took advantage of me, bought a used car , didnt know it was a rental, didnt know it had throw up on back seat till later, wished i had looked under car, muffler is nothing but rust, very disappointed in people their, nobody cares anymore, everybody is out to make money, drove all the way up there after recall, come to find out, it was a mistake, could of cared less,

Those people there are the worst people I ever see in car dealer like them, by the way Toyota was my preferred car , and I was looking for a family car, my wife suggested me to try the suv Nissan Pathfinder 2017,I bought one in a few months later I discovered some manufacture defect , but I am still cover under guarantee I took the car to the on Is one Fortpierce Nissan, guys those people didn’t care about customer, and they put me in waiting for two months each time I call they told me call back tomorrow or next two days every time like that guys the best car to buy is Toyota in their service is perfect I have one I own for 4years it is 09 Camry last I discover manufacture dashboard defect quickly they assisted me and taking care the matter, BMW same nice service because of that I plan to trade my at the Toyota dealer Nissan dealer In Fort Pierce that’s Sealer I ever see in my life because the way of their service I hate Nissan don’t go there you will be suffer on the top of your money .

Unhappy with how things were handled

My husband and I were reeled in by an online advertisemet with 11-12k off the MSRP price and decided to go to the dealership to check out the vehicle. After looking at the selections they had we selected one based off the sticker price matching it to the online ad with dealer discount. When we sat down to start talking numbers, the first initial offer given to us from the manager was a price 5k MORE than the MSRP with NO dealer discount and outrageous payments. We felt like this was a complete slap in the face and a challenge to our intelligence. The sales team tried telling us they have two stickers on the car and the price we saw on the sticker was wrong. In addition to that, the "dealer discount" had to be qualified for which of course we did not qualify for. At the end of the day the time in between negotiations were ridiculously long and a waste of time. It seems as if this is the way of the game at Nissan Fort Pierce where the sales people sit with you twice and then a manager comes to sit down and try to close the highest deal possible to make his rounds. It was very shady experience and unprofessional the way they tried running the show. Our sales guy was very nice to work with but management needs to be a bit less shady when trying to close a transaction.

Rude man

I called 5 times and got no return call. Jermaine answered on 6th call. He was extremely rude and said they were too busy taking care of customers and selling cars to call me back. He than said he would have someone call me the next day. Never happened. I called back and spoke to someone else who said jermaine said he emailed me the paper I needed. Never happened. Went into there store and asked Germaine why he was so rude. He says , that’s just your interpretation of my inflection. And you have to wait as we have customers to take care of. I am a customer!!apparently he does not care about customer satisfaction or repeat customers.

I would not recommend this dealer.

This dealership takes advantage of the most vulnerable car buyers. They 'worked' with my daughter. Told her she had to get a maintenance plan or she would not get a loan. Deceit is their top priority! Do not buy here!

I had an appointment on 10/14/2017 for a basic oil change at 2 p.m. and when I arrived I went over what my needs were with the service writer, I requested to have the nitrogen in my tires topped off and for an inspection. Shortly after sitting down she came in and told me it was $49.95 for nitrogen and I said I purchsed it when I bought the tires there, she stated I have to talk to the manager. She then started my car and left it running for 10 minutes, so I went out to her desk and asked to turn off my car, she said "In a minute" quite rudely, so I asked for my keys and her reply was they are in the car. Anyone could have gotten in the car and drove off! This is pure recklessness!!! This dealer has changed hands 4 times in 5 years and the service writters are never the same over the years they are just getting worst, DO NOT GO THERE!

Avoid this dealer

The catch, the false internet pricing to get the customer into the showroom, even with top credit rating and other eligibility criteria met, they change the rules and criteria by coming back with a hand written list that changes from the matching eligibility criteria. has to be the most dishonest dealership, their local reputation is poor, social media critiques which portray the true character of these vultures are removed, however other resources verify their unprofessional conduct. The same day we left Sutherlin we went to Wallace Nissan and bought a our new pathfinder without sales pitches, for a lesser price, great finance rate, professional staff, and no problems. Avoid Sutherlin. The salesman, "Drew" Andrew, is not even listed. he could not answer the simplest questions about any vehicle we looked at in Sutherlin's lot. His co-sales pitch was Mark...a liar.

A tedious process simplified

The first word that comes to mind when thinking of the process of buying a car is never "fun". Some may even find the process to be tedious. I personally put off purchasing a car for about 6 months to avoid it. After doing some casual shopping on autotrader and other online options, I came across the car that I wanted at Sutherlin Nissan. I figured I might as well check it out. As I pulled up to the dealership, I was greeted by the ever-so gregarious Rosa Rodriguez. She proceeded to show me the exact car I had come to see, rather than trying to divert my attention to something else. She answered any and all of my questions. Being that I was a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions. Rosa was very attentive, but not overly aggressive as the stigma most used cars salesmen fall into. When it came time to do all the negotiating and paperwork, she was very helpful and patient. Rather than just trying to get me out of the door, she presented all the options to me. She brought up building my credit, and seemed genuinely invested in my future credit score. Long story short, Rosa and the whole team at Sutherlin Nissan were wonderful to work with. They truly took a process that is less than desirable, and made it as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend using this dealership and Rosa Rodriguez to anyone who is looking to simplify the buying process.

Terrible service

Rude managers, no pride in their work. Messy job done with my tint, soaked and ruined everything in my trunk when they shouldn't have even been in my trunk. Smudge and hair lines all through out the tint. Long waits and nobody truly cares here.
