The mechanics are good to find other problems that need to be fixed soon as possible. The waiting room is so nice, and they have some good snacks.

I took my 2013 chevy in for oil/lube and was really impressed by the treatment I was shown. The service manager, advisors, to the tech.s this sold me. The waiting area was great, complimentary snacks and beverages cant beat it.

I always get my oil changed at this dealership. Very professional and the waiting room is fantastic from the big screen tv, the cappuccino machine and the free snacks. Awesome experience!!

Unprofessional LIARS !!! Watch your Wallet!!!

Multiple associates lied to myself and my family , with held Infor.. From us , withdrew their price of vehicle we were trying to buy and raised the price while stating they had the right to do so, along with saying the offer was good for that day only but not telling us this and stating they didn't have to tell us!! Refused to allow us to speak with manager when we requested to do so!! These people are dishonest, very sneaky! Do not buy here!!!

It's a great experience from the always super clean bathroom to the cappuccino machine to the big screen tv in the waiting room. Everyone is a complete professional. Great job superior!!!!

Went in to test drive and I to buy a suburban. Walked in and no one said hello nor did anyone make eye contact. Several staff were visiting with each other so it wasn't that they were too busy. After we stood for a long time we left. Terrible service - wanted to support business in Siloam - We will make our purchase elsewhere.

Bought a truck from here then refinanced with someone else.

So i bought a new truck here on September 2014.11 months later I refinance it through someone else.I take everything I needed to get my gap insurance refund back to superior.3 months later and still no refund.so I went up to superior and got a phone number to call to see the status.I call them and come to my surprise the finance director named daniel Fernandez, who told me he sent all the paper work as soon as I gave it to him, didn't send the paper work in untill 2 and a half months after I gave him all the paper work.he just fed me lies every time I would go in and talk to him on why it was taking so long to get my refund.this place is full of xxxx bags!! Never will I ever do any kind of business with this place.I used to think highly of this place but it's all down the drain now.I plan on spreading the word about this to every single person I come across.

Incompetent, negligent service technitions, uncaring owners.

I took my Envoy Denali in to have an oil pan gasket repaired. This repair requires the disassembly of the front end. I paid almost 2K for this repair. The day after I received my car back as I was driving I suddenly lost all control of the steering and braking system. The car jerked to the right and off into the ditch. I had zero control over the car, I had to wait until is slowed enough to put it in park to stop it. Superior Auto Group owners said that since I was not injured there was basically "no harm, no foul". This was not a simple accident that could have harmed my car or just caused me to brake down...My life and the lives of ever person along my driving route that day was put at risk. I utilized this company for many years trusting that I was receiving professional workmanship. I will never use or buy any automobile from Superior Auto Group again, I encourage everyone to utilize the many qualified local repair shops in the NWA area that will actually take pride in there work. I know I will! Consumer be aware!!
