Pretty Good

Everyone was great. The only problem was/is there's NO Owners Manual in the glovebox.. Kinda makes it hard to figure out all the controls.

Great Car Buying Experience

Service appointment February 2018

I had to reschedule the initial appointment due to weather conditions. I was able to schedule another appointment within days of the cancellation. They are always helpful and check with me before doing any "additional" work. They also washed the salt off my car, which was much appreciated.

Will never go back

So, There is not a score low enough. I brought my vehicle in to have a state inspection done. 3 weeks later, the front end fell apart. I had a competent and reputable mechanic check it and was told that everything that went wrong should have been caught during a routine inspection and the car should have been deemed unsafe to drive at the time this dealership put an inspection sticker on it stating otherwise. My daughter and granddaughters life were in danger and they didnt and still dont care. I wonder how they would feel if it was there loved ones. Someone could have been killed. Rethink your decisions to put your safety in thd hands of these incompetents.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Exactly as Expected

The process of buying my new car was typical in every way. But, being what I expected was the reason I was happy with the experience. I have been a long time customer of Team Nissans Service Department. I have dealt with Eric Lowery most often and find him to be an exceptionally knowledgeable, direct and accommodating service representative. A generally nice guy. They mention anything that is coming up for replacement, but are accepting if I wish to wait till another visit for the repair or service. However, they also let me know when a repair is not safe to be left a few weeks to complete I love the car wash after each service, they are generally quick and efficient.

I would recommend this dealer.
