I went into this Honda dealership feeling nervous after having a bad experience at another Honda dealership. I soon realized that this was going to be a much better experience. This dealership was helpful, listened to what I wanted and delivered! They explained everything and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want! Joe Reed was awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

I went in for service because my tire pressure warning light came on. I was promptly approached by Anastasia. She adjusted the tire pressure and reset the tire pressure light. She also took my car through the car wash and asked Demba, the lot technician to wipe off my car. He was also very helpful and pleasant. A special thanks to both of them for a delightful and experience!

Helpful, positive and patient for this first-time buyer

I'd taken my ailing hand-me-down CR-V, which was built before the end of the Clinton presidency, to Superior many times before I arrived with a problem they advised me might not be worth fixing: Someone had stolen my catalytic converter and sliced through other important bits to get at it. When I decided I'd rather put a few thousand into buying a newer car than keeping an old one on life support, they sent me to Chris Bomar, who spent three days helping walk me through the process of deciding what kind of replacement would fit my needs and budget. I had never purchased a car before and was terrified of making the wrong decision, being pressured into a bad sale or spending too much money, but he was honest, listened compassionately to my worries and found a terrific car I'm really excited to own. Would wholeheartedly recommend Chris, Rick Friendman (who helped me with the paperwork) and Erica D'Arcy (who had been the point person for my old car's various ills) to anyone.

Carrie was awesome!

I went in for an oil change and was in a hurry as I had an appointment right after the oil change. I asked Carrie how much longer she thought it would be and explained I had an appointment soon. It was totally my fault for not planning enough time, but Carrie didn't make me feel that way at all. She immediately ran back to the garage and came back right away and said they were wrapping it up. She blazed through the paperwork then ran back and got my car herself and away I went! Thank you again Carrie for making my experience exceptional!

First rate product, staff and Service.

My wife and I went to Superior Honda with a somewhat narrowly defined set of requirements as to the make and model we were interested in, the mileage and the level of monthly payments to purchase. I had 'marked' several possibilities on the Superior website and Lizzie Forte provided us with additional information on those vehicles at our arrival. Lizzie introduced us to Brian Murphy as the Product Specialist who would work to acquaint us with the choices and options that would best suit our situation. In the course of several hours over the next two days, Brian was extremely helpful and thorough in answering all our questions about the cars, prices, test drives, warrantees, vehicle Certification. We settled on a 2016 Accord and Donny Petro worked with us to manage the financial details to come as close as possible to our original requests. I am honestly pleased to say that of all the experiences with dealerships in my long life, I am happy to rate this as the most professional and actually enjoyable.

Cheistopher was an excellent sales man. I work as a car salesman myself so I can be pretty judgmental. However, Chris was very well educated and informed. What impresses me the most is how much he knew even about his off brand used vehicles. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything with the vehicle and provided amazing service. Two Straight-Shooters: The Epitome of Good Car Sales

Since age 16, I have purchased MANY cars and dealt with every kind of new and used car salesman there is. By far, the experience I had a few days ago at Superior Honda Cincinnati was the best I have ever had. A few years ago, my 69 year old mother purchased a new Honda from Superior Honda and was so impressed with the top notch service she received then, that when she decided to help me purchase a new car, we didn’t look anywhere else except Superior Honda. Steve Kaplan and Mac Nazir worked as a team to help us. We arrived around 12:30pm and didn’t leave until after closing. Both Steve and Mac spent the entire afternoon with us. They very graciously put up with my last minute panics, such as changing the color! Admittedly, I’m not the easiest customer/person to deal with, sometimes! We went through and then back through several different models before finally deciding on a white 2019 Honda Civic Sport. After the paperwork was almost finished, I panicked and thought maybe I wanted the 2019 Honda HR-V instead but quickly reverted to the Civic. Both salesmen ever so eloquently went over every detail of each car from top to bottom and front to back. When I finally decided on a car, they even threw in all-season floor mats to close the deal. The two men were honest, “straight-shooters”, who worked so well together and made such an impact that I was able to persuade my father, (who was not present with us nor married to my mother anymore) and who is also an EXCELLENT customer and lifetime Honda owner, to switch his loyalty from another Honda dealership in Cincinnati to Superior Honda instead. Unfortunately, my father just purchased a 2019 Honda Accord from that other dealer, but he has already made an appointment for the next oil change in his new car at Superior. So, based on my mother and my experience this week, not only did Steve and Mac secure me as a new and loyal customer, they secured my father too—which is not easy to do because he is so loyal to the businesses he uses. Ultimately, our family is incredibly impressed because Steve and Mac made what, in the past, has usually been a difficult and financially strenuous experience, into a doable and pleasant experience. Thank you to you both! I will continue to recommend Superior Honda of Cincinnati as the only dealership to purchase a new or used car to all my friends!!

Everyone I interacted with at Superior Honda was truly awesome and made my purchase experience a very pleasant one. Kevin, who was my first contact by phone, was very welcoming and prepped Steve well, on what my needs were. When I got there, Steve approached me as I walked through the door, ready to help me. Zero wait time ! He is very knowledgeable about the specs and features of the car I purchased and was quite patient. Ray also made me feel comfortable and walked me through the business sections of completing the sale. I also received a fair price for my trade in. I am so happy that I bought my Honda from Superior Honda! You should too!
