Oil change

Came in for oil change and the services agent was very professional and attentive. They also re programmed the transmission. It is typical for this car when you have multiple drivers. Thanks for providing good service.

BUYER BEWARE

I bought a truck from the in Sept 2018 and have yet to get the title to the car I bought. It has been 6 months and they can't give me a title. They don't own the truck and sold it. Beware when buying from them Check out Call Joe for action on channel 15 in phoenix az. Make sure you ask for proof for a clear title when you buy from them. I did no trade just bought truck the truck

Fast and courteous service

We did the quick lube and were very satisfied . We also purchased the oil change and tired rotation package which was a great deal and will save us money on the next 2 service calls

Overall good visit. A little less upsale would be good though. Overall time to complete oil service and tire rotation was a bit long. Please consider adding Diesel oil change to your express service.

Replaced battery

Diagnosed a bad battery and need to replace. The dealer charge $135 for the diagnosis fee and $185.00 for the battery. But they willing to work with me and charged $253.00 instead.

Oil changes

I usually get my car in on Saturday morning early to beat the crowd but it’s not a quick morning if I am not there first thing the oil change could take a little time not a big thing I just sit back and have a cup of coffee and maybe a danish and read the paper and before you know it is done and I am on my way I always have great service when I go there

Repair transmission

Had to come back twice for the repair. Staff was friendly and helpful. Picked up my truck and had to return after 50 miles. Same problem. The mechanic had to do more work another couple of days.

Never going back for Service

Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Was the first in line at 6:50 AM. Oil Change, Check Codes, and Check Parking Brake. Told them I'd wait. Twice. Waited for it. 3.5 hours later the Tech called me, and I told the tech to just come talk to me. He said they just got it up on the rack. Asked to talk to the service manager, and service writer came over and said they'd been working on it since 7:00AM (should have gotten story straight with the Tech). Then lied again on what I told him I wanted done. I think they did an oil change, but now I can't be sure of anything they told me. I've waited a long time for simple things at Dealerships over many decades, but this is the absolute worst. Lots of other places around.

I would not recommend this dealer.

No service

Our 2017 dodge journeys battery will not keep charge, googled it it is a known chrysler problem. Dealership will not even address problem had it in for same problem x2 b4 xmas. They said it was fixed got up to go to family xmas battery dead, called them to speak with manager manager Brian will not even return a call. I have never been treated so horribly and stupid in my life. Aviid thisbplace at all costs!!

Horrible customer service

Received bad customer service all the from the sales department to the general manager. Was yelled at by the service manager in the middle of the shop then told by the general manager that I disrespected him and to do my business elsewhere.

Almost and a rating

Well the only problem I have with the dealership they got me in quickly and service my vehicle recall quickly but they said the was vehicle inspection which was not true because the rear tire was low on air pressure and they would have noticed that if they didn't look at the dash information but they did check after bring it to their attention

Very friendly people and great service

I was very happy with the reception at the dealership from the various people and with the service. I was a bit concerned because this car needs special treatment, but all went very well. We used your shuttle to the SS mall in the morning which was good. However, the guy who came in the early afternoon was VERY unfriendly and a very poor driver - went up a down route in the parking lot - and complained about a driver coming toward us going the right way! Then when we were getting out of the parking area into the road around the mall, he started to pull out into the path of an oncoming car We both gasped so he stopped and told us the car needed only one driver (we’d have been hit if we hadn’t commented!). I can’t imagine if he drives for you out on regular roads! This car is an Allard - not listed on the vehicle type but it does have a Chrysler engine
