I’d been shopping for a new truck and was focusing on used vehicles until I went to Tom Bell Chevrolet. I found the exact truck I needed/wanted at a price less than the used trucks I was looking at. The sales staff was very friendly with zero sales pressure tactics. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Staff very courteous and professional. Our sales rep Chris was very knowledgeable. Anything we asked about the vehicle we purchased he was able to answer. Although the vehicle did not have an owners manual he made an effort to locate one and when he couldn’t the ordered one for us. The finance rep was also knowledgeable in assisting us with options.

Lupe ask what we were looking for and she went on a mission to find it. She found are needs and color, the painless part was she made us an offer we said no, she came back with offer that we ask for. Maybe 10 min for that, after going to finance was just as fast and easy. The team was very nice. I have purchased 10 or more car's in my life and this was the best experience.

Warranty service on exhaust particulate filter

Had a check engine light come on regarding my exhaust particulate filter on my way home from the airport didn't want to drive my truck up the hill to big bear where I live with the check engine light on . Called Daniel from Tom Bell Chevrolet service dept without any kind of notice at all he said come on in we will get your truck checked out I pulled in they had it fixed in a few hours not to mention washed my truck and bada bing back on the road I went happy ending with Tom bell Chevrolets service dept and Daniel.

Taking one for the team

When GM recently fumbled, Tom Bell picked up the ball and ran with it. A check engine light is never a good sign, and the recent cold spell that swept the nation caused one on my Silverado HD. This caused a shortage of the part required to correct the issue with my vehicle. While I was extremely unhappy with GM's lack of foresight, I was pleased, (but not surprised) by Tom Bell's response to the situation. Damon Chero kept me apprised of the status of the situation throughout the process with daily updates and expidited the process. Tom Bell also provided a required a complimentary service because of the inconvenience caused by GM. Above and beyond the call for me. Would not buy a Chevy from anyone other than Tom Bell, they ran the distance for me.
