Great Sales Experience

We recently were in the market for a new crossover and decided to check out a CX-3 at our local dealer. When negotiations broke down we reached out to multiple Mazda dealers who had the vehicle we wanted in stock, of all these dealers Piazza Mazda really stood out from the pack. Darian Freese was our contact from dealerships internet department. She was always polite, professional and quick to reply to my messages. Their initial offer on the vehicle was aggressive, but when another dealer beat their price they were quick to offer an even more aggressive price on this newer vehicle. Even though I had a slightly better price elsewhere, I decided to make the drive to them based on the service alone. Upon arriving at the dealership I was handed off to Kristen Fink who had the vehicle waiting out front for my inspection. I appreciated that the car had not been touched since delivery and still had the coverings on the paint and all the seats. Some people prefer the car be all detailed and ready to go, but I appreciated knowing it was literally brand new and never driven before. I certainly didn't mind waiting for detailing after the purchase was finalized To be fair Kristen really didn't have to do much since I had already test driven the car previously and the price had been worked out before I arrived. Still she was very personable and had a natural way of dealing with people. She seemed well suited for sales even though she said she had only been doing it a short time. If you want a fun and enjoyable sales experience she is definitely the one to seek out when you go to this dealership. Having played the deal game with different dealerships I really appreciated the no nonsense pricing I received before I visited Piazza. Their price on my trade was equally aggressive and in the end it was definitely worth the trip. No doubt about it, any problems this dealership had before have been completely rectified with the new ownership. I can't recommend them enough for a Mazda purchase if your looking for a great deal and excellent service. We will definitely be back when we look to purchase another CX-5.

What a great experience! My husband and I just completed our 10th Mazda purchase with the Piazza Auto-group. Pat Oliveto the General Manager of the store is the reason...He is a GM that understands the customer and takes the time to listen to their needs and concerns. The staff and the overall experience was stellar. Our car was on the lot and ready to go within minutes. The whole process was extremely easy and fast. The value for our trade-in and the price of the new car was exceptional. Our sales rep Bob was knowledgable of the car and helped us decide on the perfect car for our growing family. The financing was easy, straightforward, organized and most importantly fast! Without hesitation I would send my family here to purchase a vehicle from them - I plan to buy the 11th from them in the not so distant future! PS - Check the dates on the reviews! All the bad reviews are from the old dealer. Piazza just acquired this dealer and it is noticeable from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you Pat and fellow crew for an incredible experience! Great Experience

Check the dates on the reviews! This dealership is under new management and ownership and it shows! I have been a customer of the Piazza Auto Group for years. I have purchased several cars from Pat who was formally the GM at Piazza Mazda of West Chester and has since taken over Piazza's new Mazda location in Reading. I recently had my car in for service and was presently surprised at how great of an experience it was while it was being serviced. The showroom and service waiting area are clean and comfortable. I plan to continue to bring my vehicles to this location and will be buying all my future cars through Piazza Mazda of Reading. The professionalism and attention to detail of Pat and his team our one that many other dealers in the area should strive to achieve. 5 Star rating without hesitation! Scott

Hidden charges

I recommend that you do not lease a car from this dealership since I believe they use open ended leases. I learned this the hard way after being billed for a significant amount of money by the bank they use after turning my car in early with the pull ahead program and leasing another one. The charges, after being on the phone for quite sometime and being told that they are apparently per contract, although never explained to me at the time of the lease . Additionally, the bank they use (Chase), I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They erroneously say that you can change the due date of your payment although after two letters being sent requesting a change and after multiple email requests, they still have done nothing.

Lied to my face

I noted a certified mazda 3 s GT in silver that I'd been searching for. Reviews of the dealership were good. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. They said they couldn't certify it because the buttons on the steering wheel were faded and wouldn't be worth it to change them. Trusting them I purchased the car. Took it immediately to my mechanic and he found a busted tie rod. Took it back to dealer and they fixed it. Since then I have put over $4500 into the car. I just found out that the car had been horribly wrecked underneath and the mechanic told me there is no way that the dealership wouldn't know this. I have all receipts and working on affidavits. I have tried to deal with Tom Masano and their attitude is "Oh Well" We got you!!!"

Awesome Customer Service

Terrific customer service. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past 35 years (Subaru, Pontiac, Hondas). The last 6 were Hondas. I had never purchased a Mazda nor known anyone who owned a Mazda. I was very hesitant to try one out. I was searching for a vehicle with driver assistance technology - so after extensive research, decided to give them a try. It was their customer service that won me over. Plus I spoke to my dad who had purchased a vehicle from them 19 years ago and informed me that he had received excellent consistent service. I had my first experience with their service when I dropped off my new car to get cargo hooks installed, they shuttled me to my job and picked me up when my car was ready. I didn't have to take any vacation time or weekend time! Oh yes, how happy am I with the car? Well, let me put it this way, when I went to drop off my car, I saw a black t-shirt hanging in their display with a Mazda design on the front. For the first time ever, I considered wearing a product logo - next time I'm in, think I'll buy it - that's how happy I am with my new car!

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Let me first explain my situation - I have an older car that I was ready to get rid of. I finally had the income and it was time to purchase my first new vehicle! I loved the look of the Mazdas so I stopped in one day to the dealership off of route 61 in Reading. I worked with Vince. He seemingly did not know what he was talking about and made the process very confusing. It was my first time looking at Mazdas, which I told him, and it would have been better to have things explained before going to look at the cars. I was unfamiliar with the models which made walking the lot very confusing. We went from this car, to that car, to this car, and I had to try to explain to MYSELF how each car differed by asking him questions such as "oh so this model only has XYZ"... Etc. I felt that because I was a very young woman I was judged - as in I wouldn't have the money to buy a new car. Even when we went back inside I had to tell HIM what to look up in inventory of what I liked. He was clueless, or maybe not listening. I pretty much sold the car to myself. Alas, I found a car I fell in love with after much frustration and searching on my end (I should note there were two different colors available for me) We agreed on a day I couldcome in to test drive as it was at a different location. Still optimistic and excited I came in and test drove. I had a lot to think about, so I came back on a Friday and told them what it would take for me to sign. I had previously mentioned to Vince I wanted to navigation package (a $400 chip installed so your screen doubles as a GPS). So I came in Friday like I said I would and was met by the manager. A cocky male manager mind you. I said hello and Im ready to buy, the only thing I want is the navigation package and its a deal, I have the cash down payment in hand. He laughed at me, yes, LAUGHED. I believe his name is Brain. Another Brian came out, the finance guy, and the manger told him what I had just said and they both laughed together. Their exact words "well the customer is always right but.......hahah! ". I should mention that I gave them a $500 deposit they knew I was serious. I said ok well that's a deal breaker, and left. The next day (Sat) I brought my boyfriend in to see the car. I asked for the keys and we went and looked at it. we came back in and were completely ignored. Standing awkwardly in the middle of this manager and Vince, we were overlooked. I understand they were busy on a Saturday, but they also knew I was ready to buy. How hard would it have been to say hey guys sorry we are tied up, have a seat and a snack and we will be right with you? Well they didn't, so I handed back the keys and left. The kicker is, Vince texted me hours later asking where I went and all I said was "Honda". I now own a beautiful brand new Honda, a painless transaction where I was treated with respect. The best part of this is when I emailed Vince after the fact to make sure my credit card information was destroyed, he said "so you're not getting the car????" And I said no, and explained why (everything that just happened) and all he said was "he was going to give you the Navigation". So I emailed back, in summary, "well he could have told me that when I was there Saturday to buy the car with my boyfriend but was completely ignored. That was the last I hear from them! It wasn't even about the navigation, I could have lived without it. They didn't get my business because of the way they treated me. The lack of respect was horrific. You should never laugh in someone's face for asking a simple question. If you can't give me what I want simply state that you're sorry but it's just not possible. Yes I'm a young woman, but they could have had 18,000 sale that day. Sorry guys, worst experience EVER. Please don't waste your time here. I'm a very understanding person and this pushed my to my limit. The attitude of the manager was ubsurd. I wish I remebered his name. Young guy dark hair sits in big corner office made of windows.

After contacting and dealing with multiple dealerships, we opted to drive further out of our way because Kristin was prompt and efficient in her responses and has a warm inviting personality. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating! In addition, this dealership gave us more bang for our buck!!! We just purchased a Mazda CX5 and we love it. I would highly recommend contacting this dealership when looking for a car. We were advised to check out Tom Masano Mazda by two family members who purchased their cars there.

Friendly Help, Great Experience

I was in a pinch to get a car and went there stating upfront that I had no money down. I was looking at a used car, but was unable to get approved for it. However, the salesman that helped me, Bob Knosp and the Finance team at Tom Masano worked hard and got me approved for a lease on a new 2015 Mazda 3! Bob Knosp was absolutely hands down the best! Everyone there is so easy going, friendly, like to joke around....just a great all around atmosphere! I'll definitely be a loyal customer!

Bad product with tons of flaws they didn't repair.

I made a deal with Linda over the phone cause I lived 100 miles away. After a couple days they came up with a trade in value which I was most concerned with. It was decent without seeing the car but it was practically brand new and I said I'm not gonna tell you its in a condition it isn't and then drive all the way there and obviously you will notice it. I got higher trade in values but they had the car I wanted. Well Linda was out sick that day so they gave me to someone else who knew nothing about what we worked on for the past 5 days. He gave me the keys and said to go check it out. It was snowing that day so most of the car was covered. Interior perfect. Exterior from what I could see Perfect. I thought check the tires because the Sales Manager was so concerned about the condition of my wheels and tires I thought I'd check out what he was selling me. Tread almost all the way down on all 4 tires. So I went back in and told the person I was handed off to and he said no, they are 5 out of 10's. This guy just told me he was transferred from one other of their dealerships so how did he know. I let it go. The drive home was difficult on snow/slush roads with horrible tires and what felt like needed an alignment. So I took the car to a local garage to give me their opinion. They said the tires were bad and would never pass inspection and they did a free alignment check for me and it needed an alignment. He wrote out a report and printed out a graph of the tires and to show it was out of alignment. The sales Manager called me and said the 3 tires were ok to drive on but the one was so bad it should of never been driven on. Thats great I drove over 80 miles in a snow storm on a tire that shouldnt be driven on and 3 that sucked. I got an estimate on 4 new tires and a alignment and it was 535$ which I emailed to this xxxxxxxxx. He said the best he could offer me was 300$. He caught me on at a good moment cause I said thats fine and they sent out a check on a Monday and it arrived the next Friday. Mail doesn't take that long seeing we arent thousands of miles apart. I also noticed when the snow was off the car a nice large scratch on the bumper and scrape marks behind the drivers side door handle, and one of the keys they gave me was dead, which they happened to exclude from the description. Even Linda said she checked the garages records on the tires and said they were wearing oddly possibly because of a alignment problem or something else. Well shouldn't you repair this before you sell it? Linda, who was very helpful before and after the sale, said she would of made sure all that stuff was checked out before I drove away if she was there. And the dildo sales manager Eric, xxxxxxx, had the xxxxx to ask me why the check egine light came on in my car 3 days after I dropped it off. He said maybe you knew and reset it. Sorry xxxxxxxx, I'm not out to scam anyone like you did. Stay away from these jerks when Fulkner Mazda is in Harrisburg who will give you 100% service.

No hassel

Shopped on Cars.com to find the used car we were looking for. Test drove the used car we wanted but were not happy. Vince suggested another model that we never considered and fell in love and bought it!!
