Unbelievable.

First, the sales guy agrees to a price $800 under sticker. Then the finance guy says he can't do that, but on "good faith", he'll take off $300. But his tricky xxx still tacked it on in an offer listed as optional- that he didn't make sound optional, as he had us sign things. Then, he tacks on another near $3000 for a warranty package that he verbally described as "something Honda does", not something we pay for. So, instead of paying sticker price minus $800, we paid sticker PLUS $3000.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst customer service! I was lied to!

I went to Team Honda expecting to look at a car that I had called about earlier that day. I had an appointment with Stephen Whaley at 6 o'clock. When we got there at 6 we were told that Steven had left an hour earlier. After about a half an hour someone else came to assist us and told us that he was going to look for the keys. After about 20 minutes of waiting we try to figure out what is going on and were told that they have to get the manager to find the keys. Another 20 minutes goes by and then we're told that the car we had made an appointment to look at was not even there because it was supposedly being detailed. We comfronted the manager about it who was extremely rude and after arguing with him he told us that they would give us a really good deal on another used car. We looked at a Honda Civic which was $3,000 more at the dealership then it was online & weren't impressed. We waiting another 30 minutes for someone to come tell us that they would only take $200 off of the price & they would not finance it. Everyone at this dealership is extremely rude and unprofessional. Won't ever go there again.

I DON"T LIKE CAR DEALERS

Let me start by saying that I don't like going into car dealerships; it's like you are a piece of fish at a Seagull convention.. Team Honda broke that mold. Went in to look at a cheap used car for my son. No pressure up sell. No look over here. Straight forward and down to Earth. When it look like we were going to have to postpone and further dealings, they didn't block the exits. Instead it was "give us a call when you are ready." We left - got about 1/4 of the way home, and they called to ask if the dropped the price and deal would it be workable...Yes! Deal done. Bug props to Kevin S. and Marvin W. - made me like car dealerships...at least Team Honda

Extremely Helpful

My car broke down the afternoon before I had to drive 12 hours to get back to school. I came to this dealership looking for something that I could get fast and affordable. The people here were really helpful and did not try to take advantage of my desperate circumstances. I got a good really good deal on a used car and got it really fast. I would certainly recommend this dealership again.

My Wife took our 2008 Honda van in for an Oil change last Friday. They did a complete inspection and brought in the air filter and cabin filter to tell her the needed to be changed. She let them know she did not want to have those services completed. I went to the store picked up both filters to change myself. I changed the cabin filter without any issues. However, when I started to change the engine air filter I noticed two bolts missing. After I removed the remaining bolts I saw they were not missing but broken off in the housing. When I looked at the paperwork it never mentioned any of the above. When I changed the air filter last time all of the bolts were fine. If you want my opinion you should take your vehicle elsewhere for service!!!!

Outstanding service!!!!!

I was looking at a few cars online at Team Honda and decided to take a drive there to look at them. I did not realize how far they were from my home until I was a about a mile away. At that point we almost decided to just turn around and head home, but seeing it was only a mile more I said I might as well stop in. We looked at the used cars I was interested and went in to talk with Eduardo Escalante. He did a pretty good job with the used cars I was looking at but not a good enough job to make a deal. Then he said would I be interested in a new car. Which I said I might. Well that's where Eduardo really started to do a good job. As a matter a fact he did a GREAT job. Not only did he sell me a car but he stole me away from a car dealer that have bought my last three cars from. So if your looking for a place to get a new Honda go to Team and make sure you see Eduardo. He will work hard for you and get you a GREAT deal. It was worth the drive!!!

Joe Basile Lied About My Radio

If you're looking for a good experience purchasing a used Honda, DON'T shop here. Salesperson Joe Basile and his sales manager could clearly care less about honesty and integrity. In October 2015, I drove to the dealer from Illinois to specifically look at a 2005 Honda Odyssey to use as a second vehicle for transporting my show dogs when I didn't need my big truck. Made an appointment with Joe Basile and test drove the Odyssey. Discussed that the radio seemed to get poor reception and he assured me it was just the area and the radio worked fine. Purchased the vehicle and picked it up a week later - no radio reception when I started it up in the parking lot and after driving it around the lot, Joe was able to find ONE radio station. Joe then opens a compartment to show me an aftermarket USB/audio jack that had been installed and told me I could listen to music from my phone instead of the radio. Left the dealer and was not able to get radio reception the entire trip home. Called Joe and asked him to look into it so the service department could get it fixed. Never heard another word from him, despite leaving numerous messages. So I called the Sales Manager who told me they sold the car "as-is" and despite Joe's representation the radio worked fine before I purchased it, they would do NOTHING to fix it. And he got downright nasty to boot! Joe Basile outright lied to me and hid the fact that an aftermarket device had been added to the car before I purchased it. This dealership could care less about honesty and service after the sale. The problem was easily fixed by a local audio shop for $175 by removing the defective aftermarket FM transmitter that had been installed and replacing it with a new USB/Audio Input unit that was plugged directly into the radio with a wiring harness, not the antenna. SHAME on you Joe Basile and Team Honda!

I have never felt more comfortable buying a car than at TEAM Honda. Joe Basile is so Honest about vehicles, reliability, economy, comfort and price! I have bought many vehicles from Joe Basile in the past and I Love My CR-V! I would never shop anywhere else for a car!

When I first came to Team Honda I didn't know exactly what I wanted, But Steve Senedejas picked the best car for my family, gave great customer service, was extremely friendly and worked hard for me. The financial manager m, Tom was equally great and did what he had to in order to help me and got me in and out! This was the best car shopping experience and will recommend them to everyone!
