fluid when the low def light came on, no fuss, no charge in and out in 15 minutes. In the end everyone stepped up.

Service department was very helpful. When beyond what was expected, serviced the pickup then wash & cleaned without asking. I would recommend the service department at Superior for any problems with your auto. They do a good job, friendly & do it in a timely manner.

Difficult Finance Department

Not happy with the fact that when I showed another dealerships advertised price the finance manager wouldn't match. It was for the same make, model, and trim, only a different color. Also not happy that Finance manager did not have a zero dollar deductible warranty available to sell. Product offering (Warranty) is not in line with the premium product you are selling. Also not happy with warranty price. I have never paid such a high price for a warranty that carries a deductible. Felt like the warranty, warranty price, and unwillingness to match a competitor's advertised price was unbecoming of a premium automobile dealership. My only complaints are with the finance manager!!!
